Reports suggest that Sajid Javid, who recently expressed hesitancy about “taking away people’s freedom” with vaccine passports, is keen to force all frontline NHS staff to get vaccinated against Covid. A decision on whether NHS staff, like care home workers, should be told to “get jabbed or get another job” is expected to be made later this month. i news has the story.
A formal consultation on making Covid and flu vaccination a condition of employment in the NHS is due to end on October 22nd, and the Health Secretary is ready to act swiftly to implement the change, i has been told.
Following a change in the law enacted this summer, staff in care homes have until November 11th to get double jabbed for Covid, after which point they will be legally barred from work without vaccination.
The Department for Health and Social Care (DHSC) has separate but similar plans to require all NHS frontline staff to be fully vaccinated – unless they have a medical exemption.

He is understood to want to be “even more hardline” with health service staff than with care home staff, not least as they are directly employed by the state rather than by private providers.
While no one in Government wants to publicly pre-empt the consultation, it is understood that Boris Johnson is fully behind Javid’s belief that unjabbed health staff pose a risk to the most vulnerable
Javid also wants to offer extra reassurance to vulnerable patients that they can enter hospital and be sure that all those around them are double jabbed.
There is also a concern in government that unjabbed care home staff, who are barred from working with patients from next month, have been moving into the NHS.
The vast majority of NHS staff have been double jabbed. Latest weekly figures for England show 1,326,000 have had a first jab (92%), 1,277,000 (89%) have had a second jab. But 8% have not had any jab at all.

Why should THEY care how many health workers quit? They no doubt have their own medical staff (or at least use those of their handlers) and they and their families are easy and comfortable in their minds about future medical care.

I don’t consider myself vulnerable. But I do feel at risk entering enter hospital and other places where all around me are double and triple jabbed. As for 91% of NHS staff being jabbed I simply don’t believe it. Anecdotally I beleive the real figue is much lower. These are the people who have seen the many serious vaccine injuries.
I suspect that the Savage Jabber will come unstuck if this comes about?
Cannot the scientific knowledge that previous infection provides better immunity than the vaccines be used to eliminate the requirement for vaccination for those who have recorded previous infection. Or is there a simple, inexpensive test for immunity that could eliminate the need for those who have immunity from being forced to have a vaccine they don’t want or need.
It’s not about Covid. That realisation is step one to freedom of thought.
The NHS staff working as “frontline” have been exposed to Covid over and over. Surely they have immunity 19 months down the road. Here is a novel idea, why not spend a little mone on your valued frontline healthcare workers and test T cell immunity. Your spending a FORTUNE on a study testing Joe public, for Covid and immunity, in a government funded study by Oxford. Our friend has had about a million Covid tests and is now being tested weekly for antibodies etc etc. If the frontline healthcare workers are so important to Boris, how about offering these people antibody testing and letting THEM make the decision whether or not to be vaxxed.
Shame on any government for forcing people to take an experimental biological with NO longer term safety or efficacy and from the look of it no short term efficacy, in order to keep their job. This is simply unethical and should be stopped immediately.

The above is interesting and important, for people in the UK. In France unvaxxed nurses have been put on ‘leave’ with no pay. So the hospitals have been paying for ‘temps’ at a higher rate. Now, the Court rules not only is the nurse allowed to work with no vaccination, she is due back pay.
The lawyers say this ruling will open flood gates here in France and the hospitals and clinics will be facing massive costs.
Anyone seeing the same thing happening in other countries and wondering……? Anyone got any ideas why such policies are considered to be sensible and proportionate when the vaccines don’t stop infection?

Well that looks like my wife & I will be leaving the NHS after around 54 years of combined service. Fortunately we are nearing retirement age: I feel very sorry for the younger people. I’m hoping for some sort of legal intervention but very much doubt it will get anywhere given what’s happened to the care workers.
I would have said I can’t believe what they’re doing but sadly I now do.
Congrats on getting out. The young are indeed in very deep trouble and their only chance is to avoid the genocidal Covid needle at all costs. My sampling of the youngsters I know says that many of them are aware that Boris is lining them up for genocide. They must not weaken.

I understand that there is a difference between mandatory and compulsory. The difference being that compulsory you have to do it where as compulsory is it’s recommended you do it.
