“Government hides how many times Covid contact tracing app turned off”.
Oh good, more information hidden! And we’re supposed to be railroaded into taking these”vaccines” on trust in such a climate of shameless obfuscation?
(PS Covid ‘vaccine’ coercion rates increasing…)
“Britons back ‘vaccines’ for 12 year olds”.
Could that possibly be anything to do with a concomitant lack of billboards saying
“Thousands of adverse reactions reported in 12-17 year olds given Pfizer ‘vaccine’, true figure likely far higher” –
which would be more accurate than the big pharma propaganda I’ve seen around town?
“Britons back ‘vaccines’ for 12 year olds”.
I don’t believe that for one second. Yet more coercion through fake opinion polls. Well coordinated evil is surely in our midst..
“Britain needs to stop counting ‘Covid’ cases”.
Yes. A new job for Sajid Jab-it – dismantling the testing regime (as I said yesterday).
Fat chance of that happening here. The Premiers and their experts are having the best time of their lives with the daily media spot. Put on the This Is Serious face, read out the Big Scary Numbers – their inner Fauci has taken charge.
They never had an exit plan, still don’t seemingly, likely enough it’s not on their agenda. Ever. Still, we supposedly had no alternative to the government narrative in 2015 (elections)… we’ll get a real opposition one day.
Yes, it’s grim down here in the land of Oz. In locked-down New South Wales, 60% of New South Welshmen and women are approving of the state government’s decision to lockdown. Even that terrible vote for lockdown masochism might have had a silver (or, at least, bronze) lining if the 40% who are unhappy were miffed with lockdowns per se but, alas, most of that cohort is made up of people who think the state’s lockdown wasn’t early or hard enough (a dismaying 50% of the state’s residents wanted more and harder lockdown).
Across the border, 77% of Victorians were positively-minded about their latest spasm of self-harming lockdown, and a chipper 81% of Queenslanders were on board with theirs. In my home state of South Australia, 93% (crikey!!!) of my fellow croweaters were chortling with glee about our just-ended lockdown (but a raft of ‘restrictions’ remain to suck all the joy out of life).
The ‘Zero Covid’ fantasy, based on swift, tough, relentless lockdowns, contact-tracing and isolation of those who were in (gasp!) ‘exposure sites’ has stopped people from thinking straight.
Glad to find a cobber to commiserate with on this site.

Many of us Brits certainly commiserate with you.
You should send them that Twitter link with the presentation of this doctor in front if the Mt Vernon schoolboard.

Just had a listen to it. He really nails it – articulate, informed and on-point. Unfortunately most brainwashed Aussies would duly dismiss it as misinformation because its hasn’t been shown on the private or state media down here. He may as well be speaking in Russian, for all the impact it would have on them.
Thanks for the link, though There are some good eggs on our side.

It seems like most people have chewed up toffee for brains these days. Our so-called government have been posturing and blustering about the “marvellous” vaccine take up, so all the good little animals are now temporarily out to grass for the summer, thinking they’ve been “set free!” Most don’t think there’ll be another lockdown, and that we’ll be back to full-on, top-down abuse, probably in about a month’s time…actually, most just don’t think! I’ve been watching Max Igan on The Crowhouse for a long time. He certainly doesn’t hold back when it comes to reporting from your neck of the woods.
“Chewed-up toffee” – that’s being unfair to masticated candy.
Always read your (and Annie’s!) wonderful posts, by the way.
Thanks for your solidarity with us colonials against lockdown. Will return the favour when the Mother Country (jabbed up to the keyser) goes back into lockdown.
Cheers,
Phil
Cheers, good to read yours too! There’s no way we’d be getting any sort of real info from other parts of the world if we relied on the media. Getting it first hand from the people, and sharing it, brings us all closer together, and not apart, as they would like to have us!
I am distraught at what is going on in your country Phil. I have such wonderful memories of Australia from the times I have spent there, but I’m seriously concerned that memories is all I’ll have. I can’t see that I’ll ever be going back, at least not for years. And what sort of an Australia will I be returning to? Because at the moment it sounds as appealing as a Gulag.
The very opposite is planned and will be happening.
The vaxxed will soon be forced to get tested as well.
9x as much business than sticking to the unvaxxed only.
And, unlike now, medically somewhat justifiable, if they were able to develop a useful non-invasive one first.
“PL footy fans to be quizzed on ‘Covid’ status”.
As the comedian said – “have you got herpes?”!
This was of interest to me as I’ll be at the football over the next month. It raised many questions that I don’t think the BBC article elucidated.
A) Quizzed by who? Police? Stewards? Brown Shirts?
B) What are the ramifications when I tell whoever it is to fuck off? Do I get ejected from the stadium?
C) Ultimately, what is the point? Is it just for research? My ‘covid status’ was not a condition of me getting the ticket so what does this achieve besides conditioning people for incoming papers please facism?
(Official) “Covid” deaths reported for 09/08/2021: 37. The figures for 09/08/2020 (a Sunday) 9. And for Sweden? no deaths reported since 30th July 2021. And the average figure for “vaccine” resistant France in the last 7 days – 50 (equivalent to 52 in the UK) compared to 90/day in the UK last week. But let’s not jump to conclusions…
The Grauniad article on the pingdemic makes interesting reading. This glorious bit of obfuscation, for example:
The DHSC said it had assessed “as objectively as possible” whether it was in the public interest to release the information and that while doing so would lead to “greater transparency in government”, it had decided to block the release for now to ensure it was “made available to everyone at the same time”. It declined to give any timescale of when that would happen.
Oh, and apparently some MPs admit to turning the foul thing off – but only Tory ones, apparently.
I always wanted to visit Australia, for a weird main reason. There’s a place there called Shark’s Bay where you can see a remarkable survival: stromatolites, almost the most ancient form of life of which there is any fossil record, still alive and thriving.
What I didn’t know was that Australia’s human population would revert to something more primitive, mindless and jelly-like than those eternal blobs. At least the stromatolites end up by forming a hard, resistant layer.
I’ll never see them now, but I wish them well.
Depressing, isn’t it, Annie!
I’m not sure if ‘de-volution’ (species reverting to more primitive life-forms over time) passes scientific muster but we lockdown-addicted Aussies could be about to rewrite Darwin in reverse.
Stromatolites have learnt to live with microbes (specifically cyanobacteria) to make their durable bacterial-reef-colonies but we Aussies look much more backwards in refusing to be sensible about living with a (statistically-inflated to billy-o) virus that is showing all the signs of becoming as innocuous, for everyone, as the common cold. Perhaps we deserve to die out and to give the land back to the koalas.

That’s not weird! I’ve always wanted to go, to visit Hanging Rock, featured in the brilliant book “Picnic at Hanging Rock” by Joan Lindsay, and the equally brilliant film by Peter Weir. One day, maybe, if the world comes to its senses…
Fascinating. Thanks.

There’s supposedly a type of Scottish shrimp claimed to be unchanged in 300m years. I always thought that was an argument against the molecules to man macro-evolution hypothesis popularised by Victorian amateurs who had no idea about the complexity of the cell. With the huge change that would be needed to get there, it seems suspicious if no change can happen for such a large amount of the time claimed for life (4000m years or so).
And let’s not forget that there were Darwinists in Tasmania looking for a missing link who apparently regarded the natives as a sub-human “animal”, and seem to have had a share of the responsibility in the total genocide of full blooded Tasmanians. To me, this idea of sub humans and super humans and favoured races and all so on is dangerous nonsense (which is not to deny the reality of “micro-evolution” that breeders have known about for centuries, and appears to occur within certain immutable parameters).
Every zombie who travels abroad just now is jibjabbed up to the eyeballs. If the jibjabs are sooooooo wonderful, why do they need expensive sticks jabbed up their noses as well?
Reposting this amazing blog which was posted in yesterday’s Update, because it’s so brilliant.
It argues, very convincingly, that society as a whole is in process of grooming its next scapegoat, the group of people that will be ritually sacrificed, a solution devised in/used since ancient times to solve the deep rifts which periodically arise in society, and reknit/reunify it for another period, and that at the moment it looks like this group will be the unvaxxed. …
… but there’s a suggestion near the end that this doesn’t *have* to happen …
… perhaps because we can still choose another group to sacrifice ( ? eg the filthy rich as during the French Revolution? ) or release the pressure by “holding festivals”, old style *real* ones ( which he discusses in a previous piece ) in which people run riot, overturn all norms, remind themselves of their existence outside the social cage? Or? His next article will look at the possibilities apparently.

From the World Health Organization’s early China-friendly messaging on the virus outbreak to influential papers dismissing the theory that the virus originated in a laboratory, Beijing’s sway over scientific discussions has come under increasing scrutiny during the pandemic. Some observers are also pointing out the communist regime’s footprint in the push for one side of the debate on the science and policy of lockdowns, which have had significant economic ramifications in the West.
…
Spalding says Beijing has used these strategies to promote strict lockdowns for other countries. Tactics include systematic use of social media to boast about China’s draconian pandemic measures, and the boosting of posts on studies with disputed modelling that predict large volumes of deaths in the absence of lockdowns.
“These posts were retweeted and reposted by the 50 Cent Army and other influencers outside of China, and then were picked up by the legacy media that furthered the hype, because that’s part of their business model,” Spalding said. The “50 Cent Army” refers to internet commentators hired by the CCP to manipulate public opinion to its favour. They supposedly get paid 50 Chinese cents for each post.
“The way our society is currently on a 24/7 news cycle, and the way that Silicon Valley’s social media platforms are very easily manipulated for propaganda, they use all of those things to create a hype,” Spalding added.
Atlanta-based researcher and lawyer Michael P. Senger says Beijing has misrepresented its pandemic response by significantly downplaying its case counts and deaths, yet prominent news organizations in the West have lavished praise on the regime’s model.
“By demanding elite publications repeat the Orwellian lie that ‘China controlled the virus,’ the CCP has normalized that lie for Western elites to repeat themselves, exploiting China’s fastidiously managed reputation and the fact that most Westerners do not yet know it as an untrustworthy, totalitarian state,” Senger wrote in the Tablet.
“[Chinese leader] Xi Jinping has frequently stressed global co-operation to fight COVID-19. In turn, the world has started to look more like China. Localities introduced tip lines to report lockdown violations and countries unveiled new fleets of surveillance drones.”
Senger points out that FBI Director Christopher Wray said last year that U.S. officials from federal, state, and municipal governments have said Chinese diplomats are “aggressively urging support” for China’s pandemic response, in one case even asking a state senator to introduce a resolution in praise of China’s handling of the crisis.
I have said from the start, and been censored for that, that Cui bono?! suggested that at the very least, China saw and deliberately grasped the opportunity so that it could weaken the West.
But I think that even they didn’t fathom that we are still pushing the self-destruct button after one and a half years have passed.
The lockdowns are looking less like a gigantic error and more like the unfolding of a fanatical political ideology and policy experiment that attacks core postulates of civilization at their very root. It’s time we take it seriously and combat it with the same fervor with which a free people resisted all the other evil ideologies that sought to strip humanity of dignity and replace freedom with the terrifying dreams of intellectuals and their government sock puppets.
this one is already in the round up. never mind.

It seems side affects from Moderna vaccine are known to be far higher than the ones in the VAERS.
Covid vaccine maker Moderna received 300,000 reports of side effects after vaccinations over a three-month period following the launch of its shot, according to an internal report from a company that helps Moderna manage the reports.
That figure is far higher than the number of side effect reports about Moderna’s vaccine publicly available in the federal system that tracks such adverse events.

ps. this is not my image or a parody. i found it on the web. it’s from the year 2017.
Nappyface already crawling about!
So glad to see sunetra Gupta responding. She is so calm and kind. Very sad that she has had so take so much abuse.
If course, it should go without saying that the government should be absolutely barred from concealing information without a real national security or privacy concern. There should be strong punishments for civil servants or politicians found to have tried to do so, and those should be judged by courts not beholden to the government but committed to the rule of law.
Another reminder that we live in a managed technocracy that masquerades as a democracy.
The very fact that they refuse to release a figure tells you all you need to know.
Indeed.
Mushroom governance.
So true.. you could also use the same thinking to ask why the 8.5 thousand tons of Gold allegedly deposited in Fort Knox hasn’t been audited for close on 70 years despite continued demands for a full audit.
Could it be that your more likely to find cobwebs in Fort Knox than Gold.. its gone!
Are there any covid dissenters who still don’t understand the role the BBC plays and how it played that role for decades before covid, on issues of elite ideology like race and climate alarmism?
Defund the BBC.
BBC delenda est!
BBC – Climate Change.. along with the covid joke, its the biggest pack of lies going. Bullshit on steroids..
Notice the green agenda is predictably growing momentum in the wings of the fake pandemic – the fake climate change hysteria will converge with the fake pandemic hysteria and both will factor prominently on the social credit score.
Those who don’t comply will be shamed in public space. This 4-5 minute video shows how it already works in China: https://youtu.be/NXyzpMDtpSE – bear in mind this was in place before covid; the Communist Chinese Party are now looking to tighten freedoms even further using this system.
Are they going to address the huge over-representation of black players in the football leagues then?
[The last thing I’d want to see – sport should be judged on sporting merit, not race, nor political correctness or respectability for that matter, imo. But it’s the logical conclusion of thinking that says everywhere must “look like the whole population”.
We live in a profoundly sick society afflicted by cultural cognitive dissonance from trying to hold to two incompatible dogmas at once: “race is nothing” and “race is everything”.]
It is a profoundly sick society. I’m not sure that there’s actually that much cognitive dissonance going on, not in full anyway. I suspect on one side there is appeasement in the hope that the whole horrid thing will blow away, and on the other side the desire to grab as much as possible. I honestly doubt that many on either side believe in proportional representation, it’s just a useful cover for advancing various agendas.
“I honestly doubt that many on either side believe in proportional representation, it’s just a useful cover for advancing various agendas.”
Exactly. The problem is the cultural sickness that enables them to get away with it.
Absolutely.. and one of them is the Kalergi Plan. Its in your face, and certainly no conspiracy theory, but people are afraid to talk about it because of the PC nonsense thrust upon them. However, when the likes of Bliar and Merkel receive a prize (Charlemain) for supposedly constructive work in Europe you know the fix is in..
https://themillenniumreport.com/2018/01/kalergi-plan-the-covert-scheme-to-destroy-europe-from-within/
The team does look like the whole population. They are all from Great Britain and top quality athletes.
And that’s all we should be concerned with.
Proportionate representation doesn’t exist in the UK.
And, great heavens above, team choice is just appallingly AGEIST. I mean just how many of the team are OAPs???
I read something interesting long ago. Specific “races” of West Africans are particularly good at explosive sports like sprinting. Specific “races” of East Africans are particularly good at endurance sports.
It had to do with distribution of different types of muscle fibres, it was sheer coincidence that both populations were black.
Polls are a modern form of lying. I don’t believe any.
Coronavirua are know since the last half a century. As cause of common cold.
Correct. The term ‘coronavirus’ was invented in 1966/67 by the Common Cold Unit in Salisbury, England, on account of it’s electron microscopy image. Probably would have a different name if found elsewhere.
Also in the headlines today was another set of fake data. The A level ‘results’. Based on teacher predictions, showing a massive increase in the top grades. Not covered by the MSM is the fact that most teachers have pay rises based on their appraisal target to increase the number of top grades. Nice little earner. But then, giving PCR tests is also a nice earner for friends and neighbours or certain people.
“Deaths from any reason whilst being tested positive for Covid in the last 28 days”.
WHAT THE HELL IS THAT EVEN SUPPOSED TO MEAN???
Deaths with Covid on the death certificate?
When my wife’s grandmother died almost 50 years ago, she had about 12 causes and sub causes on her death certificate.
I repeat: WHAT THE HELL IS THAT EVEN SUPPOSED TO MEAN??? (DEATHS WITH A POSITIVE COVID TEST OF ANY REASON WITHIN 28 DAYS)
Apparently, according to the TUC/Unison it’s discrimination/unlawful to ask staff to wear make up for work. Let’s hope they throw their weight behind employees who lose their jobs because of their wish not to be jabbed with the experimental gene therapy, I’ll not hold my breath. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-wales-58086061
