Ann Widdecombe Death Being Treated as Terrorism

2 min read

The death of Ann Widdecombe is now being treated as terrorism, police have confirmed. The Telegraph has more.

Counter-terrorism police are leading the investigation into the 78 year-old’s death after “new information and evidence has come to light”, Counter Terrorism Policing South East (CTP) said.

Widdecombe was found dead at her home in Devon on Thursday July 9th, after sustaining serious injuries. Police believe she was killed nearly 24 hours earlier, at around midday on Wednesday July 8th.

A 28 year-old white British man who was initially arrested for murder on Saturday has been re-arrested on suspicion of commission, preparation or instigation of acts of terrorism, CTP said.

Devon and Cornwall Police previously said there was no suggestion “at this stage” that the alleged murder was politically motivated.

However, Reform sources questioned at the time whether the suspect may have been motivated by Widdecombe’s politics. One said: “It is clear to everybody that we are being gaslit by the police.”

Laurence Taylor, the Head of National Counter Terrorism Policing, said on Monday: “Building on the progress made by our colleagues in Devon and Cornwall Police, we now have new information and evidence that means Counter Terrorism Policing is now leading the investigation.

“We are pursuing multiple lines of enquiry to establish the motivation for this attack.

“Our priority is progressing this investigation quickly, with all the capabilities we have available to us. If anyone has any information, please share it with the police.

“We would like to thank local communities, the wider public and the media for their ongoing support and patience, and would ask them to continue to support us in the next stage of the investigation.”

Richard Tice, the Reform UK leader, said: “A lot of journalists must now apologise to Nigel and us at Reform. You know who you are.

“Counter-terrorism police are now leading the investigation into Ann Widdecombe’s murder investigation.”

Worth reading in full.

It’s also emerged that Widdecombe’s home was shown on television six days before her alleged murder, in an episode of Celebrity Yorkshire Auction House, shown by Quest on July 2nd.

Dear Ann, do you remember when Jill Dando was assisinated? She was investigating a paedophile story. You were about to release information about the politics behind the politics. Is it possible someone did not want that info released? RIP, rest easy.

If the Police run out of ideas they could try asking the bloke who did it

So “nothing to do with politics or terrorism” was mis-information then by Devon and Cornwall Plod – the Long Arm of the lefty Establishment.

Don’t speculate say the Police. Why not, Ann was a free speech advocate and would have been horrified with this statement. However, it seems we are right to speculate as the police ‘facts’ seem complete misdirection at the very least. Honest speech seems in short supply in the modern YooKay

There is something deeply disturbing as well as the obvious tragedy here… It feels like Something very sinister is behind it. The State putting in place the final pieces of its Totalitarian jigsaw. Dark times are upon us; Burnham’s unelected premiership may be about to unleash all the nightmarish forces which those of us who grew up in the 60s and 70s witnessed as they gripped Eastern Europe and the Soviet States. I really think there’s some kind of coup about to dawn in our once fair land; and we all know who the “enemies of the State” are going to be.

Since when did am attack on a politician become ‘terrorism’? Looks like the state is starting to raise its shields.

Isn’t terrorism about achieving political objectives through extreme violence by instilling fear in people? Murdering a politician fits that description, if indeed the objective was political. Of course to qualify we’d probably need to see some evidence that it wasn’t just a coincidence that she was a political figure.

The plot thickens;

”BREAKING RIGHT NOW: Ann Widdecombe assassination suspect is believed to have been caught researching Russian communist literature. I can also reveal Ann’s WhatsApp was last active at 9.21pm on Wednesday, suggesting the killer took over her phone or that she was held hostage…”

Maybe just a coincidence but I am immediately suspicious when things are blamed on anything to do with Russia…

Why do many press comments refer to her as a former Tory Minister. That was an age ago. Her role at the time of death was spiked person for Reform UK.

“UK police arrest 12 after ‘extreme right-wing’ terrorism threat investigation”
Ah ahr! The perfect counter terrorist plot!
What fantastic timing dont you think?
Poor mussies being targeted at the same time as Ann Widdicome, well well!

Extreme Far Right terrorist “threat” investigation.

So “threat” no actual activity, no actual people involved, just a “threat”.

Exactly! Very convenient timing indeed, especially to boost the flagging fortunes of Pakistani Muslim Marxist Palestinian Activist Mahmood. Not a bit suspicious or anything, is it?

And one of the “right wing terrorists” is reportedly 82 years old!
Whoever thought that one day “Dad’s Army” defending Britain would be called a terrorist organization?

If you remember, Tommy Robinson was arrested under the Terrorism Act just because he refused to give the police access to his phone. Apparently these 12 people are just concerned patriots flying drones. Nothing terrorism related whatsoever. They’re called the British Security Project. This bloke’s a member;

”Its not true, there were no threats to the muslims attending the event, 12 people were arrested for flying a drone.”

Not sure, I suspect they were busily trying to solve the complex problem of finding their arses with both hands.
