Health Secretary: I Changed My Mind – Trans Women Are Not Women

2 min read

The Health Secretary, James Murray, has backtracked on his previous claim that trans women are women, saying he has now “changed what I would say” following the Supreme Court ruling. The Telegraph has more.

James Murray, who replaced Wes Streeting last month, previously said he defined women as “adult female and trans women”.

However, he has now claimed to have “changed what I would say” and that he accepts the difference between sex and gender.

Earlier this month, Bridget Phillipson published the long-awaited advice from the Equalities and Human Rights Commission (EHRC). It tells businesses and public bodies to bar trans women – biological men – from women’s toilets and changing facilities.

On Monday, Murray was told by BBC Radio 4’s Today programme that Streeting had changed his mind on trans rights.

Asked whether he had shifted his own position, Murray responded: “Yeah, I have changed what I would say. I wouldn’t say that phrase any more. And I think that over the last few years a lot of us, myself included, have thought about this question in some detail.

“The Supreme Court has obviously ruled very clearly that biological sex is what matters when it comes to the Equality Act and determining the importance of single-sex spaces.

“I believe that single-sex spaces should be protected on the basis of sex, on the basis of biological sex, whilst at the same time believing in dignity for trans people – recognising that sex and gender are different things, but being absolutely clear that single-sex spaces within the NHS, for instance, need to be protected on the basis of sex.”

I have never thought that a man can ever be a woman.
I don’t need a politician to confirm this for me.

This man appears to be perpetually confused about traditional gender roles, as does his husband.

So as long as someone in the Courts tells him what to think and believe he will do it. So if for example the Courts rule its ok to marry your first cousin, he will accept it, if the courts rule that its ok to have relations with children he will accept it.
In other words he is typical of his Labour progressive sect, no morals, his are what the “authority” tells him it should be, no independent thought, beliefs, only those what the “authority” tells him they are.
In other words nothing more than a programmed automotant, incapable of independent thought or feeling.
And to think this has control over our health.

This moron doesn’t understand that “I’ve changed my mind” just compounds the pig-ignorant nonsense he was previously spouting.

It isn’t a question of changing your mind. It’s a question of understanding BIOLOGICAL FACTS and not lying to the public.

A man, regardless of what he wears and/or which bits he has chopped off can NEVER be a woman.

Translation: I’m an idiot who will do anything to get ahead in my political career, including denying obvious reality and gaslighting the public. But, hey, there are a lot of people like me…

I don’t reaent that there are stupid people in the world. I resent it when they have any sort of power or authority over me.

Correct.
He held the opinion that a man can become a woman while it was politically expedient to do so. Whether that statement was true or a lie made no difference to him, it was irrelevant. Inside he is empty: perfectly capable of adopting any opinion as long as it advances his career. In 1930’s Germany he would have been a Nazi, in Soviet Russia a communist.

Has he changed his mind or just his standard answer to the question?

If they can lie to themselves that hard, they’ll lie to you about anything. Whatever little trust I had has been completely eroded. Fools.
