A group of doctors is launching a legal challenge against the U.K. Government’s offer of a Covid vaccine to healthy five to 11 year-olds, on behalf of a British mother and her children, branding it “reckless” and “grossly irresponsible”.
The case is being brought by members of the Children’s Covid Vaccine Advisory Council – an independent group of senior health professionals and scientists aiming to challenge unethical Government policies on Covid vaccines for children – and employs the same legal team challenging the Government on the 12-15 year-old rollout (the two cases having to be brought separately).
In the absence of an independent critical media or political opposition on this issue, the group says this is the only opportunity there will be to force the Government to account for its decision. The worry is officials will get off unchallenged and a dangerous precedent will be set for healthcare policy in the U.K. Funding support is being spearheaded by Beverley Turner, radio and TV personality and a campaigner for child protection.
The group says that, even if the case is unsuccessful, it is of vital importance the arguments are made and the Government’s response recorded to form part of the public record. It adds:
The Government has recently begun to climb down on many Covid policies as the evidence becomes too obvious to ignore, but it is stubbornly pushing ahead with the least logical, most reckless policy of all – experimental pharmaceutical interventions on our children.
The group sets out in detail in a letter to the Government (plus two annexes) the evidence of a lack of any risk-benefit case for vaccinating children. The group says the case will show that crucial information is being hidden from the public and there is no benefit to children from vaccination. It will also show that adverse reactions from the vaccines are likely in the hundreds of thousands and there is demonstrable risk of life-changing injury and death.
The group argues that despite the Government’s use of the word “offer”, which implies freedom of choice, basic information on the vaccine and its efficacy and side-effects has not been provided to parents and children.
It notes that Sweden has refused to give the vaccines to healthy children on the basis they provide no benefit and Norway is also not recommending them. Florida is the first U.S. state actively to recommend against vaccinating healthy children. The U.K. must follow their lead, it says.

A pleasant novelty in view of what has transpired over the last two years – truthful medical professionals with a conscience.
In Australia, 79.97% of children 12-15 have had two doses. 52.17% of children 5-11 have had one dose, with 25.39% having two doses.[1]
The Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation pushes the Covid jabs for children, but admits: “Most children with SARS-CoV-2 infection are asymptomatic or experience a mild illness.”[2]
It’s incredible that children’s effective natural immune response is being put at risk with the experimental Covid-19 ‘leaky vaccines’.
Has an ethics committee evaluated this plan to jab children with repeated injections of no direct benefit to their health, and with potentially deleterious consequences?
It’s astonishing that the doctors’ and nurses’ professional organisations here have not challenged this most questionable medical intervention for children – what information are they sharing with parents before they give the jabs?
In my opinion, ‘valid voluntary consent’ is lacking, as I contend no-one has been properly informed about this global experiment against a disease which wasn’t a serious threat to most people. Covid jabs are now being imposed every few months in this reckless off-the-cuff experiment, we have no idea of the future consequences of this ‘leaky vaccine’ load on the natural immune response.

The situation is insane. This isn’t about ‘the virus’… They’re determined to have an excuse to inject everyone, and to make everyone submit to jabs over and over again, along with masks and testing on demand, plus QR code surveillance and vaccine passports. The systems are in place now, and we’re being warned they’ll be used at the whim of the government, and the unelected bureaucrats and university academics who are dominating our lives.
Critical thinking people who refuse to consent to the defective Covid-19 jabs are being progressively cancelled out of society, with many losing their jobs under mandates – No Jab, No Job. In most states and territories, people are being forbidden to dine in restaurants, or go to the theatre or events or sports if they haven’t been jabbed – they’re being punished, discriminated against and segregated for refusing to conform.
It’s out of control here, there’s no accountability.

The “group” appears to be a long list of significantly well known UK scientists, researchers and doctors. It would serve this government to sit down with these experts to discuss the issue of administering experimental biologicals to children. There is nothing to lose by the government and perhaps much to gain for all.
When I asked my Welsh Senedd member if he supported jabbing 5 to 11 year olds he simply replied that the JCVI recommends it (after changing their minds) .
When I challenged him on masks he said it was a WHO recommendation (after it changed its mind).

There are so many people, who DO know better, complicit in this egregious decision to inject children with these now known toxic substances, that their silence of self protection, or worse, their lack of interest in informing themselves, is shameful. If they could not, in the last year, have grouped together with a plan to act at the right time, as this group has, they really should not be practising. Events in the USA and talk here gave plenty of warning.
Will anyone give this publicity, will they win? I won’t hold my breath.
Those in this group deserve our thanks for at least trying to get some kind of legal cases on the docket (and thus the “public record.”).
This said, I’ve pretty much given up hope that lawsuits or legal actions will be forthcoming or provide the results I’d like to see. This is because the potential legal “causes of action” (torts) is mind-boggling to consider. Practically every citizen on the planet has suffered some degree of economic or psychological harm. And this doesn’t include the health harms and deaths, which number in the tens of millions.
That is, if civil cases (and criminal cases) were “allowed,” thousands of organizations, officials, medical groups, hospitals, companies, universities, school systems, etc would be on the hook for massive damages. We would have cascading mass bankrupticies.

I live near the U.S. Gulf Coast where 11 years ago all the beach communities were effectively shut down because of the BP oil spill. Damages to impacted businesses are still being paid out and total in the billions of dollars.
Now compare these “impacted” businesses to the number of businesses harmed by Covid lockdowns. The Covid effected businesses are 10 millions times higher … and the shutdowns lasted much longer.
I just returned from Disney World and I noted that several businesses in the theme parks are still closed. My hunch is that some of these were not owned by Disney but were renting space and they simply went out of business. Do these business owners (and their employees who lost jobs) have a valid civil claim and should they receive economic compensation (if a court ruled that they were shut down for fraudulent or illegal reasons)? I would say yes … but if even one such verdict was awarded, the flood gates would open.
What about all the college-town businesses that suffered economic harm when college football games were not allowed in the fall of 2020?

Re: The BP oil spill “damage”
There is no doubt this oil spill harmed every business and city on the Gulf Coast but …. but only because “the authorities” told people to stay away from the beaches and beach communities.
As it turns out, it was almost impossible to find any example of oil on the beaches – a few tiny clumps here and there … certainly nobody suffered any adverse health effects from these pebbles of clumps on vast swaths of beach.
This was yet another example of authority-produced fear-mongering and overreach, causing unnecessary economic harm to entire communities. Still, the event it was a windfall for the trial lawyers, who could sue BP and the oil rig companies – and did just this.
However, these same trial lawyer firms will NOT be suing their local governors or mayors for any of the emergency orders they issued with Covid.
And money was paid out to those who said their business was damaged without any proof. It was a lawyers fee feeding frenzy, no more than that.

There may, however, be judiciously selected scapegoats. Pfizer might be chosen to exemplify vaccine producers; Christian Drosten to exemplify fraudulent science.
Politicians might be punished in the usual way, that of losing office and any chance of re-election. For the rest, it might be reprimands and promises to learn lessons.
But we must keep putting the harms on public record, as you do. We must keep pointing out the damage done – not by a virus, but by the actions of immoral people.
And we must do all that we can to frighten those immoral people into modifying their behaviour, and to discourage others from following in their path.

How strange for medics to bring a legal case “on behalf of” a mother and her children. Why isn’t the procedure followed of a person (obviously a parent represents her children) hiring a lawyer (who may act pro bono) who in consultation with his client marshals evidence from witnesses?

The vaccines provide some protection and the hospitals are filled to the brim with ‘the unvaxxed’. I was listening to Radio 5 when the roll out was announced, the hoops the “expert” from the London school of tropical medicine and hygiene was having to jump through to justify it was staggering, if you couldn’t see through it then you’re not intelligent enough to draw breath. Having to listed to the BBC in the car is like listening to Lord Haw Haw. They are the Fifth Column.
Lord Haw Haw didn’t charge you 150quid a year.
But like you could Lord Haw Haw, you can switch them off.
And you can still refuse to pay the £150. I do.
I’ve not paid them since 2004, the coverage of the whole Dr. David Kelly “suicide” nonsense and the reporting on the Hutton Inquiry was the last straw.
Unfortunately we still pay for the BBC because my wife watches it. I spend evenings rummaging around on the internet for information or perhaps watching movies I ‘acquire’.
Fortunately I learned enough to persuade my wife (a health professional who had her first jab booked) and daughter to at least wait for a few months to see what happens.
Almost two years later they have gone off the idea and are noticing ‘vaccinated’ friends and relatives coming down with covid while we are remarkably healthy.
The power of the BBC is immense.
Where was this challenge before any of the warp speed clot shots were served up?
Why doesn’t this list have every Doctor signed up to it?

Most doctors don’t question. Most doctors do what they’re told. Most doctors want to keep their jobs.

It’s highly unlikely they will. The establishment of executive, legislature, judiciary and MSM will close ranks even further. There will be a whitewash followed by a fudge, further weasel words will be uttered and oh look, a refugee crisis.
You just have to look at Maddie de Garay, the young girl that Pfizer kicked off the trial after their product crippled her.
Pfizer are evil, the safety trials are a joke.
Pfizer we expect to be evil. The regulators who should be keeping them honest have let us down even more.
