More Than Half of Care Homes Could Be Forced to Sack Staff Over Mandatory Covid Vaccination

2 min read

Plans to make vaccination against Covid mandatory for care home workers could force six in 10 care facilities to fire some of their staff who refuse to get ‘jabbed’, according to new estimates. The Telegraph has the story.

The Department for Health and Social Care has ordered all care home staff to receive their first dose of a Covid vaccine by September 16th so they are fully vaccinated by the time regulations come into force on November 11th.

This means staff – apart from those who are exempt for medical reasons – will be banned from working in care homes if they are not double-jabbed by the deadline.

The Government has previously estimated that its mandatory vaccination policy will result in around 40,000 care home staff – 7% – either quitting or being sacked, costing the embattled sector £100 million to replace.

However, new data seen by the Telegraph suggest that 60% of care home managers believe they will be forced to sack staff based on current vaccination rates, with some seeing up to 20 carers already quitting.

One manager told the Telegraph that the pressure to force staff into receiving a vaccine is tantamount to “moral blackmail” which “infringes on their human rights”.

The Institute of Health and Social Care Management (IHSCM) surveyed 530 care home managers across the U.K. and found 318 said they would be forced to sack staff by November 11th based on current vaccination rates.

Around 35% of managers expect they will lose between 1-5% of staff, 19% fear they will lose between 6-10% of carers, and 4.11% believe they will lose between 11-15% of staff.

However, as many as 3.9% of managers fear they could lose up to a fifth of their workforce, with between 16 and 20% of carers missing the November deadline.

This is not just a paper exercise, there are also real ramifications of jabbing care home staff (and others in the wider care sector) with what is being proved to be a dangerous jab when they have had a previous SARS2 infection or when they are re-exposed to SARS2. Many staff who have complied are now sick and infected and infectious and unable to work. Note yesterday’s OUP pre-print that has recorded 251 times the viral load in the nasal cavities of Vietnamese hospital staff who are doubly jabbed and infectious.

The Government couldn’t care less about the elderly, they have been killing them off for years. This was never about “saving granny”. Quite the opposite. They couldn’t care less about the care sector losing staff either. Once they keep injecting- with the boosters plus flu jab- many oldies will not survive. I don’t mean to be so blunt but I feel quite sure this has been the plan all along and it is becoming clearer with every passing day. The sad thing is the culling is not just for the elderly. It is very sad that so many millions of basically decent people have been duped and have placed their trust in this Government and the many corrupt medics and haven’t done their due diligence.

A colleague at work has been off for a week since getting his second jab. Of course my other idiot colleagues have said “think how bad it would have been if you hadn’t been vaccinated”. Never even crosses their mind that it’s the supposed cure that’s made him so sick.

CONCLUSION
As pressure to be vaccinated for COVID mounts, it will be vital to discover methods to neutralise spike protein damage from COVID vaccines, especially for those who are required to be vaccinated due to employer requirements or other reasons. In summary, the five substances discussed above are as follows, along with links to recommended sources:
Iodine – https://amzn.to/3nuUd5Z
Zinc – https://amzn.to/32UZ9aN
Quercetin – https://amzn.to/3t1teQB
Supercharged C60 – https://globalhealing.com/supercharged-c60
PQQ – https://amzn.to/3nv1Hpn
(I also heard Dr. Sherri Tenpenny say on a podcast that CoQ10 (Coenzyme Q10) is an important supplement to take if vaccinated: https://amzn.to/3eGi4vg&nbsp😉
Also, water only fasting (for 1 week) has been shown to repair DNA damage and silence foreign mRNA. And taking full spectrum hemp extract is another excellent suggestion due to the positive effects on our endocannabinoid system, which regulate almost every internal function. We take this organic hemp extract every day! Very high quality and the most powerful CBD products around can be found at the following website (CTFO). They are non-GMO, organic and pesticide free: https://alternativehealingandhealth.com/cbd-and-hemp-oil-products/
Interestingly, Merck abandoned development of two COVID vaccines, saying that after extensive research it was concluded that the shots offered less protection than just contracting the virus itself and developing natural antibodies.

I’m surprised nobody has taken this up as a class action lawsuit against the Government. It is very clear that they are breaking human rights and the Nuremberg Code. It is constructive dismissal and removal of peoples rights. The lawyers are probably too busy fighting to keep murdering Jamaicans here to bother.

“However, because the English population is ageing, the absolute number of people at risk of dying each year is going up. You’d therefore expect to see a greater number of deaths each year, even without a pandemic. What’s more, people who die from COVID-19 tend to be slightly older than those dying of other causes, so the average COVID-19 death is associated with fewer life-years lost.”

Errrr …. pick the bones out of that statement in terms of judging relative mortality over time in a population.

Just think about it .

Oh dear!

Why isn’t it mandatory for shop assistants to be “vaccinated”, after all isn’t going into a shop a dangerous thing to do, hence the request for masking up before you go in. Also if shops are such lethal places to work why aren’t shop assistants dying in droves and why aren’t they on danger money (instead of minimum wage)?

Back at the beginning of the first lockdown I was told someone in the supermarket “had to self-isolate” but she was never tested so it could have been a cold.

Since then zilch in the supermarket local shops and farm shops. Some pandemic eh?

The people you want working in care homes are people that have had and recovered from the virus naturally. Passports and mandatory vaccinations are at best a red-herring and at worst will increase infections (as symptom supressed superspreaders)

No mandatory jab for those working in hospitals? Surely the same rationale exists….perhaps ‘they’ are worried there will be staff who turn Queen’s Evidence and expose what effect the ‘inoculations’ are having ‘on the ground’. Perhaps they are worried there might be more Dr Sam Whites willing to call out the vaxx ‘project’ so they pick on a workforce they feel they can bully in to submission.

This was always on the cards – staff fleeing the sector because they refuse the jab.

In Australia, 42% of aged care staff (110,000 workers out of 263,000) are yet to have even their first job only one month out from the deadline (September 17 – coincidentally when the Emergency Declaration for the ‘pandemic’ expires) announced by the PM when decreeing mandatory jabs way back in June.

The big question is how is it going to be enforced – seems like nursing homes that want to retain their workforce might be non-cooperative in enforcing the new Health Order. It’s not like there is a huge pool of people just busting to do the minimum wage job, especially now that migrants (who make up the bulk of the non-nursing, personal care staff) can’t get into Australia because of our closed borders and who face expensive mandatory quarantine if they do.

The unions are also resisting the push for mandatory vaccinations in the sector.

Still, if lots of old people die because nursing home standards go to the dogs with short-staffing from the unwanted mandatory jabs, then that’s worth it to save old people from Covid!

If the WA health care system generally is a guide to aged care specifically, there’s a hell of a storm on the way. Private hospitals were offering $6K last week to anyone who could bring in a nurse.

Easy for me to say I guess, but I’d counsel care home workers to leave and find alternative employment. Treat it as an opportunity. The policy will soon change when care workers vite with their feet in mass numbers.

If everyone leaves a job because of compulsory jabs, governments can, with a bit of effort, have them replaced with third-worlders. If employees stand their ground it will make it more likely for the whole filthy system to collapse.

I doubt any contract they have will state “thou shalt accept any medical intervention on thyselves that the employer dictates”.
I guess that many homes will be paying out large sums for unfair dismissal. Or do government dictats override and other laws and contract?

And who exactly does this gov’t think is going to work in care homes? They are going to sack the dwindling staff they have? That should be interesting.

My Mum volunteers at a care home. They cared very well for my Gran in her final 2 years with dementia, and Mum got to know many of the residents. Now, they are so short staffed activities are infrequent so Mum set up a knit & natter group for a few of the more able ladies and also takes one more active gentleman out to do some gardening once a week.
She is against mandatory vax even though she’s had hers. She’s worried that staff shortages are only going to get worse and these elderly people will suffer. It’s what has slowly brought her around to thinking the government are evil.

This seems like a case of shutting the stable door after the horse has bolted. The damage has been done in care homes from the outset.
It is also not clear to me if this also applies to the large number of care workers who visit people in their homes, and if not, then it is another massive inconsistency in the erratic response of this government, more concerned with ducking responsibility than actually caring for vulnerable people.

Yes we have not a few old folks here who continue to live in their own homes with help. Here’s a tale, my uncle broke his back in a horse riding incident. He bought his own equipment including an all-singing all-dancing wheelchair (literally, he exrpessed himself in its movements). He needed a new sling for craning him in and out of bed and although he bought it himself the NHS carers refused to use it because it was not NHS equipment. He had to pay for private carers.

Can one be coerced by one’s employers to take a medical procedure?
Any help greatly appreciated.

Throughout all of this fiasco governments worldwide don’t seem to have learned an important concept-that all actions have consequences.
-If you keep on testing healthy people, you will keep finding traces of some virus or other
-If you have made children isolate after a single positive “test” in their year group, you have had to send the entire year group home for ten days and disrupt education
-If you get people to download the NHS app, you soon run short of staff to run your restaurant, business, school, hospital etc
-If you frighten people with big numbers without putting those numbers into context, they remain frightened
-If you shut down the health service and much of the economy for a year and a half, you will create enormous damage down the road
-If you make people work from home, their jobs could disappear abroad or it could destroy city centres and the sandwich economy

I could continue, but you get the drift.

They know everything is illogical and doesn’t make sense. It’s not supposed to. It’s what they want, for all this to lead to the absolute collapse of all economies and society around the world. The destruction of life as we knew it so we’ll all be on our knees begging the overlords to take over, bring in the “Great Reset” and restore order and control out of chaos. But they aren’t very bright, they haven’t thought everything through, and they greatly underestimate human intelligence, power and spirit, and the ability by ever increasing millions to see what they are doing, when for so many years it’s been hidden from us. Despite their disgusting psychological tricks they’ve used on us they haven’t fooled ALL of the people ALL of the time, and the cracks have opened up. But they’ve started now so they have to keep going, and we’ve got to keep going and fighting back with everything we’ve got.
