Southport ‘Attacker’ Charged With Having Al-Qaeda Manual

by Will Jones
29 October 2024 3:48 PM

Teenager Axel Rudakubana who is awaiting trial for the murder of three young girls in Southport has been charged with possession of a military study of an Al-Qaeda terror training manual, as well as producing ricin, a well-known poison. The Telegraph has more.

Axel Rudakubana, who is charged with carrying out a knife attack at a Taylor Swift-themed dance class in July, is accused of producing ricin – a biological toxin – and keeping a handbook made by the terrorist group.

The manual, a PDF titled ”Military studies in the jihad against the tyrants: The Al-Qaeda training manual’ and the poison were found during a search of his home, police said.

At a press conference in Liverpool, Merseyside Police said the events of July 29th have not been declared a terrorist incident because no motive has been established.

Chief Constable Serena Kennedy said: “At this time Counter Terrorism Policing has not declared the events of July 29th a terrorist incident.

“I recognise that these new charges may lead to speculation. The matter for which Axel Rudakubana has been charged under the Terrorism Act doesn’t require motive to be established.

“For a matter to be declared a terrorist incident, motivation would need to be established.”

Mr. Rudakubana, who is 18 but was 17 at the time of the attack, is charged with the murders of Bebe King, six, Elsie Dot Stancombe, seven, and Alice Dasilva Aguiar, nine.

He is also charged with the attempted murder of yoga class instructor Leanne Lucas, businessman John Hayes and eight children, who cannot be named for legal reasons, and with possession of a knife.

Born in Cardiff to Rwandan parents, Mr Rudakubana’s identity was revealed after a judge lifted a reporting restriction after an application made by the press.

The attack sparked widespread protests and disorder across the country which had been fuelled by speculation online about the attacker and his motives, including inaccurate claims that he was an asylum seeker.

Violent riots saw dozens of police officers injured, wheelie bins set alight and police vehicles set on fire.

Worth reading in full.

Conservative MP and leadership candidate Robert Jenrick has criticised the apparent withholding of information from the public. He wrote on X:

The public had a right to know the truth straight away. I am seriously concerned that facts may have been withheld from the public. Keir Starmer must urgently explain what he knew about the Southport attack and when he learned it.

Reform leader Nigel Farage has said: “Perhaps I was right all along.” He adds that the Crown Prosecution Service has said that more will come out in the trial, but it seems we aren’t allowed to know that for another several months.

Stop Press: The Free Speech Union has put out a statement about this, claiming that some of the prosecutions over the summer of people for allegedly saying ‘Islamophobic’ things about the Southport attack on social media may now be unsafe.

Have I read that right? They’ve had him for three months and they still haven’t established a motive? They still haven’t gotten out of the evil PoS *why* he deliberately went out of his way ( he got a taxi there, so he definitely did ) to massacre as many little girls, and any adults that stood in his way, as possible? This is insane, but it does give more weight to the speculation he was a radicalized Muslim convert, I suppose.

If my memory serves me correctly we were told there was no evidence that this was Islamic terrorism. A massacre of young girls dancing to Taylor Swift, it was obvious they were lying from the start.

The police would have known he is a muslim right from the off. Right from the moment of arrest.

There are people in gaol now who were justifiably angry and took to the streets.

Whilst what they did is not justifiable lawlessness, this whole debacle was caused by Starmfurher’s government and without any doubt Yvette ‘Allo ‘Allo Cooper’s hands are all over this.

We need to see some convictions overturned and everyone released from prison who was gaoled.

And this means thousands of dangerous criminals were needlessly released from prison to make way for people who should never have been sentenced as harshly as they were nor gaoled.

And children were given criminal convictions when repeat criminals who steal from shops on a daily basis with the police refusing to attend nor do anything about it. Paedophiles get let of with a slap on the wrist – not forgetting the grooming gangs across the country grooming and repeatedly raping young white girls whilst the useless police let them get on with it unhindered in Starmfuhrer’s woke broke and bent Britain.

This also raises massive questions about the behaviour of the judiciary and their clear lack of independence from government.

We clearly cannot rely on the judiciary to do their job without fear nor favour. But sadly that has been the case for many many years anyway with judges indulging their personal prejudices in dealing with the public in the civil and criminal courts.

And don’t forget, gazillions of hours of police time will now be spent pouring over reams of the inevitable online comments about this total farce and terrible tragedy for those three small girls and their families.

Starmfuhrer had better empty all the prisons because a lot of people are going to get locked up if a repeat of last time happens in the light of this.

It is not going to be 1400 rioters this time but people up and down the country commenting online and expressing their disbelief this could have happened.

And of course Yvette ‘Allo ‘Allo Cooper and Starmfuhrer yet again demonstrating the complete lack of political nous which has characterised this Far Left bunch of morons elected by what now seem to be really really stupid people who by now must be regretting their decision.

“Downing St” denies today timing this according to news reports today.

Could be the usual lies of course but no such denial from Yvette ‘Allo ‘Allo Cooper our Rt Hon Home Secretary.

Curiouser and curiouser.

However if he had said something hurty about two tier Kier and his comrades, no doubt he would have been sentenced and in prison the next day. I am sure we can all look forward to the following.

  1. The individual had mental health issues.
  2. The individual was a victime of institutional racism in the UK.
  3. He was a minor at the time so the sentence will reflect that, if found guilty.
  4. If found guilty, whatever the sentence passed will not be served to its full term, in fact it will probably only be maximum 40% of the term, he will then be released back into the care of his home with an ankle bracelet.

Meanwhile those who attended a protest, held a placard, re tweeted something are given harsh jail terms, are not even considered important by the Government and media when they commit suicide, and are dealt with by the Police, and courts within days of the offence of thought crimes.
Do you think that our so called Democratic masters in Westminster and their masters in the WEF ever wonder why the social contract is broken?

But how quickly they are to establish motive “Far Right” for others and try the case and lock them up in double quick time.

Tommy Robinson arrested over failure to observe a court order in a civil case bailed but then was arrested under the Prevention Of Terrorism Act to be remanded in custody so he couldn’t blow London up the next day.

Two-Tier system? Why would anyone think so?

Not since Jo Moore on 9/11 2001 has the potentially offensive phrase “A good day to bury bad news” been such a hot topic. The Chief Constable, flanked by two others, all white and looking suitably shocked made the belated announcement yesterday, just as the country was preparing itself for important, as yet unknown, changes in personal financial circumstances – almost certainly for the worse if you are in the private sector. A major part of the announcement was discouragement of discussing the matter, so as not to prejudice a trial. Following these revelations, it seems appropriate to call for the release of Julie Sweeney, Lucy Connolly and all similarly incarcerated.

Yes, and that’s not the only bad news that was buried, as Mogwai pointed out: SUSPENDED SENTENCES FOR 10 MUSLIM RIOTERS, whose lawyer is also an aspiring Muslim politician.

Peter Lynch died in prison after pleading guilty of the same charge…

David Atherton on X: “🚨Outrageous two-tier Justice🚨 Lawyer Akhmed Yakoob is at Birmingham Crown Court defending 10 of his clients. They were charged with conspiracy to commit wounding & violent disorder. The conspiracy charges were dropped, but they pleaded guilty of violent disorder. Suspended https://t.co/BnvteMmWgI” / X

One could be forgiven for believing that this level of blatant provocation is calculated to engender an indignant reaction which gives cause for the imposition of martial law and the suspension of elections. The trouble is, the pen (written word) is supposed to be mightier than the sword, but now it can get you thrown in prison. Scary times.

Spot on. It also makes me think of the Marxist Frankfurt School 11-Point Plan to Destroy the West, especially Point 2 “Induce Trauma through Injustice”:

1.  Create Racism Offences for Whites Only.
2.  Induce Trauma through Injustice.
3.  Teach Sex and Sodomy to Children.
4.  Undermine Parents’ and Teachers’ Authority.
5.  Force Mass Immigration to Destroy Ethnic Identity.
6.  Create Confusion by Continual Change.
7.  Empty the Churches.
8.  Encourage Crime to Destabilize Society.
9.  Create Dependency on the State by Welfare Benefits.
10. Promote Drugs, Pornography and Alcoholism.
11. Encourage the Breakdown of the Family.

I’m not convinced that this is from the Frankfurt School. I’d like to see references, and I bet they trace back to someone in their bedroom trying to stir sh*t up. The Frankfurt School existed in the1920s/30s and was responsible for influencing the post-modernist movement. While it contained elements of Marxist theory it was by and large middle class academic boll**ks with no grounding in the real world. But they didn’t really have a conspiratorial agenda, as this 11 point plan would suggest.

Good work by the police in discovering that clear evidence that it was a Jihadist Terror Attack.

It is detestable the way the media persist in depicting flattering, irrelevant photos of the b*stard as a smiling young schoolboy.

Here is a more accurate depiction of the Ethnic African terrorist who stabbed 13 white people, 11 of them children, 3 of whom died, while the rest are recovering from their terrible wounds.

I actually don’t think people should be allowed to cover their faces in court. Especially as, at that initial stage, there was no doubt he did it. It’s just incredible what they’re allowed to get away with. I’m waiting to hear what bogus tripe his defense is going to come out with. They’ll play on the autism thing, milk ”mental health problems” for all they’re worth, even though totally fictitious. The parents want justice but 99% of those patriots need released from jail pronto. Peter Lynch died for nothing, he and everyone else had legitimate concerns, now based in fact. Yes, that original news circulating about some Syrian fresh off the boat was proven fake, but the suspicion he was Muslim has now been proven correct. So how long do you think they’ve been sitting on this piece of vital evidence, then? Typically searching a suspect’s premises is the very first thing you do. But apparently still no motive and we’re nearly in November? They’re taking us all for absolute mugs. We’re being ”managed”, as they say.

Yes, and wasn’t Bernie Spofforth arrested and held in a police cell for 36 hours for saying the stabber was, um… a Muslim?

Didn’t she and others get blamed for “misinformation sparking riots”, for saying the stabber was a Muslim?

I read in initial local news reports that he had attended the Southport Mosque, very near to the place where the coward stabbed the little children, but then the reports disappeared. Then everyone in the country was denouncing local people for attacking that same mosque.

A couple of months ago, on the Breitbart, website a below-the-line commenter, wattyler3, said:

“… The reality is simple. The English are in the way. They’re in the way of the Third World settler-colonists of the replacement population that the Globalist regime in Westminster are importing by the million as part of the Great Replacement. The English can either go quietly … or if not, they will be smashed down. Any English who dare to protest against the Great Replacement, or any of its consequences, such as what happened in Southport, will be smashed into submission. The Globalist regime in Westminster will not tolerate any opposition to the Great Replacement from the English.”

This just abut sums up our situation.

You know, in all this talk of slavery reparations, I wonder if the next thing they’ll be demanding is land, for The Great Replacement.

“If you can’t pay us £trillions, you must give us all your land instead”.

Anyone else thinking this is one hell of a coincidence that they’ve broke this story the day after Tommy Robinson got sent down? Nah, surely not…Because that would mean people were right all along, before those ‘riots’ kicked off, and that all those keyboard warriors and people jailed for attending protests and shouting at police dogs should be vindicated now, surely?? This fact won’t get acknowledged though.
They say ”two-tier policing/justice” is a conspiracy, but once again, their BS gaslighting is debunked. This is Birmingham, where the Muslim community get to police themselves and they don’t have to follow the law of the land, remember;

”Lawyer Akhmed Yakoob is at Birmingham Crown Court defending 10 of his clients. They were charged with conspiracy to commit wounding & violent disorder.

The conspiracy charges were dropped, but they pleaded guilty of violent disorder.

Suspended sentences.”

The mainstream media is now misinforming the public that the outpouring of anger after the Southport stabbings happened because people were misinformed that Axel Rudakubana was an asylum seeker. This is boll**ks. People were angry because they believed he was a radical Islamist, and linked an increase in this belief system to uncontrolled immigration. And it looks like they were right.

Crap, I’m even more concerned for him now. I swear, if anything happens to him it’s 100% on the establishment. Not even the Muslim prisoners, but the fact that this is all happening by design and 100% thought out. They’ve already taken one life with Peter Lynch, whose death, as far as I’m concerned, hasn’t been proven to be suicide. Why in the world would we believe a thing the authorities tell us now? So if the official line is ‘death by suicide’ you can bet your bottom dollar he’s been murdered in there. That’s my stance anyway, because just imagine how much things would kick off if it were ever revealed he’d been killed? So of course they’ll go with the narrative he offed himself. I wouldn’t trust them as far as I can throw them. This is the latest from Tommy’s team on his Twitter page;

”I just want to add to the other admins post here for clarity.

Not only has Belmarsh prison governor Jenny Louis (pictured below) said Tommy has the choice of a death sentence (moving onto a wing) or moving on the block with a bunch of child sex offenders (which he will NEVER agree to), but that he can only have CLOSED VISITATION from now on due to him being ‘a security risk’.

Well, he’s no ‘security risk’ in the segregated unit he’s in right now Louis, he was safe as houses last time when Rob Davis was running the show there, what has changed?

There were no ‘monetary concerns’ when Tommy stayed there last time.

Tommy is not incarcerated as a criminal, he’s incarcerated for a CIVIL offence, not a CRIMINAL offence. Yet here you are treating him as though he’s worse than a criminal.

We will no longer ‘dissuade’ anyone from the right to legal and peaceful protest outside Belmarsh prison.

You should seriously rethink and reconsider your decision here, you have ‘a duty of care’ to all prisoners in your custody.”

It’s because the strategy all along was bang up as many ‘trouble-making’ patriots as possible, in the hope that giving them unlawful prison sentences would be a deterrent for future uprisings. This plus Tommy being sentenced were always going to be the priority before this very significant evidence was revealed. They’ve sat on this since the outset. Considering the amount of scumbags walking away with suspended sentences, I’d say everybody who didn’t set fire to migrant hotels should be released and compensated. There was no logical reason at all why 99% of those jailed couldn’t also have got suspended sentences, but it’s two sets of rules depending on how much of a threat to the establishment you pose. Starmer knew the truth all along while he was calling patriots ”racist, far-right thugs”. They’re all duplicitous, conniving, nasty, bent b’stards!

“bang up as many ‘trouble-making’ patriots as possible, in the hope that giving them unlawful prison sentences would be a deterrent for future uprisings.”

No. This is part of a pattern to eventually provoke violent disorder or even terrorism so that the country can be put eventually under martial law and democratic control [such as our miserable version is] wrested from any last vestige of democracy.

This is a pattern provoked by the Far Left wokism over at least two decades and the indoctrination of our children in schools.

It has been coming out of Whitehall and orchestrated to get all manner of media and companies to toe the gender identity and other woke politics to eventually provoke violence.

All to take over control.

And we have an authoritarian Far Left government salivating over the prospect. They don’t care about popularity because they can smell the opportunity to take over complete control any time soon.

That will solve the popularity problem for Starmfuhrer of our national socialist party.

Here’s another beauty.

A Hamas terrorist enters the UK illegaly, gets on the housing list and subsequently buys the property rented to him under the Right to Buy scheme ie taxpayer subsidised. Meanwhile he carries on working for Hamas, a proscribed organisation let’s not forget, and our authorities do F A. Apparently they are now on to him and are looking in to the matter. Of course they are.

I read an article.in the DM earlier, they’re still using the childhood photo of him and say the riots were as a result of misinformation, which I don’t believe to be true.

Mr. Rudakubana, who is 18 but was 17 at the time of the attack, is charged with the murders of Bebe King, six, Elsie Dot Stancombe, seven, and Alice Dasilva Aguiar, nine.

Such a brave man. /s

What convenient timing. As bad or worse news than the Budget.

How come this is announced now? Who got Merseyside police to do this right now.

And another example of the crass lack of political judgement of this government.

Yvette ‘Allo ‘Allo Cooper will have been briefed about this in advance and will no doubt have at least given the nod to it now if not told Merseyside police when to make the announcement.

Sick Starmfuhrer and his not so merry sick men and women.

This is just off the charts for greatest political crassness of all time.

Will Nigel Farage please ask Yvette ‘Allo ‘Allo Cooper what she knew of this announcement and what part she played in its timing.

As noted in my earlier comment:

“Downing St” denies today timing this according to news reports today.

Could be the usual lies of course but no such denial from Yvette ‘Allo ‘Allo Cooper our Rt Hon Home Secretary.

Curiouser and curiouser.

The comments here contain so many pertinent and relevant points that it is the best and most informative series of comments I have ever encountered on DS.

And they are all so measured, thoughtful and lacking in untoward content.

Well done to all.

Let’s hope no agent provocateurs pop up to screw it up for all of us with bad comments to get DS smeared.

As I can’t comment anywhere else.
Looking at where he lived and where he attacked I do not believe he found that dance class by accident.
He must have looked for a venue that suited his purpose and scoped it out.

Good point. Or it was suggested to him by his “instructors”.
