Vaccine Damage Payment Scheme to Be Reviewed as Claims Soar

by Will Jones
7 May 2024 11:00 AM

The Vaccine Damage Payment Scheme, which helps those left disabled after having a vaccine and families of those who died, is to be reviewed after a massive rise in claims following the Covid jab rollout. The Mail has more.

Health Secretary Victoria Atkins has asked officials in her department to look at how the Vaccine Damage Payment Scheme (VDPS) could be reformed.

It comes amid concerns that it is struggling to cope following a huge number of claims from those suffering from side-effects after having the COVID-19 jab.

Claims rose to 4,008 last year – up from 480 in 2022, [48 in 2021], 26 in 2020 and 27 in 2019, official figures show. Separate data reveals that up to April 26th this year, 11,022 claims were made to the scheme in connection with Covid jabs.

It is not a compensation scheme but is intended to “ease the present and future burdens of those suffering from severe vaccine damage, and their families”. Victims and families are still entitled to sue for compensation.

Financing the scheme has risen from £600,000 in 2021-22 to £16.1 million in 2023-24. Its one-off £120,000 payment has not risen in line with inflation since 2007. Minister Esther McVey is understood to be among those calling for reforms to the scheme.

Worth reading in full.

Stop Press: Scientists from Oxford, Cambridge and Caltech have created a jab to “help protect against multiple coronaviruses”, including the ones “we don’t even know about yet”.

“to look at how the Vaccine Damage Payment Scheme (VDPS) could be reformed” sounds to me like a Treasury inspired study on how to cut the costs.

It’s thinly disguised code for “we’re paying out too much”. I don’t think it’s the money they care about (after all, it’s our money, not theirs) so much as the number of claims and the obvious conclusions that the “vaccines” were not “safe and effective”.

I’m pretty sure they will continue to drag their feet as much and for as long as possible. They are probably still hoping this will be swept under the carpet.

Check out this 4min montage of clips illustrating CNN host Chris Cuomo’s U-turn, as he goes from vax zealot, shaming the unvaxxed, to admitting he’s vax injured himself. Great first comment ( if you’re unable to read the comments section ) too because I think this is exactly it, and there’ll be millions of people like Cuomo. It’s just that he’s in the public eye and was so outspoken at the start of the roll-out that he’s forced to eat humble pie now that he’s suffering himself;

https://twitter.com/TheMilkBarTV/status/1787463894212227304

”It’s clear to me the only reason (outside of needing a paycheck) he’s even covering vax injury *now* after enabling that world for four years is because he’s trying to figure out what happened to himself, and he’s strategically placing himself in the position of a “me too” victim. This is what we’ll see moving forward. Once it’s affected these bastards personally, that’s when they’ll care all of sudden. But this isn’t about the millions injured and dead (that he helped with), this is about him.” Five Times August.

If Nick Hudson is stating this then that gives it even more credibility. Cast your mind back to the beginning and those large hikes in mortality in NYC and Northern Italy. None of the fraudulent PsyOp could’ve been possible without the suitably fraudulent PCR tests. Then everyone could go, ”Look! Proof you’ve got Covid!” And the rest is history. ( <2min )

”During an appearance on @rustyrockets
, @PanData19
chair @NickHudsonCT
says New York City appears to have been “a completely staged phenomenon” and that a lot of doctors were “tricked into believing there was something new that they had to respond to differently.”

I agree.”

£120 K to thousands – hundreds of thousands – who are dead or injured is chimp change.
If you can’t work how long will this last? If the bread winner is dead how will the family survive on £120 K?

Criminal Gov’ts, Criminal Agencies, Criminal Politicians and Criminal Pharma screamed safe and effective, ‘one and done’, okay now we have scariants ‘the science changes’, 3 and done, maybe 6 or 7 or 17….

‘If it saves one life’….what about the millions injured and 200 K dead from the quackcine stabbination program?

All the posturing, moralising and knee bending to ‘values’ and yet here society is – a Fascism rolls across the landscape injecting people with poisons and no one cares. 2 fingers to any who are injured or dead. Values, thriving democracy, tolerance and all that utter bullshit.

If you are injured by some third party, and it is proven in a County Court via your solicitor, and the net effect is that you have lost an income over so many years ahead, the third party can be held liable to a lump of cash to offset the potential loss of income. It is called damages.

Usually, in such cases the insurer of the third party picks up the bill, e.g. when you are the victim of a road injury.

There could well be some conventional court cases of that kind, unless the CC judges are in cahoots with the Government, that is.

I repeat what I have said a few times already : I suspect the damages will dwarf the money spent on the jabs. The taxpayer will pick up the tab for both. For the next fifty years.

The only difference being that damages bill will rise more slowly, and it won’t be officially named “COVID Jabs Damages Bill”.

I will repeat what I’ve said a few times. Big Pharma needs to pay the bill for damages until everyone of these evil corporations is totally asset stripped and demolished.
Their indemnity from liability will be declared null and void by a judicial inquiry due to fraudulent trials and deliberate corruption of data regarding safety and efficacy. Government and medical regulators will be subjected to the same inquisition, as will the WHO and GAVI. It will be a Nuremberg 2, involving representatives from all heavily injected populations in the western world and include ample death sentences, so that this most litigated of industries learns once and for all of the consequences of killing people for money.

I’m against vaccine compensation of any kind.

People should take responsibility for what they put in their bodies.

If we get into an arrangement where the government is responsible for compensating us for damages, then they pretty much have the logical argument for forcing us into jabs.

For as long as we bear all the responsibility, the government can male no demands on us.

Time to turn the ire on big Pharma who made a killing by literally killing, I am sure Pfizer can spare some of its 80 billion it made in one year alone on its failed product.

That is exactly what would happen if our elected officials and our civil servants worked for us instead of for themselves and the corporations and organisations they are in alliance with.

Looking into the second Mail article linked to, surely the problem with creating a jab that recognizes only “parts” of a virus will lead to evolution through selective advantage, whereby the virus evolves to become devoid of the part that is recognized by the vaccine, rendering it transparent to the vaccine. Of course, that’s the point at which the market opens up and the big pharma executives’ eyeballs roll back to reveal dollar signs.

So they have a vaccine for the common cold?

No, the common cold is not a coronavirus, it comes from a different family of viruses. I think man-flu might be one, though.

My understanding is that the “common cold” is thought to be caused by a variety of viruses including coronaviruses.

The guesstimate as to the proportionality seems to vary around 30%. After all, they are not all recorded anywhere. Remember that it was in the Common Cold Unit in Salisbury that the type of virus was identified in the first place, and where the term “Coronavirus” was invented, on account if it’s visible structure under electron microscopy – which was quite new in those days.

Apart from about 4 – 6 distinctive type of Coronavirus, there are loads more different Rhinoviruses associated with Common Colds. At the end of the day, when they were shut down, the CCU realised that the concept of developing some kind of vaccine to prevent infection (using the old definition) was unlikely to be useful.

To be pedantic re the comment above though, it is true that the Common Cold is not a coronavirus – nor any kind of virus; it is an illness that can be caused by any of them. The confusion between cause and effect may be, err, common, but is deliberately exploited by the usual suspects that we are opposed to.

You need to be aware that there is no electron micrograph of Covid, no one has ever isolated it fully! Very curious.

Coronaviruses can cause mild symptoms that are similar to that of the common cold, but the common cold (rhinovirus) actually comes from a different family. Coronaviruses include the original SARS CoV that emerged in 2002, MERS, and then SARS CoV-2 in 2020.

Dr Shankara Chetty and the FLCCC doctors successfully treated hundreds of Covid 19 patients with early intervention and existing pharmaceutical protocols. They are heroes but instead were silenced and now Dr Chetty prosecuted for his views that this has been a b10-weapon. Doctors in the UK were not allowed to use anti-virals/ anti-inflammatories to treat patients. Victoria Atkins needs to allow doctors to treat Covid patients as they see fit. We need alternative treatment options to future disease pandemics – because millions will refuse the dangerous mRNA gene therapies. The WHO is hell-bent on injecting us with more of the same. Why still are so many doctors silenced and not allowed to use their experience or share knowledge globally. What is it about this drug they are desperate for us to take? It’s enough to make you consider Dr Chetty’s perspective.

I wonder how long it will be before the Government admits that there will be no payments, because the bill exceeds £1 billion, or perhaps even £10 Billion or £100 Billion.? Matt Hancock and the rest still haven’t been charged with anything, which is criminal in itself. The excess deaths are mounting and at £1 million each, it will be quite soon. Of course they didn’t give full disclosure of the risks so there is no chance of not being convicted, it was an experiment on a grand scale with the intent of fraud. £400 Billion?

Prenatal Exposure to COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine BNT162b2 Induces Autism-Like Behaviors in Male Neonatal Rats
//link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s11064-023-04089-2

The study in rats finds: “autism-like behaviors, reduced neuronal counts, and impaired motor performance, emphasize the potential neurodevelopmental implications of the vaccine, aligning with existing literature on the roles of the WNT pathway and BDNF signaling in neurodevelopmental disorders.”

BDNF help to support survival of existing neurons, and encourages growth of new neurons and synapses. In the brain it is active in the hippocampus, cortex and basal forebrain – areas vital to learning, memory and higher thinking.

Has the vaccine been designed to damage the higher thinking parts of our brains – rendering us less capable of independent thought and therefore more compliant? Dr Michael Nehls’ book The Indoctrinated Brain would agree.

All sounding very Orwellian VICTORIA – a human study might be timely?
