Police Failed to Handcuff Nowak Killer, New Footage Reveals

2 min read

The Sikh killer of student Henry Nowak, Vickrum Digwa, was never handcuffed by police, newly released video shows. The Telegraph has more.

The police body-worn video from the night of Nowak’s death exposes the lies told by Vickrum Digwa, a Sikh, that he had been a victim of a racial attack, leading police officers to handcuff the university student as he lay dying.

It backs an assertion by Nowak’s family that Digwa was not handcuffed. The contrast in the men’s treatment by Hampshire Police was described by the family as “unbearable”.

Digwa, 23, was jailed for life with a minimum term of 21 years after killing 18 year-old Nowak, who was walking home alone after a night out with friends in Southampton on December 3rd.

The case triggered accusations of two-tier policing because of the way Nowak was handcuffed after Digwa had lied about being racially abused.

Previously released video footage of the student in handcuffs, saying, “I can’t breathe“, caused national outrage and sparked violent disorder in Southampton.

In comparison, the new footage shows that, as Digwa was arrested, police told him: “You’ve got your side of the story, mate. We don’t know what’s gone on here, okay?”

When the killer claims he was the one that was attacked, an officer says “I know, mate, I know”, before adding: “I’m not saying you’ve done anything, mate.”

Hampshire Police has also confirmed to the BBC that Digwa was never handcuffed during his four days in custody before being charged.

In a statement after the case, Nowak’s father compared his son’s “inhumane and degrading” treatment by police to the “decency” officers showed his murderer.

Worth reading in full.

Peter Sutherland is the architect of multiculteralism.
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-18519395

The EU should “do its best to undermine” the “homogeneity” of its member states, the UN’s special representative for migration has said.

Peter Sutherland told peers the future prosperity of many EU states depended on them becoming multicultural.

He also suggested the UK government’s immigration policy had no basis in international law.

He was being quizzed by the Lords EU home affairs sub-committee which is investigating global migration.

Mr Sutherland, who is non-executive chairman of Goldman Sachs International and a former chairman of oil giant BP, heads the <link> <caption>Global Forum on Migration and Development</caption> <altText>Global Migration Forum website</altText> <url href=”http://www.gfmd.org/en/” platform=”highweb”/> </link> , which brings together representatives of 160 nations to share policy ideas.

He told the House of Lords committee migration was a “crucial dynamic for economic growth” in some EU nations “however difficult it may be to explain this to the citizens of those states”.

What’s sickening is that the Evil Sikh Gurpreet Digwa has NOT BEEN CHARGED as an ACCESSORY TO MURDER, helping his Evil Sikh brother Vikram Digwa deceive and delay police and ensure Henry’s death.

Rather than debate, a Muslim man violently assaulted two Christian preachers at Speakers Corner last Sunday. One of the victims has a suspected broken jaw (but don’t worry, it’s “not life threatening”). The crime area was taped off and the suspect taken away – but, as with Nowak’s killer, without handcuffs.

Unable to edit my previous comment, but it would appear the assailant or the assaults were not from a Muslim motive. The assailant is a semi-professional boxer who works and has a profile with the BBC.

That throws an interesting new light on it.

This is because, as in my previous post, this assailant felt empowered to launch his attack because he knows the System is weighted in favour of the non-white/non-Brit.

This is why most of these attacks happen. These people feel that the System is there to support *them*, not the person they are attacking.

You need to stop shouting.

As I think I’ve quite plainly said, ‘The System’ has empowered certain members of the population to believe they are untouchable if they just mention race. The police are very much a part of The System.because they enforce it, some of them with apparent enthusiasm.

So yes, the police are to blame, along with others.

I honestly don’t know how Henry’s family can bear this pointless tragedy. Apparently, Henry’s phone screensaver was a Bible verse referring to the resurrection. May that give them all strength.

Digwa seized Henry’s phone, I believe. Was the Bible verse an aggravating factor? Did this come up in court?

The Evil Sikh Murderer didn’t have time to look at Henry’s phone until after he had stabbed Henry, chased him down the street, stabbed Henry in the face and then filmed it all. The Evil Sikh Murderer had only ONE MOTIVE: TO KILL AN UNARMED WHITE MAN, and frame it as a drunken white racist attack on Sikhs.

The only reason the Evil Sikh Family called the police at all was because some neighbours started looking out their windows at the family crowded around a man lying on the ground.

The BBC footage explains Digwa seized Henry’s phone because Digwa claimed Henry was filming Digwa. Plenty of time to see a screenshot.

Heretic

The Evil Sikh grabbed Henry’s phone TO PREVENT HIM FROM RECORDING THE PREMEDITATED KNIFE ATTACK, and prevent Henry from calling the police or anyone for help.

But a more important question is “Why choose Henry?”

Was talented footballer Henry standing in the way of some Sikh who wanted to take Henry’s place on the football teams? Was this a TARGETED, PAID ASSASSINATION by a Wannabe Sikh Hitman? Investigators would do well to find out who benefits from Henry’s death.

Yes, and may it give them the strength to campaign for all Sikhs to be BANNED from carrying any kind of weapon in Britain, except the kind they are allowed by law to carry in Saudi Arabia, which are worn and accepted by the whole Sikh population there:

Thanks to Will Jones & the DS for not forgetting about Henry Nowak. The appalling thing is that Evil Gurpreet Singh Digwa has NOT BEEN CHARGED AT ALL for all the lies he told police, conspiring with his brother Vikram on how to deceive the police, and the whole family deliberately delaying and obstructing the police, in order to ensure that Henry would die before giving evidence against them. The whole family of Sikh Liars deserve prison for that alone, as accessories to murder!

May I state yet again that I do not blame the police for Henry’s death, nor should anyone else, because they were deliberately deceived by the killer and his family. The police DID NOT mistreat Henry DELIBERATELY, but MISTAKENLY, which will be an agonising burden upon them for the rest of their lives, but THE POLICE ARE NOT TO BLAME.

The Sikh Murderer and his Sikh Family are to blame.

All; those who mislead the police should have been charged long ago with complicity in the murder, wasting police time and even manslaughter as their deception may have meant care could not get to Henry fast enough.

Absolutely. I’ve been wondering whether the Sikh ceremonial blades, like those of the ancient Thuggees of India from whom they are descended, are dipped in some plant or animal substance to PREVENT EXTERNAL BLEEDING FROM THE WOUNDS they inflict, because Sikh Thuggees had a cult prohibition on shedding living blood on the ground, which is why they used their topknot handkerchiefs (called “rumals”) as garrottes to strangle their victims in India. They used their various ceremonial blades to dismember the victims and crush their remains into small deep pits, so the decomposition gases would not attract wild animals and expose their crimes.

This might explain why the police didn’t notice the blood from Henry’s chest wound, because it was mostly INTERNAL bleeding.

I disagree Heretic. It seems plain to me that they arrived on scene with their minds made up, and they did not do the very basic task of trying to ascertain what had happened. ‘I don’t think you have, mate’ is the damning phrase. Nowak was saying that he had been stabbed. The correct thing to do would be to ask him where and look him over, and on finding wounds, to get him to hospital. They did not. They handcuffed him, left him on the ground for the best part of an hour until he died when there is a major trauma facility at a hospital 10 minutes away. They assumed his guilt. They assumed he was lying. If they had found the wounds then it should have told them Digwa lying, but did they challenge him, and his version of events? It appears not. This is a catastrophic operational failure by the officers concerned. It was a catastrophic policy failure, to teach officers that the ‘oppressed’ should always be the victim, and not to question this assertion.

No. It’s all just a deliberate Globalist Leftist Attempt to distract attention away from Sikhs and blame the police for absolutely EVERYTHING, just like THE WHITE MAN is blamed for EVERYTHING.

What people should be focusing on is demanding that the Sikh Exemption Laws be ABOLISHED, their homes and Gurdwara Sikh Temples be RAIDED and all their weapons caches confiscated, and Sikhs BANNED from wearing any ceremonial blades except the kind allowed by the wise government of Saudi Arabia: tiny, non-functional replica kirpan models worn as a pendant around the neck, no larger than the small Christian crosses worn as pendants.

The Sikh population of Saudi Arabia ACCEPT THIS SAUDI LAW, and if the Saudis can do that, so can all the countries of the West.

I don’t get what you are arguing about. For sure there are big political flows happening in the world and have been for the last 70 years. However, this is about the 60 minutes or so around the attack on Nowak, and the way that the police officers handled the situation, and why they acted as they did. It is my opinion that their actions were biased and reprehensible, and with catastrophic result for Nowak. That’s it.

NO! The police went to the house of the Sikh family where Evil Gurpreet had made the 999 call to lie to police about a White Man making a racist attack on his brother. The whole family of Sikh Liars kept the police busy for a whole hour, jabbering and whining and making false accusations that their poor Vikram had been viciously attacked by a Racist White Man who was DRUNK.

Only then did they admit that they knew where the DRUNK RACIST WHITE MAN was, and slowly led the police to the house nearby where Henry had leapt over the fence in a desperate attempt to escape after the Evil Sikh Vikram Digwa had stabbed him, slashing the back of Henry’s legs to stop him from running, after stabbing Henry in the back and in the chest, and stabbing Henry in the face and filming Henry’s agony. The videos we have all seen start as the police approach the spot where Henry had already lain for an hour, propped up by another Sikh who didn’t want Henry’s blood to drip from his mouth to the ground.

THEY THOUGHT HENRY WAS DRUNK because he could barely speak, they couldn’t see… Read more »

The policeman even said, thinking Henry was drunk, “I think he’s going to be sick” … as all the police officers had no doubt experienced from arresting drunks over the years.

Listen to that part again, and hear the sympathy in the policeman’s voice, after Henry had called him “Brother”.

Were those Henry’s heartbreaking last words? “Uncuff me, brother!”

The video shows the police officer heard Digwa’s claim that he had been assaulted and racially abused and said, I know, I know…” Sorry Heretic, but the police bias is clear for all to see, including no handcuffs for Digwa. The police arrested a man on the sayso of a stranger. That is incredible. Arrested and restrained an incapacitated man without a shred of evidence for anything. Your points about culpability and special treatment are valid but Henry was treated differently from the murderer and that is unforgivable and deeply disturbing.

IT WAS NOT THE FAULT OF THE POLICE !!!

As many others have demonstrated, it was the fault of the

RELENTLESS MARXIST PROPAGANDA “Anti-White Racist training courses”

that have been FORCED UPON THE POLICE.

Notice the tone of the police officer’s voice! He interrupts the Whingeing Sikh to say sternly, not kindly: “I know. I know!”
Close your eyes and listen very carefully to all the police voices in these recordings.

None of them would be blamed if they were not WHITE.

NO, THEY DID NOT !!! They spent the best part of an hour LISTENING TO THE SIKH FAMILY whingeing and complaining and keeping them busy and AWAY from where the Sikh Family knew Henry was dying, and only after the Sikh Family finally led them to the place where they hoped Henry was dead did the police handcuff Henry, uncuffing him quickly after discovering that he wasn’t breathing. It’s all there on the video.

I never post but feel drawn to a rebuttal. For what it’s worth I have an inner city police back ground

Thise police are to blame for the way Henry died. Framing this strictly as a “mistake” allows apologists to dismiss it as an unfortunate, isolated tragedy caused by a clever liar. A mistake is an accidental slip made while trying to follow a sound process. This isn’t that, gross incompetence isn’t a mistake. The mistreatment of Henry was deliberate. Every single one of those decisions was a conscious, volitional choice. They deliberately chose to believe a suspect without a scratch on him. They deliberately chose to override their basic medical training. They deliberately chose to treat a dying boy like a hostile perpetrator. Those are deliberate actions with fatal consequences, regardless of what was inside the officers’ heads.

Digwa is 100% responsible for the murder, but the attending police are entirely accountable for an incompetent operational failure that stripped a dying teenager of basic medical dignity during his last moments and to say this was a mistake is delusional.

I am in complete agreement, but would go further.

Those officers went into that situation with a mindset, one that has been drilled into them through countless hours of ‘training’ and through working and living in a culture that *demands* a different form of treatment for non-whites/non- British.

That’s no ‘mistake’.

To further rebut Heretic’s point, the police ARE to blame for Digwa choosing to stab Henry Nowak. The entire system of law and order in this country, the whole weight of the political system, of the State, of The Blob, fully got behind McPherson’s mantra of ‘If someone says it’s racist, then it’s racist.’

(McPherson being the author of the Stephen Lawrence report)

In fully getting behind that mantra, the whole system has shown that it will move heaven & earth to resolve any given situation to the satisfaction of the non-white/non-Brit making the allegation. The more scurrilous non-whites/non-Brits are now completely aware that they only have to say the word ‘racist’ and they know the System will fall over itself to respond to their concerns.

I believe this has made lots of non-white/non-Brits feel empowered to do what the hell they want to, knowing that the system is… Read more »

You cannot blame the VICTIMS OF MIND-CONTROL BRAINWASHING for their own actions AND the actions of everyone else, for Heaven’s sake !!!

That’s like blaming the parents of Vaccine-Damaged Children for being brainwashed into letting them be injected with toxins, while THINKING they were doing the RIGHT THING.

You wrote, ” They deliberately chose to treat a dying boy like a hostile perpetrator. Those are deliberate actions with fatal consequences, regardless of what was inside the officers’ heads.”

NO, NO, NO !!! Can you not see that “What was inside the officers’ heads” is the very crux of the matter ?

If they had KNOWN HE WAS DYING, and still treated him like a hostile, then that would be deliberate. But THEY DID NOT KNOW IT !!!

Therefore, THEIR ACTIONS WERE NOT DELIBERATE.
They just MADE AN HONEST MISTAKE !!!

THEY THOUGHT HE WAS DRUNK, because the whole family of Sikh Liars had convinced them before they ever saw Henry, and told them Henry had NOT been stabbed, and when they asked Henry where he had been stabbed, he didn’t answer, in so much agony that he couldn’t answer, so they thought he was lying, like so many drunks and drug addicts they had arrested throughout their police careers.

But when they realized their mistake, they rushed to try to save him.

THE POLICE ARE NOT TO BLAME for Henry’s death.

The whole Family of Sikh Liars are to blame, and should all be charged as accessories… Read more »
