Microsoft billionaire Bill Gates has warned there is a “way above 5%” risk the world has not yet seen the worst of the Covid pandemic. MailOnline has more.
The tech mogul and philanthropist said he did not want to sound “doom and gloom” but warned there was a risk an “even more transmissive and even more fatal” variant could be generated.
He said the risk of that happening is “way above 5%” and would mean the world has yet to see the worst of the pandemic.
It is not the first time he has made such a prediction. In December 2021, he warned his millions of Twitter followers to brace themselves for the worst part of the pandemic having previously cautioned in 2015 that the world was not ready for the next pandemic.
Gates told the FT: “We’re still at risk of this pandemic generating a variant that would be even more transmissive and even more fatal.
“It’s not likely, I don’t want to be a voice of doom and gloom, but it’s way above a 5% risk that this pandemic, we haven’t even seen the worst of it.”
COVID-19 has killed an estimated 6.2 million people worldwide since March 2020, but case numbers and deaths have been dropping in recent weeks.
Gates’s warning comes after Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, director-general of the World Health Organisation (WHO), this week warned that people still needed to be weary of the virus, and that decreases in overall testing and Covid surveillance in many countries left the world at risk to a resurgence of the virus.
Gates – who releases his new book How to Prevent the Next Pandemic on Tuesday – advised governments across the world to invest in a team of epidemiologists and computer modellers to help identify global health threats in the future.
More epidemiologists and computer modellers?!? Based on their track record of the last two years. I don’t think so!

Gates lives in hope of more Covid – or perhaps the certainty born of “inside knowledge”?

There is no doubt, there is something seriously wrong going on when paper after paper, gov’ts adverse event and death recordkeeping post vaxx continue to report the disaster these poisons have inflicted. Yet all of this is being swept under a carpet, ignored, crickets. I choose to take my covid advice from doctors, scientists, researchers, data analysts I have grown to trust after reading everything they have written over the past two years. Thank goodness for them. I would encourage anyone who has followed sage’s advice to start their search for honesty, clarity and integrity in their medical advisors.

Gates is a truly evil individual like many others who think that their great wealth entitles them to rule over us. It would be good to confiscate their assets and make them experience life on the street.
I think it’s now understood that most modern diseases have been manufactured to keep Big Pharma wealthy and citizens around the world living in a health fear to control them. Clean water and warm homes have eliminated most deadly diseases. Modern illness is due to tampering with that water and modifying our food and atmosphere.
I’m 72 and I don’t remember seeing all these childhood cancers and so many children with ADD. There wasn’t anybody in the schools I went to who had behavioural problems. The only childhood vaccinations in the 50s (uk) were Diptheria Polio, tb and whooping cough. Then in the 60s measles mumps and rubella were added. Now apparently there are 17.

The risk of me being extremely annoyed by Bill Gates, the international political class and the MSM is way way above 5 per cent. Gates made a fortune because of the incompetence of IBM but that does not give him the right to play with our freedoms.
If he is bored there are many other things he could do which do not mess up our lives.

My Tuesdays are really busy so if we could have the next one on a Tuesday that would be better for me.
My suggestion re: How to prevent the next pandemic would be lock up Gates in a subterranean cell now. If he thinks that the world has not yet seen the worst of what he and his partnes in crime would like to unleash on mankind once a suitable pretext has been manufactured, it’s high time to drag him out of his villa and get him a little accustomed with how lockdowns et al look and feel for people who weren’t born with a golden spoon up their arse and who didn’t make a fortune by being one if the world’s most profligate swindlers.
Thanks to his “vaccines”, and the evolution of vaccine resistant strains combined with impaired immunity in the “vaccinated”, he’s likely not wrong.
The day will come when William Gates Jr is arrested, shamed, discredited and imprisoned or, depending on which of his crimes he is convicted of, put to death. That day can’t come soon enough as far as I’m concerned. Can’t help feeling though that this ghoul is just the public face of something darker and more powerful. We’ll see.

MS DOS was roughly based on IBM DOS, which IBM ditched because it was so bad.
Apple is at least based around Unix which has security built in at almost every stage, as is Linux.
IBM went to Bill because of MS Basic. Having had problems trying to buy CP/M from Intergalactic Digital Research, Bill said he could develop an OS for them then bought a clone of CP/M called QDOS (quick and dirty operating system) for a song. There being no exclusivity he also sold copies branded as MS-DOS to cloners in one of IBMs biggest mistakes.
Apple only went to a Unix like system after Steve Jobs returned when they bought his company NeXT for its OS. It was based on the Mach microkernel so technically not Unix.
NeXT (and OS X) also use a Mach microkernel but they’re not really microkernel OSes. Both run a complete BSD kernel (based on 4.4BSD for NeXT and FreeBSD for OS X) on top of mach inside the kernel space.
