Toby, (my apology for being off-topic) but have you see this? “Midazolam, the end of life drug, was bought in vast qualities by Hancock and the UK government and was used in the spring of 2020 in quantities never seen before to murder old people en masse and call it the ‘first wave’ of ‘Covid’”

Not only by David Icke. I saw it on another platform, may have been UK Column.
David Icke may have done a video as well. I’ve not seen that. I saw an interview with Matt Hancock and the doctor. Have you seen that video ?

It’s a really common and useful sedative, used in intubated & ventilated patients. So, they’ll be on the shelf with the redundant ventilators then……

It might be common practice, but it shouldn’t be:

So, which drugs would YOU use for an intubated & ventilated patient then?

The one recommended in the above study:
‘Patients treated with dexmedetomidine had a reduced risk of mortality. These data suggest that dexmedetomidine may be the preferred sedative in patients with or at risk for ARDS.’

A drug that does NOT depress respiration as effectively as midazolam.

It could explain the large number of deaths in spring 2020. Those deaths were mostly amongst the population for whom this drug was intended. It certainly adds weight to the theory that the whole pandemic is a manufactured scare.

It makes you wonder about the breadth of all of this. Media, politicians and a huge number of medical staff would all need to be involved in all of this. At one time I would have ruled out the theory because of the size of the conspiracy that would be needed to make this happen. I no longer rule out the possibility.

I wondered if the wisdom of mass vaccination with emergency vaxx for something that was not an emergency would be questioned.

I think you need to pick your fights carefully. The fascist press jump on any sniff of “anti-vax” to dismiss entire arguments so to a certain extent I understand the caution in not giving ammunition to the enemy. However it might have been good to see some analysis of the credible and serious concerns over mass vaccination causing drug resistance.

I agree it’s not a complete no-brainer, but I think the vaxx program is so egregious and so deeply embedded in the overall narrative that it’s morally wrong and practically impossible to even pretend to remain neutral on it and still oppose lockdowns. But I can see the case for leaving the subject alone.

It’s definitely a balancing act, but we only win this by talking down the terrified public, holding their hands and leading them out of the mind cellar the government has locked them in for 18 months. At the moment they have Stockholm Syndrome and believe we are the bad guys who don’t believe in science and that Pfizer (a company that was caught conducting illegal experiments in secret on Africa children) is a White Knight saviour who will rescue them.

They need to work out for themselves what’s wrong with mass human testing of experimental medicine first. Gentle nudges of information, but don’t spook them or they’ll run back into the cellar.

Well the two are not mutually exclusive. If you are going to be automatically censored by mentioning vaccines then staying off the topic in order to get some of your message across is not an unreasonable approach.

I think the intimidation or the vilification is a greyer area – my view now is that the mass vaccination program is so very wrong that speaking out about it is the correct choice, even though you will be shouted down as anti-vaxx.

It’s about trying to win rather trying to be ideologically pure. The anti-vax slur has been weaponised so effectively that taking it on headfirst is like the charge of the Light Brigade, whereas what we actually need to do is more like guerrilla warfare.

Every time Dan talks about natural immunity on his live FB he gets muted. By not going anti vaxx it helps to keep the video up on youtbe. Anything which touches on IVM & other repurposed drugs, similarly gets muted or removed by FB. Social media censorship is what they are trying to get around.

Fair point – in that case the priority is getting some kind of message onto YouTube, I agree

We got here by drifting away from the idea of free speech

Dr McCullough had a good go at vaccine safety at the end of his presentation (all of which is worth a watch) – youtube even censored him for a while but I think they backpedalled considering after Dr McC’s credentials

the brit scientists were excellent, livermore’s presentation was really helpful, but they do have a ‘question nothing’ attitude to the vaccines – all to easily accepting big pharmas word and big pharma funded regulators decisions

I wouldn’t say they had a ‘question nothing’ approach to vaccines. Dr Anthony Hinton quite clearly stated that he regarded child vaccination as deeply “unethical” and there was no doubt the room agreed with him.
There is a very fine line they have to tread on the ‘vaccines’ from a professional level, and it is not as black and white as some feel, though I personally think the government push to vaccinate en masse below the age of fifty has been over enthusiastic and should be left very much to personal choice. The risks and percentage of adverse reactions was discussed at the close of Professor Livermore’s presentation, and Professor McCullough was certainly open with his views.
Dan did mention at the end of the Ivermectin discussion that Facebook had blocked the stream at that point. So if we want to spread the word there has to be a muted response on some issues.
As a retired RN/RM who has spent a year wondering what sort of dystopic anti-medical hell I had suddenly found myself in, it was a great relief to find so many in the medical and associated professions indicating that this has been a political pandemic, that SAGE and government were, at best, incompetent, that parliament had essentially gone AWOL from March 2020, and that it was now up to us all to get the message out that life could be normal again.
Perhaps it says more about my state of mind recently than anything else, but it was the most positive day I have experienced since April 2020 when medical insanity took over.

“How can we learn to live with the virus”, more pertinent is “How can we learn to live with our government”.

Stop quoting lies and misrepresentation, the ‘Global Pandemic’ didn’t mean that my wife missed her RA treatment, the fucking cunting government did!

My sympathies to your other half. I developed arthritis very suddenly 4 years ago; I then had three terrible months, mostly unable to sleep (the worst discomfort and pain inevitably whilst lying in bed) and starting to think about Dignitas whilst awaiting getting treatment and finding meds that worked. It is now a distant memory, but, if I were the praying sort, I would be thanking the heavens nightly that I got treatment before the covid scaredemic began.

I hope your wife’s is not as bad as mine initially was and that suitable meds can be found ASAP. I shall never forget or forgive the truly appalling lack of empathy and care offered by Bozo et al. to anyone other than the covied.

Thanks iane.

She developed RA whilst expected our first daughter, 24 years ago. Several periods of serious depression with a few episodes of really contemplating suicide as well as being intubated and ventilated for 3 weeks around the time of the swine flu epidemic.

She’s still waiting for another new drug regime, hopefully soon 👍🏻

Question everything, aint that the truth.

Everything they tell us is wrong.

The masks make us more ill.
We dont want to prevent the spread of a virus when it is everywhere, the only way out is herd immunity.
The statistics they try and present to us are all manipulated to show us what they want.
Social distancing is pointless.
The vaccines kill and provide no benefit.
HCQ and ivermectin work and should be the main way to treat this.
Vaccine passports protect no one and cause unnecessary mental stress on everyone.
SAGE isnt made up of people expert in viral control, but by psychologists trying to get us to kill ourselves by consenting to the vaccines.

Nothing from the government has been fair and true with regards to Covid.

  • “What are the wider legal, political and social repercussions?” – Dr Will Jones, Toby Young, Francis Hoar, and Dr Lee Jones

Dr Lee Jones’ contribution was disturbing. It amounted to:

1 People were frightened because of fear propaganda, and as a result they were not prepared to accept the [perfectly acceptable] consequences of following existing pandemic planning, and as a result of that, they scared government out of following that plan.

So far so reasonable. But then he goes on to conclude from that:

2 The lesson of the above is not that our problem is that people were scaremongered and our leaders weak, but that the perfectly sensible and grownup planning should never have been in place in the first place.

No, the lesson is that we should have cultural attitudes and institutions in place to protect against scaremongering leading to panic. One of those would be to treat cowards and scaremongers with the proper contempt. Another would be to have institutions and attitudes that encourage standing firm in the face of fearmongering.

Politically, Jones seems to be in the grip of the denial, commonplace on the political left (which he explicitly identifies himself with at the beginning of his contribution), that the move away from the wartime command and control state was a necessary response to the complete failure of that model in the 1970s.

The underlying cause of lockdown was precisely that people expect too much of the state, and believe the state should keep them healthy, and that is largely a consequence of early C20th socialist policies and institutions such as the NHS. If we give the state responsibility for our health, it will take control of our behaviour in order to address that responsibility. This is precisely the cause of the collectivist and authoritarian response that was lockdown – inspired by Chinese authoritarian collectivism.

That really isn’t hard to grasp, unless you are blinded by socialist ideological assumptions about collectivism and the responsibility of the state.

A better characterisation of his position would perhaps be to extend that to say:

…the perfectly sensible and grownup planning should never have been in place in the first place because we should have had instead an old fashioned command and control socialist big government in place, that would have been able to address additional demand on the state healthcare bureaucracy by virtue of having spent buckets more money on maintaining surge capacity in place for decades when it wasn’t needed, just in case.

I agree with that. Its exactly the situation we are facing in France. The state saying its responsible, and then pushing that collective responsibility back onto the individual, so we are not being responsible unless we get injected.
Which of course is only logical and just if the individuals have given over freely their personal responsibility to the state. No-one has, but most obviously want to. The ones that say no,I haven’t and don’t want to, are vilified.
Fundamentally its the difference between Anglo ( UK and US) civil law , everything is possible unless there is a law against it; and Napoleonic Law , nothing is allowed unless there is a law that says it is. Some parts of the States still seem to have that type of civil law, the UK much less so. The longer UK was in the EU the more ‘napoleonic’ it became.
France has survived as a pretty open place, because most people ( and often the state itself) only paid lip service to many laws, especially those eminating from Brussels. Now Macron and his henchmen have gone full ‘Bonaparte’.
