No Need for Fourth Vaccine Dose, Says JCVI

Fourth Covid vaccines doses are not currently needed, Government scientific advisers have said, as protection against severe disease from three doses is holding up.

3 min read

Fourth Covid vaccines doses are not currently needed, Government scientific advisers have said, as protection against severe disease from three doses is holding up. The Telegraph has more.

On Friday night, the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI) announced that booster jabs continue to provide high levels of protection against severe disease from omicron in older adults, including the most vulnerable.

The committee’s analysis found that, three months after receiving a third jab, protection against hospitalisation among those aged 65 and over remains at around 90%.

Ministers have been exploring the possibility of a fourth jab for several weeks after Israel, considered a global pioneer in Covid vaccination, launched such a programme last month.

But Prof Wei Shen Lim, the JCVI’s Chairman of Covid immunisation, said: “The current data show the booster dose is continuing to provide high levels of protection against severe disease, even for the most vulnerable older age groups. For this reason, the committee has concluded there is no immediate need to introduce a second booster dose, though this will continue to be reviewed.”

No mention of effectiveness against infection or transmission. Yet it is the vaccines’ supposed efficacy against transmission that is the basis of the vaccine mandates that will see many shortly lose their jobs. If the JCVI no longer thinks the vaccines are effective against transmission it should say so and advise the Government to end its hounding and harassment of the unvaccinated.

Meanwhile, the Times abandons liberalism in a recent leading article which backs vaccine passports (no tests allowed) for sports events, theatres and indoor restaurants, saying it’s “time to get tough on the antivaxers”.

In deporting arguably the world’s most famous antivaxer, and one of its most celebrated athletes, the Australian government has sent exactly the right message.

Emmanuel Macron’s threat to “emmerder”, or “piss off”, the unvaccinated is also well aimed. Rightly rejecting mandatory vaccinations or prison sentences, the French president’s plan to inconvenience refuseniks is a proportionate and justified tactic. The British Government should consider a similar approach, albeit one expressed in less demotic language.

At a conservative estimate, 61% of those in intensive care from to Covid in Britain in mid-December were wholly unvaccinated. At the end of December, 74% of Covid inpatients were unboosted. Unvaccinated adults are up to eight times more likely to be admitted to hospital with Covid than those who have been jabbed. Those who choose for no good reason to remain unvaccinated are not only endangering their own health, they are denying healthcare resources to those in need through no fault of their own.

Oh dear. They’ll be calling for banning the overweight from restaurants next. And why not have vaccine passports for the flu vaccine on the same logic? Wait, better not give them the idea.

Initially the idea of vaccine passports was to stop the spread. Now that people seem to be accepting that vaccines don’t do that, the argument has shifted to not taking up hospital beds – even though the NHS is not remotely overwhelmed by Covid patients, let alone unvaccinated ones. It’s starting to feel purely vindictive – how dare the unvaccinated not partake in the shared pandemic effort.

The truth is the pandemic is over. Maybe they sense that, and they hate the fact that the unvaccinated may come out the other side without ever having to take the medicine. Whatever the psychological drive behind this very illiberal turn, it can’t stop soon enough.

“as protection against severe disease from three doses is holding up”

Protection from severe disease was already present in most of the unvaccinated population before your cartel earned $340 billion from dismantling it and forcing everyone on to a lifetime subscription service to the pharmaceutical industry.

Vaccine passports in light of current realities have no justification. And anyone arguing they should continue is an authoritarian and nothing less.

As to The Times, if their goal is to get more people vaccinated the last thing you do is make the government mandate it. Because many of the resistant over 21 come from cultures where governments have been known to be abusive of their people. Or maybe, considering non-whites make up over 80% of the unvaxxed, The Times is just racist. If so, when will it’s content be banned from Twitter and YouTube? Soon I hope.

So according to the Times (I can hardly believe I used to read that rag) the “unvaccinated” are denying healthcare resources to those in need? Well, no. NHS staff are being “freed up” from their normal duties of care in order to administer covid jabs, thereby denying healthcare resources to those in need.

Seriously since when is the Times liberal? since when? it is a Murdoch propaganda paper after all. They always support restrictions on freedom and wars of terror abroad (and now at home).

Some of the opinions in the Times comments section on the incident yesterday are crafted to include the 5 rules of propaganda, surely not by accident, the regime and its media are conducting psychological warfare against the un-jabbed –

An example: “He would have been considerably busier in ICU if the rest of us had followed his appalling and arrogant example. The public health messaging for everyone to be fully jabbed is undermined by individuals such as this and if he continues with his stance, he should be relieved from his duties as an example to others. You can see on here that he is already becoming the poster boy of the anti-vax mob I personally wouldn’t want such a person near me, let alone treat me, if I were in hospital.”

‘5 Rules of Propaganda’ –
Simplification – Simplification into black and white, good and bad
Disfiguration – Discrediting the opposition by crude smears and parodies
Transfusion – Manipulating the consensus values of the target audience… Read more »

Keep up at the back.
Of course the plan includes forcing every type of vaccine you can imagine (and many you can’t) onto the vaccine passport list.
Just think of all that guaranteed profit for pharma.

News for the JVCI – there was no need for the first ‘injection’.

It has now been clearly evidenced that the mRNA vaccines do not ‘vaccinate’ in any meaningful sense of the term – the vaccinated contract and transmit Covid.

However, the expected serious destruction of their immune systems through its overwhelming reactive response to the presence of the billions of spike proteins, manufactured in their cells leading to an acquisition of ‘Immune Deficiency Syndrome’ will make the ‘vaccinated’ vulnerable to a myriad of diseases and medical conditions the ruined immune system can longer resist – many of then probably fatal in either the short or longer term.

Anyone in Government interested?

Bit off-topic. While waiting in a DVLA call queue, I was treated to the following automated message:

“The Omicron variant of Covid19 is spreading fast. Every adult in the country needs to get a booster vaccination because two doses does not give you enough protection against catching Omicron.

Boosters give you the best possible protection against the virus and should significantly reduce your risk of serious illness and hospitalisation.

Strengthen your protection and get boosted now.”

Un-fookin-believable!

If the goal was to cull older fractions of the population in order to rejuvenate the healthcare system and capitalism overall, then gaining frequent unrestricted access to their bloodstream while pretending that a new scary bug is spreading would indeed be a great method to accomplish this task. It’s much better than simply treating the demographical “problem” with the regular prescription drugs (to which most elderly are already exposed) because it elegantly diverts attention from your treatment and allows you to pin the entire blame for the sudden population dip on that brand new pathogen and puts you firmly in the good guys trying to help category. And if everyone is subscribed into the plan, of course there is nobody to compare against to show that things might be a little amiss. Maybe that is the grand Great Reset scheme?

I’m waiting for the new “pandemic” due late this year or early next year. It won’t be a Covid variant, it will be a new thing designed to push the Reset across the line. Bill and Melinda Gates announced it with much glee in a TV interview “Wait till the next one” she laughed.
Meanwhile, whilst we await it, there will doubtless be a new variant just to keep things ticking over.

The sad part is that once the mass vaccination system is put in place and operational, the new plague may be designed to simply kill off the unvaccinated, and it will still fit the agenda perfectly (“we’ve warned you, we’ve told you so, we are terribly sorry”). I don’t really see any exit game as long as most of population does not reject this new system.

Part of the nudge campaign to convince the booster hesitant that one last jab really will be the final one, wonder how many will fall for this? Probably quite a number as sheeple fall for the ‘good’ news over and over again but immediately forget this when there is a U turn.

I know, this is demonic. Who said history is just the same damn thing over and over again?

I suspect many are suppressing fears and psychoses about an evil state (which they deny can be true). But at what point does that evil state become a more plausible explanation than the ‘benignity’, ‘efficacy’, ‘necessity’, and ‘finality’, of x number of vaccines?

Agreed that most are sadly thick as bricks, but ‘subconsciously’ it is still a possibility. Facts, impressions, evidences, pile up impersonally and indirectly for all of us – including the common herd: it may turn on its hunters yet.

I don’t doubt that having a conversation about these issues with such a person would be pointless. But that doesn’t mean they cannot be influenced by our example, a word here, an action there.

Probably more people have joined our resistance from all backgrounds and IQs than ever expected by gov or by us.

I made the right decision, long before this, to stop reading the Times.

Apparently, according to the Times, the 2020 fires in Australia were the result of climate change, not arson and not the cessation of backburns.

As for this story, since when has any vaccine needed to be administered four times, with no end in sight?

Anti_socialist

not the cessation of backburns

I do find this narrative irritating, whilst technically true, damaging the environment to save the environment is lunacy. I’m a naturalist (not a biological conservationist) so I don’t advocate for management interventions, when you manage nature it’s no longer natural so conservationists aren’t actually conserving anything!

Of course, controlled burn removes fuel for wildfires, but fire is often a (necessary) natural ecological process. The real problem as you say is arson or man made accidental fires. I came to the conclusion a long time ago middle class (leftist) liberals are the most dangerous terrorists of all!

On the contrary, the Aborigines used to have backburns then the whites copied them.

It is the moronic green ideology that has stopped them being carried out.

Conservationists, in this case, are conserving human lives, as well as animal lives.

Backburns would mean that arson does less damage than would be the case without them.

“Yet”…..”holding up”..

It’s all in the words as it has been all along. It’s clear “yet” means not now but will be, once the triple jabbed “protection” is no longer “holding up”.

Meanwhile in Australia, they say 3x jabs per year every year. Irrespective of the net health benefit/harm based on individual need and riak factors.

Funny how they claim the ‘vaccines’ are holding up but neglect to mention Omicron is the mildest strain of the virus to date lol.

The numbers in the latest Vaccine Surveillance data sheet are pretty hilarious (pages 36-38) in the grand scheme of things. Cases in the eldest cohorts of the vaccinated have increased 3-4 times more in the ‘vaccinated’ than the unvaccinated during the past 2 weeks so maybe the boosters given to them in October have worn off already !

Will be interesting to see if the overnight hospital stays and deaths follow the same trajectory.

Not getting vaccinated is the most important and meaningful civic act I have ever done.

It’s a shame about friends and family, but I’m not getting vaccinated to appease them. Sometimes I feel angry about how the government and media have brainwashed them, but at the end of they day they aren’t dumb people and they have chosen the views that they have. I sometimes wonder if I should feel guilty about not feeling more sad about the idea that I may never see them again.

That is one of the most painful consequences of this vaxx programme that family members feel ‘lost’ who have been ‘propagandised’ in to taking these injections. The loss is not just for now but will go far in to the future and perhaps negating feelings of sadness is one way of coping.

Will, I think it’s time for the Sceptic to acknowledge that the ‘psychological drive’ is geared to ‘digital ID via vaccine passporting’. Despite Omicron being up to a hundred times less deadly than influenza, the government are doubling and trebling down on this project because the whole digital ID and social credit project is at stake. Increasingly, there really is no other explanation. I always try to talk to shop staff in M and S, Tesco etc – many of them have noticed this illogical ‘doubling down’ as things unravel, and are very suspicious.
