Scottish Opposition and Business Leaders Criticise Sturgeon’s Vaccine Passport Plans

by Michael Curzon
2 September 2021 2:16 PM

Nicola Sturgeon faces criticism from opposition parties and business leaders on her plans to force ‘large venues’ to check vaccine passports. The Scottish Liberal Democrat leader says his party is “fundamentally opposed” to vaccine passports and the Chair of the Night Time Industries Association Scotland says the plans are “completely incoherent”. But will this be enough? Guardian has more.

John Swinney, Deputy First Minister, had previously described passports as “the wrong way to go”, while the Scottish Greens – who last week entered a power-sharing agreement with the Scottish Government – described them as “discriminatory”.

Douglas Ross, leader of the Scottish Conservatives, told the Holyrood chamber at First Minister’s Questions on Thursday that the proposal represented “shambolic, last-minute, kneejerk decision-making” and suggested that tensions were already emerging between the SNP and the Scottish Greens.

Sturgeon replied that she believed businesses were showing “understanding and pragmatism… in recognition of the severity of the situation we face”.

But Neil Doncaster, Chief Executive of the Scottish Professional Football League, earlier issued a warning that the plans would have “significant unintended consequences” for clubs, with the proposals for events of more than 10,000 people affecting Scotland games and some Scottish Premiership matches.

He told BBC Sport Scotland: “It’s not clear what IT infrastructure will be in place, what timescales clubs will be asked to work to, or what can be done for those without smartphones.

“And it’s not clear if it’s going to cut across terms and conditions of seasons tickets already bought by people across the land.”

Although Sturgeon said on Wednesday that she hoped not to extend the measure to other venues, the Managing Director of the Scottish Licensed Trade Association, Colin Wilkinson, described it as a “threat hanging over the whole of the hospitality industry”.

Worth reading in full.

2nd most liked comment, why no mention of protest closer to home, specifically London, yesterday?
Alex Belfield has a piece on YouTube about it and he wasn’t even there.

I like the way the Mail uses quote marks for
“an orgy of violence” as though to give it some external authority when it was they who used yesterday in the first place. LOL.

For sure Karen…

Worth noting too how much of the Daily Wail article photos depict anarchy, burning and destruction rather than the uplifting collective of mass rejection of the mandatory roll-in of these global digital bio-security tools, and by consequence the removal of any old normal lifestyles and employment options.

Rome yesterday:

https://twitter.com/MarkChangizi/status/1462180989329985548?s=20

London yesterday:

And a note regarding Belfast:

The lies of their sick globalist BUILD BACK BETTER narrative are collapsing.

Major protest in Belfast which has also escaped them. Note also that DUP MP, Jim Shannon, is asking Javid and the MHRA awkward questions about the Pfizer whistle-blower saying “many of his constituents” have written to him

Tiny little bit about it on BBC news – but only because it caused a roadblock in city centre and the double jabbed with their vaxx passports couldn’t get to the Christmas Market which is outdoors but only allowing entry to the double jabbed.

However, my read of the Jim Shannon letter is that he is only writing because the whistle blowing might be fuelling vaxx hesitancy, as opposed to the vaxx being dangerous and not justifying restrictions or passports.

You wonder why the Precautionary Principle isn’t applied, which would be the correct use-case, i.e. to immediately stop all vaccines and boosters to safeguard people until such time as safety can be assured (which we know it can’t of course).

There is hardly any reporting about the protests on the same night and some country that were peaceful either.
As I write there is a peaceful protest going on in Brussels.News in English on this is not great at the moment. One I came across so so full of get your vax type of propaganda I was sick reading it.

Yep. It is rather shameful of Toby Young and this website to parrot it as “violent anti vaxx”. The reality as well as independent footage and photos filmed by the crowds show the protests are 99% peaceful and even vaccinated people are taking part, and not to mention absolutely MASSIVE.

So,the Mail is lying – there were massive peaceful protests across the continent including the UK and a small amount of violence in the Netherlands. Europe is “descending into tyranny” supported by the Mail.

I don’t know about lying, but purposely focusing on a small outlier.

There were peaceful demonstrations in Breda and Amsterdam yesterday (even though the Amsterdam one was officially cancelled). The incidents in Rotterdam and The Hague are not that difficult to explain. Rotterdam is a port city, which can be somewhat rougher than cities without that element. It also has a very large young and non-indigenous population, which means it is more likely to erupt into a more combative situation.

The fracas in The Hague was in an area which is notorious for crime, also a large non-indigenous population. It houses what used to be the main train station for The Hague and some years back that train station had a police presence at all entrances at night because there was so much crime.

Friday and yesterday was young people being fed up with all the restrictions, which were topped off on Friday by the government saying the traditional fireworks on New Year’s Eve would be cancelled for a second year running, hence the fireworks now. It was stupid, they knew it would lead to unrest and all it will do is lead to lots of illegal fireworks between now and New Years – I can literally hear fireworks right now. There is definitely a difference between people protesting the corona measures and government overreach and pissed-off young people letting off steam.

Thanks for that helpful clarification. The Mail is lying – it is trying to tell its readers that Europe is engulfed in violence from dangerous extremists instead of hundreds of thousands of decent citizens standing up peacefully for the last vestiges of liberty. Of course, any plausible lie has to be laced with little bits of truth but it is a ruthless, unscrupulous lie.

Yes, the media is pushing to make it appear like a bunch of loons are out of control.

Yesterday evening around 7.30 I was walking my dogs with a friend. Very middle class area, we’re both bog standard middle class ladies who normally wouldn’t be overly impressed with violent outbreaks and attacks on police. We could hear loud fire works and sirens coming from the direction of The Hague, we both shrugged our shoulders and said good for them, we understand why they’re pissed. This was before it was on the news that things were kicking off, but there were so many sirens and then the fireworks that it was a logical conclusion.

The usual snide descriptions of the protesters as “far right” and being “the anti-vax mob”.
The daily mail is trully cucked.
Where was our London march from yesterday?
crickets…
No actual criticism of the very idea of vaccine mandates. The people are rising and the war is beginning.
I dare Boris and his despicable sidekick Savage Cabbage head to lock us down again or try on the vax pass here. London streets will burn and Downing Street will get some angry visitors.

Have the elite overplayed their hand here? Taking the talk coming out of Austria for example of imprisonment after fines for non-jabbeds, not to mention the potential of it being tried potentially in higher crime countries in Europe. Flash forward to a not too distant future where the police, many of whom may have low morale and have sympathies with the other side, are instructed to follow up on non payment of fines for not being jabbed, in high crime neighbourhoods, trying to haul off people to be imprisoned. All over the nation(s) at the same time and the effect on the emergency services that might bring, the same ones that would have lost a great many employees from mandates. The possibilities of religious minorities being included in that and the huge controversies that will bring in today’s climate.

It strikes me as a blunder born out of haste to get this BBB thing rolling.

Growing numbers of usually law-abiding good people across Europe including both the vacinated who feel duped and the unvaccinated who feel oppressed are finally waking up to where this seems to be all heading …. a kind of techno fascistic tyranny.

If politicians refuse to listen then these protestors these protests will only grow in numbers and I suspect will become more violent – desperate people reach for more desperate measures when they are being ignored and abandoned by their governments … especially when they have nothing to lose but their chains.

That’s also from the anti-human mob at the Mail and thus, probably all wrong again and nothing but Corona propaganda. Cases in Germany spiking at 48,000 and something means they have less COVID there than is in the UK (about 20 million more people) and since they also have more hospital beds there, even despite these were again massively reduced (>6000) 2020/21, hospitals can’t be overflowing.

We need coordinated demonstrations in all of the major cities in the UK at the same time,so that the police and media cannot deny they are happening. How come half a dozen senile old tree huggers can bring traffic to a stop and dominate the news, yet millions of irate citizens on the cusp of losing their civil liberties for ever cannot make any impact at all?

This rioting shows that at least some of the populations of these countries are paying attention to the clearly established facts.

Things that don’t work to stop infections;

1) mRNA IM vaccines – the don’t create antibodies in mucosa tissue where the virus enters the body

2) face masks – the major effect being to encourage other infections in the skin, and URT

3) social distancing (as practised) – the 6ft/2m was a guess based on the belief (not even based on observation) that main transmission was by droplets that fell under gravity within 6ft… Porton Down’s Common Cold Unit imposed 60ft on exercising volunteers over 40 years ago but nobody remembered this.

Things that do work to stop infections;

1) Many existing cheap re-purposed drugs that have been used successfully against URT infections, in some cases for over 50 years but for some reason now the medical authorities have banned doctors from using under threat of removal of medical license to practise. Some put estimates of unnecessary preventable Covid deaths because early treatment was effectively banned at over 1million in the US and over 100,000 in the UK.

But slowly, ever so slowly, the masses are waking up on a scale never seen before. The urgent warnings of the brave and honest doctors speaking out are gaining traction among the hesitant. Those experiencing adverse reactions or their loved ones experiencing adverse reactions or death have a more rude awakening. This will only increase as winter approaches and more and more people die having received 2 or 3 doses. The parasitoids are becoming ever more frantic and desperate as they attempt to threaten and cajole those who stand firm against the involuntary medical intervention. The more frantic and desperate they become, the more noise they make. The more noise they make, the more people waken and realise just what is at stake.

Certain feudal states have gone full totalitarian. This is a clear sign of fear.

What are they afraid of?

Like a recovering victim of mind-control , Alice is starting to remember who she is.

Mandates, forced vaxx with adverse events from the vaxx mounting, excessive mortality post vaxx in every country that vaxxed. Now look at the number of young people, including athletes, who have developed myocarditis, inflammation of the heart post vaxx. Coincidence? When will people wake up?

Toby – you mention the protestors were anti-vaxxers. I am fed up with you and others using that blanket nomenclature. It would be more truthful and accurate to say the protestors are anti–mandated vaccines. The issue of freedom and choice is way more important than the efficacy of the injections.

I see Austria are going to fine citizens who refuse the mandatory vaccine – 3,600 Euros. How will that work? Once you’ve paid the fine, what then? It’s not really achieving their goal of getting more people vaccinated. I’m sure many will be prepared to pay that price – or even go to prison if that what it takes. It’s not going to solve anything. They just don’t get it do they?

‘NZ Medical Council has blood on their hands’
Extract from a letter sent to the NZ Medical Council from a retired Doctor in Tauranga.
“… the still birth rate has rocketed. Usually there are 114 still births per year for the entire country but in just two weeks Hastings alone had 9 still births in vaccinated mothers who were following your advice to get the vaccine. You are responsible for the death of those babies. You have blood on your hands. I suppose you are also in denial regarding the deaths of teenagers.
We have 2 siblings dead after the vaxathon in Christchurch – a girl aged 15 and a boy aged 17. Plus a 17 year old boy in Northland and a 13 year old in the South Island – both dead the day after their vaccination -and a 14 year old boy in South Auckland who died 2 hours after his vaccination. Also the 17 year old girl whose death should have stopped the roll out but was instead blamed, prior to any autopsy report, on the pill – which she had been prescribed some time prior so therefore the GP would have checked for clotting risk factors at that point in time.
I know a lot more about this case then you do as I know close family friends. I am also aware that the government has asked families involved with severe adverse reactions and deaths to sign waivers that come with financial settlements. This blatant attempt to further cover up vaccine failures is abhorrent, as is the gagging of the media at the cost of millions of dollars of tax payer money.
Why don’t you speak up against this propaganda ? Why do you sit quietly and do nothing while the government promotes a drug that should never have passed Medsafe? And to add insult to injury, in promoting the vaccine you have violated the Nuremberg Code in its entirety. You might like to look that up and familiarise yourself with your offences. You are all guilty of crimes against humanity. And if you think I am exaggerating, you are wrong.
I have all of your names and I have forwarded them – except for Dr Goodman, who I know is in her heart a very decent person – along with the names of Dr Bryan Betty and Dr Samantha Murton and the NZ board of the RANZCOG, to Dr Reiner Fuelmich. Dr Fuelmich is an international trial lawyer who has successfully sued large fraudulent corporations eg Volkswagen and Deutsche Bank. His worldwide network of lawyers has listened to over a hundred experts from every field of science and medicine relating to the current PCR / Covid fraud. In due course he intends to put a Nuremberg 2 trial through the International Criminal Court.
Finally, I do not wish to be associated with a scientifically ignorant organisation that has lost its ability to practice evidence based medicine, has banned open debate, censors its doctors, allows politicians to decide how best to treat patients, has abandoned the principal of informed consent and, worst of all, has broken its promise to first do no harm. I hold you in the utmost contempt as do many New Zealanders. I shall see you on the other side of history. My conscience will be clear but may God have mercy on you”.
