Absolutely. UN2030 encourages rewilding and its being written into all kinds of Environmental Management Policies. Its effect is the build up of combustible materials. Wild fires have always been a feature of summers, especially hot summers. Nothing unusual about it. So when the climate activists come along to commit arson to try and prove their case, or the fire is naturally occurring, the effect is that much greater. Of course everything is ‘unprecedented’, and climate hysteria will force its way into any sane conversation about it, but historic data doesn’t bear this out.

My late brother in law, an infants headmaster of many year experience, used to call it ‘Suffering from LSS’. Little Shit Syndrome. Usually caught from poor parenting.
Announce a 2 step policy:
Firstly, build new schools just for special needs pupils where they can receive a more tailored education more suited to their requirements.
Secondly. announce that pupils with special needs and any remaining pupils displaying continual disruptive behaviour will be moved to the new schools.
Then sit back and watch the number of “statemented” pupils fall dramatically – particularly amongst the middle classes.
This has the handy upside that it will save taxpayers billions of pounds.
Mind you, you’d need to be ex SAS to work in the new schools. Not a job for the faint-hearted.
My friend is a SEND teacher with pupils expelled from other schools and recently arrived pupils who don’t speak English.
She said her job is ‘getting them ready for prison’.
That does not surprise me – but she has my utmost respect.

As an aside, a friend of mine in his mid sixties has a new job. He picks up a “chaperone” and then a special needs child and drives them 12 miles to school. He then drives back and drops the chaperone back at their house. This is repeated in the afternoon to collect the child. He earns enough to live on doing this 5 days a week. The amount spent on these children is staggering and there must surely be ways to spend the money more efficiently and also for the benefit of the children who really need it.
Appalling! I wonder what the ethnicities are of the child and the chaperone…
The special needs travel to school costs will eventually bankrupt our local authorities.
We already have such schools – zoos.
