The Green Globalists Behind Ulez – and What They Have Planned Next

by David Craig
31 August 2023 7:00 AM

There’s a quite a lot of heat and noise being generated at the moment about London Mayor Khan’s expanded Ulez (Ultra-Low Emission Zone) which is supposed to start at the beginning of this week. But what few seem to have noticed is that Khan’s Ulez is just a very small part of a much larger programme to control how our rulers believe we should live our lives.

Khan’s Ulez is part of the C40 programme:

C40 is a global network of mayors of the world’s leading cities that are united in action to confront the climate crisis. It was founded in 2005 as C20, and has since expanded to its current network of 96 cities, including London.

Here’s a link to the C40 website, in case you think I’m making this up.

Here’s an overview of what the mayors of the 96 C40 cities are planning for us:

It’s the usual measures to make our lives poorer, more restricted, more miserable and more controlled by our rulers:

  • buying fewer clothes each year and making those clothes last longer
  • eating less meat and fewer dairy products
  • taking fewer flights
  • ‘enhancing building utilisation’ which could sound a lot like squeezing ever more people into ever smaller homes
  • reduced car ownership and reduced travel by car
  • making all our technological devices last longer – does that mean restrictions on how often we can buy new devices as part of our ‘individual carbon budgets’?

And guess who is the C40 Chair?

Yup. it’s our favouritest mayor – Mayor Khan.

Many people have been wondering why Mayor Khan is implementing the Ulez expansion when not only Londoners but also several Labour politicians (including Starmer) seem to be against it, blaming it for Labour’s failure to win the Uxbridge by-election.

Well, hopefully you are now aware that the expanded Ulez is just a tiny part of a much larger globalist agenda which looks suspiciously like a form of climate-catastrophist lockdown for us ‘useless eaters’. So, it should be clear why Mayor Khan is driving this through in spite of the howls of opposition and in spite of the doubts of his own Labour Party.

There’s a lot more I could write about the C40 Cities assault on our lifestyles. But you can go to the C40 website if you’d like more information. However, there’s just one thing I should add – I found it interesting to look at who is actually funding this horror story. Here’s a link to the funders page.

Major funders include eco-organisations such as the Climateworks Foundation, Global Environmental Facility, the Climate Change Collaboration and the European Climate Foundation; Governments such as the U.K. Government, the German Government and the Danish Government and foundations set up by billionaires such as Bloomberg Philanthropies, IKEA, the Hewlett Foundation, Fondation L’Oréal, Google and Novo Nordisk.

Moreover, there is one more major funder which surely deserves a special mention – the Open Society Foundations. The Open Society Foundations website explains “George Soros is the founder of the Open Society Foundations. He has given away more than $32 billion of his personal fortune to fund the Open Society Foundations’ work around the world.”

So who is Mayor Khan really working for when he implements his expanded Ulez as part of his C40 agenda? Londoners? The Labour party? Or the eco-fanatics and the multi-billionaire Davos globalists? I’ll leave you to decide.

David Craig is the author of There is No Climate Crisis, available as an e-book or paperback from Amazon.

I’d be really interested to hear how this is just another big cock up.

But now that London Calling is off air we won’t have Delingpole holding Toby Young’s feet to the fire.

Perhaps TY could write a follow up to this article and explain to us all how this is all just the result of incompetence and bumbling of politicians and civil servants, once again at a global scale.

I hope he’s not going to argue that it’s all inconsequential like the WEF. All those people in and around London having to sell their old cars and buy new ones they can’t afford might argue otherwise.

Lot of cockups going on: Election fraud everywhere, Rona Fascism Part 1, soon to be followed by a Part 2. Climate bollocks. Net-tard Zero. ULEZ and 15 minute city propositions everywhere. Trans Fascism. Queer Fascism. Open Borders in the G20. Endless wars. Christophobia rampant in the G20. ‘Just hard working ‘experts’ getting a few things wrong, making mistakes’….If I wasn’t so stupid, phobic, racist and anti-this and-that I might suspect a coordinated international plan and coup across the G20, aimed at the total destruction of Western civ. But what do we know? I am literally Hitler and everyone is shaking right now.

Well said. Look at the amount of people working for that organisation. All with a vested interest and obviously, their work is so important that the rules don’t apply to them!

The only good point is that the publicity around the ULEZ expansion has encouraged people to take notice of what is really going on. People who used to think that the WEF was inconsequential and scoff about conspiracy theories are beginning to wake up.

Anyone who thinks squirming parasite Politicians, Mayors and assorted Bureaucrats sipping champagne at Davos can control the temperature of the earth deserve all that is coming their way. —-PS The earth doesn’t have a temperature. All temperature is local. Unless you think government funded data adjusters stick a thermometer under the earths tongue and take a reading. ———The biggest pseudo scientific fraud is underway, and everything from smart meters, to turbines, to tidal power, to electric cars, to ULEZ and beyond is all part of the eco socialist fraud.

I have decided he is working for the multi billionaire Davos globalists and I will add fascists to that description..
He is feathering his bed in this nest of vipers.
So is the Conservatives who are doing nothing about it because they are also working for them.
The unelected PM globalist spoke without conviction yesterday and supported shops and businesses refusing cash! “You can have access to it but you can’t spend it”… “You can have a car of your choice but you can’t use it” …”You can have an opinion but you can’t speak it”…”You can have a vote but you can’t hold us to our word” …”You can do what we tell you to do and nothing else”

Yes you are right.
When I try explain to family and friends there is a glazed eyed look as they contemplate the strength they will need to not comply ,,.so become weak but we must keep encouraging critical thinking and bravery as the DS encourages free discussion.
I have just forwarded the net zero free speech article to my son in law. We need to stick together ! As we have over the last years during all this authoritarianism dipped totalitarian dik tats.
I wonder who the hell we should vote for?? Who is the lesser of the two globalist party evils? Both are bad players.
Grant globalist is now defence secretary? God help us he does the bidding of the same people Sadiq does. As one 1!

Voting is a waste of time. Not voting is the best message to send. It says: I can see the game, it’s a con, I’m not participating.

No the best thing to do is go for a spoilt paper. Write across it “SPOILT PAPER I DO NOT CONSENT”. Getting the authorities to count millions of those should send a message and any so called government would be very weak.

Forget salvation. I think voting undermines us. It gives them the veneer of legitimacy they want. It is what allows them to call the bureaucratic dictatorship we live in ia democracy while keeping a straight face.

Notice the UK tax payer is shovelling in cash too. We have had a Con Party PM since 2010 and tax is at post war record highs yet they do this.

tells us all we need to know about their values.

Give someone a title eg Mayor and they will feel they must do something.
Put 96 ambitious Mayors in a room and they will try and out do each other.
Be the most noticeable and outstanding.
eg ULEZ expansion.
The solution is get rid of devolved power eg mayors, regional assemblies

Hence the ‘free school meal’ grab.
Force dietary change on school children – reduce meat and dairy consumption by feeding kids vegetarian only or maybe even worse: ‘ZEY VILL EAT ZE BUGS’.

How can these climate buffoons call themselves ‘green’. The planet is ‘greened’ through photosynthesis which requires water, carbon dioxide and sunlight. Restricting the latter two is de-greening.

This is the trickle down enactment of “ The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, adopted by all United Nations Member States in 2015, (which) provides a shared blueprint for peace and prosperity for people and the planet, now and into the future. At its heart are the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which are an urgent call for action by all countries – developed and developing – in a global partnership.”

https://www.globalgoals.org/news/world-mayors-gather-in-buenos-aires-to-announce-creation-of-50-million-good-green-jobs-by-2030/

Watch and share this video of Sandie Adams as she spells out far more clearly how this agenda has been devised and delivered by globalists a transnational group of wealthy corporations, investors and ‘cabinet penetrating’ politicians.

Just more evidence that there’s too much government. Incompetents in government – the sort Team Toby talk about – always sign up to international schemes, because they don’t have any real ideas or policies of their own. And the weirdos and perverts behind these schemes are exactly the sort of people Team James warn about.

The easy way to deal with this is to strip down the size of government. Get rid of the imported, foreign concept of elected mayors and their city administrations. C40 doesn’t fit in with any policy our national political parties have, so why is this rogue administration accepted in the capital of Great Britain and N Ireland? The Mayor of London, Manchester and First Ministers of Wales and Scotland are able to wield such an impact on UK policy that really, the entire electorate of the UK needs a say in their appointment.

Quarter of a century of devolution has torn the fabric of the UK apart, allowed political extremism into power and into the workplace and undermined our whole social order. Nicola Sturgeon’s national socialist government in Scotland led the way in the entire UK turning into a police state during the criminal lockdown era. Who can look at that footage of the violent Scottish police ‘service’ raiding that family home a couple of years back and not recoil in horror that such behaviour happened on British soil?

We need the long-promised giant reform bill, stripping back the state. The smaller the state is, the less these weird organisations can corrupt it. I’m not saying ‘no government’, but right now, the state is too big and is utterly corrupt.

Our predicament is way beyond the solutions you believe should be adopted. Your naivety might be cute if it wasn’t so optimistic, in an old-fashioned way.

They claim to want to increase car lifetimes but also want emissions reductions. Khan wants to scrap the old cars as well.

Khan wants cars banned altogether so only the super-rich can have them. The ‘filthy plebs’ can rot in 15-minute cities and do as he tells them.

Also clear that ‘levelling up’ rhetoric translates to “lots more “devolved” government everywhere” – ie more (superficially local) Khanlings to deliver the (internationally agreed) programme. Review to ‘improve’ local compulsory purchase powers is already under way, ostensibly for projects of local benefit but in reality, as Law Commission acknowledges, “to help the Government meet its climate ambitions”. Coincidentally, compulsory land purchase also a ‘thing’ in EU (esp Netherlands, Ireland next?) under guise of a ‘farmers compensation scheme’. As stalwart Croatian MEP commented, at least the Soviets were more honest, when they called similar buyouts ‘land confiscation”.

If German government is listed among the funders, it’s a pretty safe assumption that this really means (current) US government. The German administration is usually acting under orders and Pay up! is pretty much a standing order.

You state that this C40 lark is partly funded by the British Government? That is insane, our money to fund our downfall the third world status. This needs a serious followup to see who allowed that, nothing in my manifesto!

Sir Kneel Starmer has made no attempt whatsoever to reign Khan in. Nor has made any effort to put a stop to the devolved administration in Wales introducing 20 mph speed restrictions. Both Khan & Drakeford came out fully supporting the alphabet people’s vile agenda. Both were enthusiastic for the lockdowns, the masks, the jabbies etc.

They just enjoy hurting people. Starmers failure to stop these mad initiatives means that they are Labour Party policy … and no one should ever vote for the Labour party ever again.
