A single “mega-dinghy” carrying 230 migrants has smashed the Channel crossing record. The Mailhas the story:
It is the largest number ever recorded in one small boat, with the previous record of 165 being set just 17 days earlier.
The confirmed 230 arrivals is more than the typical capacity of a Boeing 737 jet.
People traffickers are currently thought to charge around £2,000 per head for illegal passage to Britain. With about £10,000 in assumed costs for the trip, this single dinghy could have made them a staggering £450,000 profit.
It comes after a Home Office source insisted on Friday that Labour’s plan to tackle the Channel crisis was “beginning to bear fruit”.
The overnight arrivals mean more than 900 migrants reached Britain over the weekend.
Last week officials confirmed traffickers are adapting their methods in a bid to circumvent Labour’s “smash the gangs” strategy.
On Tuesday last week, 173 migrants had to be rescued from a single boat after it caught fire. …
Enhanced policing designed to block the traffickers – such as by seizing boats and outboard motors – has seen gangs “experiment” with using mega-dinghies on the Channel …
They are also deploying co-ordinated dinghy launches from a wider area of the French and Belgian coast in a bid to evade detection.

gee isn’t that great, britain breaks another world record. Something to be proud of. I don’t think there is this much excitement about all the kids in this country who succeed in life despite there being many. Oh well, let’s keep celebrating the success of bigger ribs carrying in people who do not belong here. Yes hip hip hooray.

The headline I heard on the radio news this morning went something like “Ministers are braced for more migrants to arrive….” Are they really? As if they’re going to do anything about it. Their actions show they couldn’t care less.
Adopting the brace position involves bending forwards as far as possible and burying your head up your backside. Sounds about right.

Here’s a cunning plan. Let the government charter a large cruise ship, and moor it just outside French territorial waters. The small boats pick up the dinghy occupants, process them on board and transfer them direct to deportment ports if they don’t pass muster. So simple there must be a catch…

As was pointed out on GBN today – this is not a normal dinghy. It has been made deliberately to transport immigrant scum. Who made it and where? Even deflated that is quite a lump to transport. What would be amusing is that having set off in the early morning calm, one of these is hit by a wind whipping up in mid Channel.

Don’t forget to observe the hosepipe ban and conserve our dwindling water supplies so these people can drink, shower and flush toilets when they are accommodated by the British authorities.

That headline is correct: these Criminal Alien Invaders were indeed “smuggled into Britain” by theUK Border Force, HM Coastguard and the RNLI,
who sailed out into the English Channel in the darkness before dawn to welcome the Criminal Alien Invaders to come aboard their own British Taxpayer-funded vessels, and then smuggled the Criminal Aliens into Dover, in order to endanger British Taxpayers who pay their salaries.
Not one Criminal Alien Dinghy has EVER “made the perilous journey” or “crossed the Channel” or “landed in Britain”. All of them have been helped and escorted by the French, even French warships, who hand them over to British Taxpayer-funded ships travelling deep into French territorial waters to fetch the Criminal Alien Invaders and illegally smuggle them into Britain.

Yes. Picture in The Times show a baby being loaded on board ready to be dropped in the sea if their passage is blocked.
Perhaps they’re all trans, which is why they’ve had to flee persecution in their home countries. But probably not.
