Rape campaigners have reacted with fury after three teenage rapists who attacked girls as young as 14 were spared jail and handed youth rehabilitation orders, along with fines of just £26 each – “less than a parking fine”. The Mail has the story:
Harriet Wistrich, head of the Centre for Women’s Justice, has called for a review to establish whether lenient sentences are becoming the norm.
It comes after an outcry over a case in Fordingbridge, Hampshire, last week when three teenage boys were given youth rehabilitation orders, and not jailed, following attacks on girls aged 14 and 15.
In the latest cases to emerge, teenage boys convicted of rape and serious sexual assault were given fines of £26, as well as rehabilitation orders. The three separate prosecutions took place over the past year in youth courts in the North-East.
In one case, a 14 year-old boy raped a girl aged 16 or over in August 2023, and was also convicted of the sexual assault of a girl aged 15 in February 2023.
Sentenced at Teesside Magistrates’ Court on December 4th, 2025, he was given a youth rehabilitation order, ordered to pay court costs of £26 and placed on the sex offenders’ register for 30 months.
In another prosecution, a boy aged 15 was convicted of a serious sexual assault by penetration of a 14 year-old girl in April 2024.
When he was sentenced in July 2025, he was given a youth rehabilitation order, fined £26 and given a restraining order preventing him from approaching the victim.
He was placed on the sex offenders’ register for 42 months.
In a third instance, a 17 year-old male sentenced in September 2025 for the rape of a girl aged 15 was given a youth rehabilitation order, a £26 fine and put on the sex offenders’ register for 30 months. …

The cases only came to light when victim advocates from the Rape and Sexual Abuse Counselling Centre (RSACC), covering Darlington and County Durham, raised concerns.

It would appear these boys in Fordingbridge were well known to local residents for their intimidation and sexual behaviour towards young girls, examples of which had been reported to the local police a number of times. The police felt ‘there was insufficient evidence to take the matter up’ so there was no record of their disturbing behaviour before the rapes occurred !!
Sounds bizarre but could these judgements against the sexual coercion of young girls be a nod towards Islamic sharia law?
But the rapists may have been another “protected” group whose Ethnic Origins are in Romania and Ireland, now called “Travellers”. Notice how the ethnicity of the rapists is being concealed.

As per the DM article I shared above: in 2022 there were 6,800+ rapes committed by minors aged 10yrs-17yrs old. I’d find it highly improbable ( to put it mildly ) that this amount of serious sex attacks would be carried out by any and all ethnicities other than whites. Unfortunately the article doesn’t talk about ethnicities of perpetrators or victims, nor does it mention how many prosecuted got a custodial sentence.
For me as a realist, common sense dictates I check my bias at the door and accept the reality that youths from all demographics will be included in those rape figures. I don’t believe in being fuelled by animosity based on generalisations and assigning collective blame to entire groups within society, because my world view isn’t skewed by any personal prejudice I might harbour, unlike plenty of other people. Unless we have actual data to work with everything else is mere speculation. Unfortunately, many make assumptions based on their own ignorance and cognitive bias.
Let’s see the per capita breakdown and assess probabilities shall we. What, the statistics are not kept? Ummm I wonder why.
People crying ”per capita!” ad nauseam are actually missing the point because they fail to see the big picture due to myopically focusing only on non-whites because it confirms their bias and supports their narrative. In fact, it conveniently means they can adopt quite the blind spot and ignore the fact that there are ten times more convicted sex offenders sat in prison ( as of 2020, see link below ) who are white compared to any other ethnicity. These absolute numbers mean a woman is statistically more likely to get attacked by a white male than a male from any other ethnicity, though this probability would change if she lived in an area where whites are a minority.
So you see, white men/boys never stopped raping/attacking females ( as well as male victims ) but because of people having a world view skewed by their own personal prejudice and focusing solely on ”per capita”, they fail to acknowledge the fact that absolute numbers are still relevant because white men are still doing bad shit because there’s way more of them in the population. Most rapes are committed by someone who is known to the victim, people who have only recently arrived in the country don’t know many, if any, women so are far less likely to be able to commit “date rape”. British born people have had much longer in which to commit rape, or any other crime, than boat people so it stands to reason that they’ll be a lot more of them in prison.
It’s important to compare apples with apples. What’s needed are the figures for the number of people convicted or raping a stranger in any given year broken down by ethnicity and whether or not the perpetrator was born in the UK.

Exactly. Just the fact 80+% of the population are white should tell you this as it’s purely a numbers game.
I would argue that referring to ‘per capita’ is only relevant in certain contexts, such as when we discuss the many men arriving as immigrants from hostile cultures who view women as second class citizens and therefore socially legitimise violence and sexual violence in their homelands.
But this shouldn’t stop us looking at the bigger picture and the absolute figures, which irrefutably show women are more at risk from native white men ( who vastly outnumber sex offenders of other ethnicities ) than incomers because there’s significantly more of them.
It amazes me the level of prejudice displayed by people for whom basic reality is like kryptonite, to be avoided at all costs, all because it doesn’t support their narrative: “coloured man = bad. White, terminally hard done by man = good”.
I think I’m one of just a tiny minority on here who can recognise the word ‘objectivity’ from a hole in the ground.🧐🤷♀️
First, it seems it is almost impossible for any UK judges to be sacked or penalised in any way. This must be changed in law, as well as making Trespass a Criminal rather than Civil offense.
Secondly, you know that if these rapists were of The Global Minority = Ethnic Europeans, the sentence would have been harsh. They must therefore be among the “protected” groups, either Third World Ethnics or “Travellers” with ethnic origins in Romania or Ireland.

I already shared this shocking story yesterday. A few people appeared to have a problem with it but couldn’t bring themselves to string a sentence or two together to explain why. Same old, same old, I guess… And I shared this one from 2024 previously, too, which may go some way to explaining the rise in sex crimes perpetrated by young lads, some not even in their teens. I have no idea how many out of all of these are actually getting sent down and how many are getting away with a slap on the wrist but if this latest revelation is anything to go by I think the majority are getting away with it.
This behaviour is obviously very concerning, not least because this ( coupled with the lack of fitting punishment ) doesn’t bode well for how these boys will behave towards females when they become adults if this is their attitude towards the opposite sex already;

I wonder how much the £26 fine would escalate if the raped child had become pregnant and died while giving birth.

Deaths due to pregnancy, childbirth etc are very rare in those aged 19 and under – only 0, 1 or 2 per year since 2013. Far more likely is attempted abortion or self-harm. 64 deaths attributed to suicide in 2024 in females 15-19.

The question still remains – should the perpetrator of the rape be responsible for a suicide, self harm or attempted abortion and does a £26 fine seem a reasonable of farcical response to a crime which could have a myriad of long term negative consequences.
