Nurseries in Wales have been told to report children for “racist incidents” in taxpayer-funded guidance backed by the Labour Government. The Telegraph has the story.
The taxpayer-funded guidance for childminders aims to make nurseries and play groups “anti-racist” environments.
Childcare workers are advised to call police if a “racist incident” occurs that could be deemed a hate crime.
Advised actions include calling 999 for emergencies, or otherwise speaking to police officers and taking “relevant action in conjunction with the police, ensuring you record all details of the incident”.
If the incident is not a hate crime, childcare workers can instead take steps including offering “age-appropriate learning support opportunities for the perpetrator”.
Should this be “met with resistance”, childcare workers are advised to draw up a “disciplinary route”, with various outcomes explained in a flowchart.
Those in the childcare, play and early years sector in Wales work with children aged 12 and below, including babies and toddlers.
The guidance advises staff in playgroups and other settings to conduct an “understanding audit” and to ask themselves, on a scale of one to five, how well they “understand what white privilege is and how it can affect my life and the lives of others”.
Childcare professionals are advised to audit their spaces to ensure that books, dolls, posters and displays are suitably diverse, and to “make sure your anti-racist stance is visible”, including in snacks provided.
The guidance also tells workers: “Toileting practices vary across cultures. These practices may be very different from your own, but it does not make them unsanitary or incorrect.”
The toolkit suggests that a risk assessment could be undertaken by leaders to protect “global majority” staff against the threat of racism, which it says has been heightened by a “changing political context” and “racist demonstrations taking place across the UK”.
This guidance is contained in a document created by Diversity and Anti-Racist Professional Learning.
The organisation, based at Cardiff Metropolitan University, has been allocated more than £1.3 million by the Welsh Government since 2021, and Labour Ministers have endorsed its teaching in Wales.
Ah, “global majority”. The anti-white newspeak for ‘ethnic minority’ that seems to imagine non-white people ganging up in a fictional worldwide mega-group, the better to put whitey in his place. If anyone tries to use this fatuous term with you, consider pointing out to them that white people are just as much part of a ‘global majority’ as anybody else, and it would be racist to single out white people for exclusion from this universal rainbow gang. Plus, if there are any benefits on offer for identifying as such, be sure to get your share as a proud member of the majority of human beings!
I would imagine a lot of households in places like Oxfordshire would…

White privilege is the privilege of being covetrly spied on by public sector employees basically from childbirth to detect the inbred racism that’s assumed to exist as soon as it rears its head and then immediately being reported to the authorities and singled-out for proactive reducation and punishment.
Somehow, this doesn’t sound like a privilege to me at all. It’s sounds like state persecution based on belonging to the wrong ethnicity.

In further developments, primary school pupils will be encouraged to report any signs of racism shown by their parents.
Pupils whose parents are successfully prosecuted will be awarded the “Pavlik Morozov” award.
You have this backwards: Parents known to be staunch supporters of the Labour idea of social justice¹ are firmly reminded that they must report their offspring to the authorities immediately once extreme right-wing tendencies start to manifest themselves. Evidence of this could be small boys claiming they’re not girls or boys at the onset puberty suddenly becoming interested in girls.
¹ It’s really the ideal of the US Democrats and/or the UN (I’m still unsure who’s the horse and who the rider here — they’re usually both involved).

This is important, because it exposes the fact that primary school British teachers are being forced to toilet-train Third World Ethnic sprogs whose lazy, arrogant mothers can’t be bothered, and who regard the British teachers as their servants to do their dirty work for them. Any kid above the age of 2 who is still not toilet-trained should be sent home and banned until the parents have done their job of actual parenting.
Yes, and don’t forget all those “White Racist Babies” who are too young to speak yet, but may give another kid a funny look, which will be classed as “micro-agression”.
