Meloni Pays Immigration Lawyers £500 Bonus to Send Clients Back Home

2 min read

Italian immigration lawyers would be paid £500 for convincing their clients to return home under a Meloni Government proposal to boost repatriations. The Telegraph has the story.

The repatriation scheme is contained in a Government-backed security bill, which has already been approved by the Senate and is due to be debated in the lower house of Parliament this week.

The controversial proposal has provoked a furious response from lawyers, judges and the Government’s political opponents, a month after Giorgia Meloni, the Italian Prime Minister, suffered a devastating defeat in a national referendum on judicial reform. …

Meloni has pledged to tackle illegal immigration and has lobbied European neighbours to follow her hardline policies.

According to Italian media reports, lawyers would be entitled to a bonus of around €615 (£535) for every migrant who agreed to accept “voluntary repatriation” under the draft law.

Meloni’s ruling coalition is understood to have allocated €246,000 (£213,000) for the scheme this year, with funding expected to double in 2027 and 2028. …

Lawyers who assist their foreign clients in accepting voluntary repatriation would be eligible for the bonus only once an individual had returned to their country of origin.

The Consiglio Nazionale Forense (CNF), Italy’s national bar council, said it was not informed of the plan and urged the Parliament to remove it from any kind of collaboration. Francesco Greco, the CNF president, said in a statement: “We knew nothing about it, neither before, during or after.”

The Associazione Nazionale Magistrati, which represents judges and magistrates, also expressed its opposition to the plan and its effect on migrants’ rights.

While Meloni can claim success in slowing migrant arrivals since her election in 2022, her scheme to process migrants at two centres in Albania has been consistently stymied in the courts and migrant repatriations have been slow compared to other countries.

Imagine changing the laws, leaving the EU or whatever is required. To just be able to deport them and not give either the lawyers or the migrants any money!

Yes, Teresa May used the same excuses during her six whole years in charge of the Home Office, refusing to deport a single foreign criminal in all that time, just wringing her hands and saying she was prevented by EU “laws”. Meloni’s doing the same, all the political leaders do the same in the West, including Trump, kneeling to the Global Kritocracy = Rule by Judges.

“We can’t do anything, because judges forbid it, and we must kneel to them all and lick their polished court shoes.”

There’s no simple fix because the problem is not the law. The problem is that the institutions which pass judgements in the name of the law and which are responsible for implementing/ enforcing the law have been captured by political activists abusing the power of their offices to further their political agenda.

Short of a coup, the only way to repair this is by starting at the bottom: Fix the recruiting procedures which have enabled all these activists in sheep’s clothing to acquire the offices they’re now abusing. For Britian, this would mean get rid of the judical appointments commission¹ and restore the power of the lord chancellor to appoint
judges. The judiciary must not be a self-reproducing body where “practioners of law” decide on which other practioners of law may acquire powers of office without any political accountability.

¹ Will very likely need to be extended the each and every other Blair-created quango with a similar function.

That’s an excellent idea to abolish the Judicial Appointments Commission, nearly one-third of which are Third World Ethnics, and the rest are no doubt Leftist Activists, all busily making sure that no one with patriotic conservative views gets appointed.

The total sum allocated is just enough for 400 cases: doesn’t indicate that a lot of success is expected!

This nicely illustrates how fubared the system actually is: She can’t stop them from coming because the ships of the “Combat distress at sea!” NGOs take them over directly from the people smugglers once they’ve left the African coast. She cannot use the Australian solution of processing their claims on foreign soil because the lawyers & courts will block that. Once in Italy, she cannot deport them because the lawyers & courts will block that as well. Hence, she’s trying to bribe the lawyers to stop them from going to court over this. And supposedly, she’s the democratically elected head of the Italian government and just trying to actually apply existing law.

As a spokessomething (of an a priori indeterminate and practically floating gender) of the Greens might say: The system is heavily stacked against “sanctuary seekers!”

Perhaps there is a lesson to be learnt from the French in dealing with ships of unwanted organisations.

Globalist Meloni showing her true devious colours yet again, by making this ridiculous offer of £500 to lawyers who will secretly be paid £tens of thousands by the Global Caliphate to let the scroungers in! Even small UK businesses have been offered £2000 by the UK government to hire Third World Ethnics as apprentices instead of young White Men.

She is proving yet again that True Italian Patriot Matteo Salvini should be the Prime Minister of Italy.

An interesting approach. An enterprising lawyer could set up nice system whereby the same illegals under different fake names every time keep coming back and being sent back. £££££s for everyone. Perhaps this is somewhat far-fetched and the approach will have the intended effect.

Germany has a scheme were the immigrants themselves are paid money to return. Only very few want this, anyway, and it’s already known that at least some of them simply come back and make another asylum claim. Instead of them being thrown out immediately for obvious reasons, this simply restarts the years-long process with the three possible outcomes:

  • claim granted. Lifetime entitlement to stay in Germany without having to work.
  • claim denied but periodically renewable entitlement to stay in Germany without … granted for humanitarian reasons
  • claim denied and nothing granted => may stay in German forever without … because first, a deportation order must be made and go through the courts, then, somebody must get to actually execute that, then, the to-be-deported person must actually be found (police may not enter the residence of a deportee to arrest him without a court order authorizing them to do so) and finally, really be deported, all of which can be appealed, re-appealed and re-re-appealed

Slight exaggeration on my part but once a sacred foreigner (doubly sacred if muslim) sets foot on German soil, the chance that he’ll die before ever leaving the country is basically 100%.

That’s horrific. It seems a direct result of the Berlin Wall coming down, which we all foolishly celebrated at the time, while Communist East Germany slowly seized control of the whole country, opening its borders to welcome the Islamic Horde to crush the German People, under the benign smile of Traitor Ex-Stasi Youth Brigade Merkel.

You are on the right lines I’d say – any system like this will be played… main thing preventing it is probably 500 euro not really being worth the hassle given their salary…
