  • “Do they know what they’re doing?” – We’ve seen ministers contradict advisors, advisors contradict ministers, and both ministers and advisors contradict themselves, writes Dr. Noah Carl on his Substack page. “‘The Science’ changes haphazardly from one week to the next, bearing little resemblance to what’s written in the pre-pandemic plans.”
  • “Battleground Melbourne Documentary” – Watch the story of the “Fall of the World’s Most Liveable City, through the eyes of those who risked everything to save it”, from Topher Field.
  • “The Face Masks FAQ” – Hector Drummond supplies an answer to every question someone might ask of a non-masker.
  • “The Covid generation: how is the pandemic affecting kids’ brains?” – Not in good ways, according to this report in Nature.
  • “Omicron Has Killed Certitude” – People no longer care what government or ‘science’ tells them about COVID-19, writes Daniel Henninger in the Wall Street Journal.
  • “French teachers and school personnel stage historic strike over inadequate COVID-19 rules” – A united front of angry educators could see half of French primary schools close on Thursday as up to 75% of teachers walk out in protest over COVID-19 rules for classrooms being too lax, reports France24. Utterly hopeless.
  • “Ocado and Next cut sick pay for unvaccinated isolating staff” – In the latest discrimination against the unvaccinated, staff required to self-isolate will no longer be eligible for full sick pay if they haven’t had the jab, the BBC reports.
  • “Was the Russian flu a ‘coronavirus’? What the 1890s pandemic tells us about how Covid might end” – There are some striking similarities between this virus and its 19th century ancestor – perhaps lessons from the past can show us our future, suggests medical historian Mark Honigsbaum in the Telegraph.
  • “Downing Street’s controversial ‘Nudge Unit’ accused of exploiting scare tactics during Covid crisis” – “Level of fear willingly conveyed on the public” to get people to change their behaviour was a “far-reaching mistake”, says the unit’s co-founder, according to the Telegraph.
  • “Keir Starmer branded an ‘absolute hypocrite’ for drinking with staff during lockdown” – The revelation of the Labour leader’s own lockdown-breaching frivolity comes a day after he accused Boris Johnson of ‘lying through his teeth’ over his involvement in No. 10 gatherings, reports the Telegraph.
  • “Supreme Court Rejects Biden’s OSHA Vaccine Mandate on Private Employers; Upholds CMS Mandate” – The U.S. Supreme Court blocked President Biden’s OSHA vaccine mandate, 6-3, but upheld the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services mandate, 5-4, Breitbart reports.
  • “In defence of Boris: would his replacement be any better?” – The PM’s personal morality is highly questionable, but on policy questions he frequently gets the big calls right, writes Andrew Lilico in the Spectator.
  • “Face masks make people look more attractive, study finds” – Images of men wearing a blue medical face mask perceived as being the most attractive, according to the, yes, Guardian. It’s such a sexy face nappy, darling.
  • “Have the UKHSA accidentally released data that they’ve been trying to suppress?” – UKHSA may have inadvertently released data for those who have not had a third dose which reveals some worrying trends, writes Bartram on his Substack page.
  • “So. Farewell then, Professor Van Tam” – Remember when the Deputy CMO said “after the second dose of your vaccine, it’s okay to behave with wild abandon and go off to the bingo halls and whatever you like and so forth”, asks the MyBodyThisPaperThisFire Newsletter.
  • “Canada: Unvaccinated father loses right to see his child” – The father is not allowed to see the 12-year-old until next month, unless he gets vaccinated, reports the BBC.
  • “Cover-up, deception and our chief Covid advisers” – Neville Hodgkinson in TCW on the latest revelations about the lab leak cover-up.
  • “Military Documents About Gain of Function Contradict Fauci Testimony Under Oath” – Military documents state that EcoHealth Alliance approached DARPA in March 2018 seeking funding to conduct gain of function research of bat borne coronaviruses, despite Dr. Fauci repeatedly maintaining, under oath, that the NIH and NAIAD have not been involved in gain of function research with the EcoHealth Alliance program, reports Project Veritas.
  • “California fires unvaxxed healthcare workers, then tells vaxxed workers they can continue working while infected. Is this still about health?” – Investment Watch reports on the nonsensical policy.
  • “Nationwide Surge In Deaths Among People Aged 18-49: A State By State Overview” – A review of the worrying data from the Epoch Times courtesy of ZeroHedge.
  • “Justice Swift denies application to ONS for release of child deaths caused by vaccines. He says it’s not necessary and releasing data could identify children, despite no names, dates of birth or region requested. They really do not want us to see their figures!” – Sally Beck tweets on the disappointing court ruling that leaves us still in the dark on causes of excess deaths among children in 2021.
  • “Get the snip to save the world” – Frederick Edward in Bournbrook on the disturbing new trend of young men making themselves infertile for the sake of the planet.
  • “Hollywood’s New Rules” – The old boys club is dead. But a new one – with its own litmus tests and landmines – is rapidly replacing it. “This is all going to end in a giant class-action lawsuit,” write Peter Kiefer and Peter Savodnik on Common Sense.
  • “Scientists fear that if they determine the Origin of Covid was a lab leak, it’s going to fuel sentiments they don’t like. That seems to me a very dangerous tactic for science to use” –Watch Matt Ridley on talkRADIO with Julia Hartley-Brewer.
