Premier League Players and Staff Also Face Mandatory Vaccination

by Michael Curzon
21 July 2021 11:10 PM

The reach of the Government’s plans for mandatory vaccination continues to grow, with reports now suggesting that Premier League players and staff will need to have received two doses of a Covid vaccine for matches to go ahead later this year. This follows the news on Tuesday that, under new Government plans, fans will be denied entry to sports events with capacities of 16,000 spectators or more if they can’t show proof of vaccination. The MailOnline has more.

The Government announced earlier this week that fans would require a Covid pass showing their vaccination status to attend matches from October 1st.

Now Sportsmail has learned that this guidance will also apply to players and other match-day personnel. Testing twice a week and Covid-secure red zones at stadiums and training grounds have kept the Premier League going almost without interruption since its resumption after the first lockdown in June 2020.

But under the Government’s new guidance, negative tests will no longer be enough for players. Top-flight clubs were anxious to avoid being seen to jump the queue for vaccinations, but many now face a race against time to ensure their players receive two jabs within the stipulated eight-week window. …

The Premier League are supportive of Covid passes as they believe the measure could help them operate stadiums at full capacity next season and they are planning to bring them in next month.

However, not all the players are so enthusiastic, with youngsters at numerous clubs understood to have reservations about being jabbed. …

Sportsmail has been told that only two of the 20 Premier League clubs have so far succeeded in vaccinating all of their staff.

Any players unwilling to be vaccinated would be able to seek an exemption on medical or religious grounds, although the process for doing so has yet to be established.

Several British and Irish Lions declined a vaccination before leaving for South Africa, while not all of the Olympians in Tokyo have been jabbed.

The Government guidance applies to all sports, some of whom are less enthusiastic about the introduction of Covid passes. Numerous EFL clubs have raised objections, arguing it will deprive them of young fans and hurt them financially. …

The Premier League are working with clubs to ensure all players and staff are vaccinated as soon as possible, as they are committed to supporting the Government’s policy.

Do you still think this is just a public health issue, Michael?
That the government are just good guys doing their best in a difficult situation?
Or do you think there might be something sinister about governments the world over all marching in lockstep towards mandatory vaccination for all, using vaccines which don’t prevent infection, don’t prevent transmission, haven’t completed their clinical trials and already have a very questionable safety record?

This comment is very much worth reading in full

So, fit young men will be obliged to take a ‘vaccine’ with a doubtful risk/benefit ratio? What could possibly go wrong?

I just received this from my 38 year old friend, who is otherwise fit, and who I tried to convince not to take the injections.

“Hi guys, was hoping to be on tonight but dont feel up to it sorry.

Had my 2nd dose of vaccine Friday morning, fell asleep tired Friday afternoon, woke up Friday evening with a fever and other symptoms.

Managed to get back to sleep but woke up at 5am Saturday morning feeling awful, went downstairs to the kitchen, took two paracetamol with water.

Woke up on the kitchen floor, pools of blood everywhere, smashed glass everywhere, managed to get upstairs to call an ambulance, they took me to A&E in Kettering General Hospital with a head injury.

They glued my head back together and I then went for a CT scan, while waiting in the queue sitting talking to a nurse, I woke up on the floor of the waiting room this time I didnt hurt myself but then went for my scan but was shuttled to and fro in a hospital bed just in case I collapsed again.

They put me on a saline drip and did further tests and I felt better, they kept me in over the weekend for observation and to get my results on Monday.

Tests came back Monday afternoon and were fine so they sent me home, I have been staying at my parents since but I am not fully recovered, still suffering headaches, sore back/neck/elbow/head, feeling tired and needing to sleep periodically and not 100% with my balance, memory and focus.

Tried to keep this short but I hope this makes sense, hope to be back soon.”

Where’s the transcriptase come from, even the virus itself hasn’t any transcriptase? A DNA based virus has transcriptase inbuilt to facilitate its reproductive cycle in the host cell, but an RNA virus doesn’t require it.

What depresses the hell out of me is when friends and family, who were previously opposed to all this, capitulate and get the jab. Afterwards, it’s like the Invasion of the Body Snatchers, because they’re totally apathetic to our loss of liberties and the terrifying social credit system that’s inbound.

In fact, each of them now get angry and short tempered when I talk about what is coming.

I am getting constant pressure from my spouse to have this. Every day. This is anonymous forum so I can say it here but I’m beginning to view this as coercion.
It’s not like ‘covy wovy, I think you should have it but your choice’ which would be fair enough but constant haranguement.
I can see how people crack but I hope I don ‘t.
I’m considering leaving as I think of this as controlling behaviour.
If I do capitulate-which I hope I don’t – I will forever hate them should it go wrong, anyway.

It is blatant coercion Nicola Sturgeon is actively telling family members to “encourage” the unvaccinated to get “their” jabs. My brother in law and his wife have had to lie to his parents and tell them they have been jabbed because they kept on about it so
much..
That’s a horrible situation but, my God, it’s your decision, no more discussion. End of.

You know what if I were to post my comment on a typical female site like mumsnet normally it would be leave them or they are controlling! As it’s covid, it’s fine! So so much scope for abusers here to control others.
This is what you get when you let an ideology become be all and end all.
My spouse is OK in other ways don’t get me wrong but yeah this is making me view them in a different light.

If any of of my family members even suggested that I should ‘get the jab’, I would be explicit that if they mentioned it again, our relationship would over, they would be dead to me.

I think all of my 4 siblings and their spouses have ‘had it’, but they understand my feelings on the subject.

My father constantly berates me about this. He even ridicules me in front of family and friends, to the point even they seem uncomfortable. It has got to the point where I am seriously considering cutting him out of my life completely. The only thing that is stopping me is the hurt it might cause my mother.

I have to say this website is my saving grace at times. Elsewhere I have felt so lonely.

Sign up as a control subject in the vaccine trial & get your card to say that you can’t be vaccinated as it would invalidate the trial results. You’re sticking to your guns & demonstrating to your spouse your compassion in ensuring that the vaccine is properly tested. Good luck!

That is exactly what it is. Your body your choice, if you want the injection you have it, if you do not, then don’t. The thing is if something untoward happens its you who has to live with the consequences, not your spouse, not your family and most certainly not the Government. There are lots of people who are like you, and who support your freedom of choice, you aren’t alone. You have to do what is right for you, anyone who trys to convince you otherwise is a bully and has no respect for you. You do what feels right to you.

I have found some of the opposite to be true actually. Had a few drinks with one of my weekly tennis groups last night including a group of 5 or 6 aged 20-22 or so. All have had at least one dose of the “jab” because they didnt want to “miss out on going to a pub or club etc” – though one guy said he mainly had it because “he used to get asthma so felt like he was vulnerable” – this is a guy who is early 20s, fit and otherwise healthy. Anyway, we started talking about vax passports and none of them could fathom their logic – obviously, as there is no logic. A couple of the older ladies there (one of whom works as a surgeon’s assistant at a local hospital) said she had been pressured into the jab for work otherwise she wouldnt have had it (her daughter has also been on all the marches). Anyway long story short you could see that at the end of the conversation there was quite a bit of “vaccine regret” on the part of the youngsters as they saw they had been played/coerced into getting it while their risk from COVID was extremely low.

Meanwhile, two of the coaches are currently off having been “pinged”. Both totally fine and have tested negative since several times. Madness – I did point out they arent legally obliged to isolate and could just delete the app. But I dont think I got through to them on that – baby steps I guess…

He wouldn’t do that I think. He is unlikely to blame it on the vaccine, but I haven’t asked because I don’t want any hint of “I told you so” coming across.
My two other friends who are my age 50ish didn’t assume this was a vaccine side effect. One of them conjectured that it was due to his occasional fad diets.
Many of the normy vaxxed are completely oblivious.
The other friend said well I’m not familiar with the side effects.
These guys are very long time friends and we already fell out about lockdowns, and I’m convinced they are impossible to turn.

I don’t know – this all smacks of self- sabotage: like they are playing at being insane in order to be sacked. Johnson certainly looked ridiculous holding forth while walled-up at Chequers: like Roderick Spode dictating via an intercom.

There’s rebellion in the air, unless they are preparing something else that we will accept with relief when they U-turn on the Vax pass.
Although it would no doubt have been leaked by now if so.

From the treatment that Eriksen had I suspect that it was a problem waiting to happen, irrespective of SARS-CoV-2, as it was an undetected/undetectable cardiac condition. A former paramedic colleague of mine, physically fit, cycled everywhere had a similar episode as Eriksen 24 hours after a long cycle ride the day before. He too had a cardiac arrest, fortunately it was at work with clinicians around him, and needed one shock to revert back to normal rhythm. I think he needed a pacemaker as well, which put paid to his blue light driving career.
Locally, there has been a 14 year old boy who collapsed and died whilst jogging, a 17 year old female footballer collapsed and died after training.
Sudden cardiac arrest can occur in physically fit people and there are no changes visible on any ECG.
Yes there are adverse events associated with the Pfizer/Moderna mRNA type of vaccines and the AstraZeneca adenovirus type of vaccine, but not every adverse event is necessarily due to these, as I suspect in Eriksen’s case.
I have reservations about the use of these in younger people (under 65), my reservations are inversely proportional to the age group. Certainly children under 18 and possibly adults under 25 should not be having any, and I would suggest that no one under 50 really needs it and 50-64 is questionable.

As an even older person than 65 (unjabbed) just an additional comment, an interesting article i read recently about the immune system said that a 75 year old who has looked after themselves and is in good health can have a better immune system than an overweight 30 year old. So don’t write off all the over 65s as needing vaccinating!

They really need to show scientific evidence for the continued effectiveness of the vaccines.

It is no good using data from months ago, for strains that are now pretty much extinct.

What data there is suggests that the vaccines are no longer effective at offering protection from infection and transmission.

These mandatory vaccinations are almost certainly not supported by the science. The authorities appear to be pushing them to meet a political agenda.

I’m sorry but the experimental gene therapy has NEVER provided anyone with protection against either of those two things! The manufacturers only ‘claim’ that they lessen symptoms, and that’s based on results from highly-flawed clinical trials where patients in both treatment arms were allowed pain relief. Please be careful not to propagate the lies.

They never did say, in print, that they would be effective at preventing infection or transmission. Only mitigation for the vulnerable, if you read the paperwork that comes out as “invitations” to it’s use. The one I had back in March said, in effect, that they just don’t know for sure.

That didn’t take long, did it? We might as well have a cabinet full of children who have just been given new toys for Christmas. “Corona Man is a Superhero, he can pass legislation whenever he sees fit and the whole population will follow him, no questions asked! Press the orange button and people will put on masks. Press the Green button and the people will do whatever their smartphone tells them to do. You’ll believe a democracy can become a dictatorship!”… [epic music]
These people are MANIACS. They need to be removed from any positions of influence, like a psychopath needs to be removed from a crowded street of innocent shoppers lest they hurt anyone.

This will be interesting to see how it plays out. Will we see a mass revolt? Will we see footballers stretchered off with cardiac arrests, strokes and other health problems, that will subsequently be described as ‘coincidental’ and ‘no link has been found to the experimental gene therapies’. Escalating quickly now my friends.

The cognitive dissonance required to still wholeheartedly buy into the official narrative is rather substantial.

Perplexed by this. I imagine that a Premier League footballer does not fit the bill of being poor and optionless financially in life like a lot of care workers are.
They’re going for very, very, very, high-hanging fruit here.

It doesn’t quite fit the conspiracy theory narrative somehow.
If not conspiracy then they’re just floundering with no action plan.

It wouldn’t in the slightest bit surprise me if this was another stunt to try to persuade the unvaccinated to get injected – “look, even the top football players are getting vaccinated, it must be ok”, but you can bet that with all their wealth and power, if a high level player doesn’t want to be vaccinated, they will be classed as “exempt”. At this point in the bigger game, I don’t think we can trust anything that’s coming out of the government or being reported in the MSM.

It’s not ideal, because you are still in the vaxx passport net, but few will have a choice to stay out of it anyway.
My hope is that this exemption escape route will be equally open to us plebeian holdouts and that it will again be a self-exempt styled one.
There must be a legal reason why the UK was also the only country with self exemption for masks.

If you can get your “fellow” players to harm themselves while you escape the jab harm then you have a relative advantage even while the harm to “football society” is obvious.

This sort of regulatory capture and harm is often used by big business to harm new entrants, lowering competition and raising their profits at the wider economies expense.

Given the focus (obsession) on mental health, surely there must be a very strong case for vaccine exemption on mental health grounds.

It may have the opposite effect. What’s to say that they won’t use mental illness against someone?

I would have thought that anyone who relies on an extreme skillset gained over years of training for their livelihood would think long and hard about taking dubious therapies. Sport players, musicians, dancers, artists…. lose the coordination or fitness and you’re out for months, if indeed you can ever recover. People have lost medals for unwittingly taking a cold cure that “affects performance”, yet they will likely accept sonething that could trash their career and life.

Enjoy watching your favourite players collapse during play, ala West Indies women’s cricket team a few weeks ago.

Well now it is up to the sportsmen and women to say No to this. If the club I have supported goes along with this I will never go to a match again. On what grounds can they mandate an experimental therapy which has not completed trials and has to date caused more fatalities and life changing side effects than any other ‘vaccine’ that has gone before. It’s criminally insane.

The govt is acting as if there wasn’t published acknowledgement that anyone taking ANY medication should not be given any ‘vaccines’ as they are completely untested against them.

Also, no one looking to conceive should take it also.

Has everyone forgotten this and has everyone really put a trip to a foreign country for two weeks a year infront of their personal liberty.

Normally I would say to hell with all those idiots, but those idiots are dragging us all down.

Hi Everyone, got this from the reddit site, so no credit to me but want to publicise it.
The American Frontline Doctors court case – the argument.
It is an excellent summation of all the scientific and medical arguments against the cabal’s case for depriving us of our rights on the pretext of a “pandemic” Everything that has been discussed here over the past two years contracted into one document.
I shall keep and use for reference against the brainwashed.
Why has there been nothing from Reiner Fuellmich? I have not heard of any actions from him yet.
Credit to the Americans for coming out fighting their case.
Wish I was in Texas. Found a dime (thought it was a 5p piece) on my English street yesterday, on the obverse it says “Liberty” I have become sentimentally attached to it and keep it on my shelf.

I’m sure they’ll find a way to jab the players with something benign and pretend it’s a real one, as per our politicians and the Royals…

As far as I can see, most (if not all) PLP inject their skin with permanent substances so I guess they will be doing this, with something that goes in a little deeper, will be just another twattoo they can showcase. They wont want a NHS app they will pay extra for ‘branded’ Qcode.

Any venue that demands a covid pass or indeed any form of government issued papers must be boycotted, they are collaborating with the very worst of ideologies. Would they turn away someone because they have a different colour skin?, because of their religion?, because they are gay?, because they have HIV?. They are turning away people because the Government has dictated the terms, a directive that acknowledges that those who are vaccinated are still able to carry and pass on the virus, and who are not protected from the virus, but these are the people who are classified as good, by the Johnson regime. Those who have dared disobey the edicts of Boris Johnson, who have refused him the right to take control of their bodies they are bad people, and they must be punished,

In the words that were used in the Spanish revolution

“If you tolerate this then your Children will be next”.

You better believe it, all those who refuse to bow, all those damaged by the “vaccines”. They are collateral damage to the Politicians in their determination to dominate and control at any cost. Don’t let them. refuse to do their dirty work
