Rapists will no longer be able to identify as women following the landmark transgender ruling by the Supreme Court, with police forces now expected to begin recording criminals’ biological sex rather than preferred gender in official crime statistics. The Telegraph has more.
Forces are now expected to begin recording criminals’ birth sex rather than preferred gender in official crime statistics following the ruling, which stated that trans women are not the same as biological women under equality laws.
It will end a situation where some police forces record rapists as being women, even though the legal definition of the crime requires a penis.
Campaigners, including gender critical police officers, have hailed the move as a victory for common sense and have said it will help restore public confidence in policing.
Current guidance from the National Police Chiefs’ Council (NPCC) recommends forces ask suspects if they are “male”, “female” or “intersex”.
But it goes on to state that: “Using the term ‘gender’ as a substitute for the term ‘sex’ is not appropriate as gender is not a protected characteristic.
“Gender is a social construction relating to behaviours and attributes based on labels of masculinity and femininity.”
However, not all forces follow the guidance and a recent report into the way public bodies collect data on sex and gender revealed that at least 12 police forces allowed rape suspects and other sexual offenders to self declare their preferred gender identity.
This means men arrested on suspicion of violent sexual attacks can self-identify as a woman and be recorded as such on official statistics.
The records form part of the annual data requirement (ADR), submitted by every police force in England and Wales to the Home Office. …
Police sources who have examined the Supreme Court ruling in detail believe it will sweep away the current confusion around transgender sex offenders.
David Spencer, Head of Crime and Justice at Policy Exchange, said it was time for policing to adopt a common sense approach.
He said: “This week’s judgment by the UK Supreme Court shines a light on policies across the public sector.
“An independent review this year found police forces do not consistently record the natal sex of alleged sex offenders – meaning suspected rapists may not be accurately recorded in police records.
“This could have grave consequences for whether the police are able to effectively investigate sexual offences.
“This is the sort of nonsense which leads to the public losing confidence in the police. As Policy Exchange has repeatedly made clear – it is long past time for police chiefs to adopt a common-sense approach to their work.”

Good morning, one and all!
Here we all are again, ready to take on the fight (from our armchairs!) although I would say the fight is coming to us. It is clear the stakes are ramping up. They – the so called PTB – are finding that perhaps we are not so compliant after all and so they must accelerate their plans. I think this will be their mistake because in haste they will make mistakes. Digital cash and Digital ID are the Two Towers of their approach. Already I am finding that out of the four bank ATMs in the local town, sometimes 3 of them are out of commission at any one time. What are other people’s experiences? Personally, if an enterprise says it is a cash-free place I take away my custom but not before a polite explanation. They often say it is to combat staff stealing or having to deal with the filthy lucre. I say that they need to see a bigger picture. Anyway, there needs to be a massive campaign about keeping cash alive. We will prevail I am sure of it.
Yes, it happened last Saturday for the second time that I know about. Also, Courtauld Art Gallery in London doesn’t take cash. I told the person carrying out a survey, I wasn’t happy with that.
Good morning Aethelred.
Yes, local ones by me are often without cash to dispense. I’ve also noticed a number of places accepting card only. I don’t think we’re too far away from CBDC. Probably the main concern for them atm is that so many people know of the plan… although they’ve not exactly hid it, so can just tell the sheep that it wasn’t a conspiracy as it was out there in the open. The sheep will gently bleat and carry on grazing.
Last week, I tried to draw cash from the ATM (there is only one of them) in my local supermarket, which let me log in, but then rejected the option I went for (£50) and ejected my card. I normally pay for things there, but it’s useful to top up my cash holding, as there are places where I prefer to pay cash.
I withdraw cash from the Post Office as it keeps the service going in the village shop & they so far have never run out of cash nor do they place a lower limit on withdrawal than is on the card, as has happened at some cash machines.
Paid for the boiler service in cash today. I only use card for online purchases which I’m unable to make in person. Does rile me though.
In the village there is an art studio who run by a lady who refuses to have an online shop as her stand against digital tyranny.
I watched the Wot No Cash?! debate by London #together yesterday and what was really interesting was the take on it by a young fella. He was probably the youngest if not the only really young person there (at 1.21.37 onwards if you want to hear it). He said that his young friends just do not see things like us older folk do. They willingly went along with the vax passports to get into nightclubs and would probably embrace Digital ID and Digital currencies if it meant having access to holidays, nightclubs and stuff. I found this a deep concern. Maybe they are too into their phones to care. I would be very interested to hear about any of your thoughts and/or experiences. One thing is that my local SitP is also mainly older people. Very few younger people seem to be involved in what should, in my opinion, be a youth movement. What has happened to our young?
I’m finding that folk who are wedded to their mobile phones, Alexas, ring doorbells irrespective of age, are the ones who are most likely to go along with the digital tyranny.
Interesting chat last week with the pub landlord about the charges imposed by banks on businesses for depositing cash – x amount per £100 deposited, for taking change out on top of the charge to deposit the cash! The banking fee structure is pushing businesses to use practices which cost the least amount of money in charges.
He has come up with a good work round the change charges – local charity had a fundraiser & has loads of change. Swap the change for notes & a win all round

Morning all!
Well whatever you think of Elon personally he seems to have started something!!
The story from yesterday ATL…..”The Guardian led with the suggestion that denialism claims “flooding Twitter” have scientists worried. Scientists and activists are said to have told the Guardianthat they have become “unnerved” by a recent resurgence of debunked climate change denialist points. Twitter was said to be a “cherished forum” for climate scientists to share research and rally action.”
Cherished forum…LOL! They mean a propaganda only space, no discourse (or actual science) allowed!
I am a natural sceptic but am now even more proud to be associated with the Daily Sceptic..as….”Last week, the tweets of Editor in-Chief Toby Young promoting the Daily Sceptic’s climate coverage were said to be one of ten sources accounting for 25% of global sceptical climate material on Twitter.”
Huzzah!
On to today..Fauci needs security story….he might well do….along with Dimwhitty and unbalanced Vallance, if we ever get to see the un-redacted files….

made an FOI request for Anthony Fauci’s correspondence with his UK counterparts during the period of the lockdown & #GreatBarringtonDeclaration.
Out of 61 pages, 58 of them are 100% REDACTED.
What are they hiding?
I listened to Steve Kirsch vs that arsehole Sean Plunket yesterday. Steve sounded a damn sight more rational than toddler Plunket. However, Steve did his usual thing about $1M for a debate, which Plunket has actually took him up on. Steve has now shifted the goalposts saying that it’s now a bet – both have to put down $1M and there will be a ‘winner’ who will take the lot. This is not what Steve’s been saying for ages and it looks like he’s had his bluff called and changed the rules. He will know that Plunket won’t have $1M to risk. This makes Steve look like a charlatan and, by association, others on this side of the debate. Very, very disappointed and I’m now wondering if Steve’ was ever really serious about the offer.
I think you’re right. Steve Kirsch has never mentioned the ‘bet’ aspect. This guy Plunket will definitely not be putting down his own $1 million, probably doesn’t even have that much. Steve can do it ‘cos he’s very wealthy. This basically dilutes the impact and is an own goal.
Data to support what has always been asserted here would be the result of lockdowns. Democide pure & simple.

I watched some of “Anecdotals”, which is about 1h 22 min long. It has 8 headed parts in it, including some (quite likely well known) copies of entries by John Campbell and Russell Brand. It does include a note, in a somewhat oxymoronic fashion, that if it is removed, you can view at Odysee: https://odysee.com/@AnecdotalsMovie:3/Anecdotals:c?r=7mZFkmMDwz5hZ5H9BZLrQBLcHyaZH5Nw in lieu of YouTube. Well worth watching.
To save time for some, I recommend dropping in to Part 8, from 1:02:39 in the YT issue. It essentially attacks the design of the drug on offer. Rather like the old saying “the cure’s worse than the disease”.
Already removed from Youtube, so no surprise there. Over to Odysee…
Worthwhile reading the twitter trail about Sistah Space. A long read, but “James” has really done his homework
We knew about the midazolam protocols, which are evil enough in & of themselves. This takes things to a whole new level & places even more blood on the hands of a certain former Health Secretary…

More evil is afoot wrapped up as ‘in the name of safety’
Daily Mail headline: ‘Babies will get blood tests to see if they have rare childhood cancers under major new screening drive being trialed on NHS’
“Screening a baby’s entire genome – all of their DNA – could detect hundreds more rare, treatable diseases in their first years of life.”
In other words, it’s the same as the PCR test for Covid: An excuse to gather DNA on the sly.
Parents, please stop.
Wake up.
This is doing my head in.
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-11529349/Babies-blood-tests-rare-childhood-cancers.html
Quite right, Bertie, it’s evil. No other word for it. This is a spiritual war in my opinion.
“Babies will get blood tests to see if they have rare childhood cancers under major new screening drive being trialed on NHS”
And if they are found to have “rare childhood cancers” they will probably be left to die.
Why are we playing ‘hunt the needle?’ Apparently our NHS is on the point of collapse so why burden it with unnecessary work?
How rare is rare and is the massive cost of this worth the misery it will generate? As you point out BB just another DNA gathering exercise. They couldn’t be more transparent.
A former Health Secretary has shares in a company involved with genetics & DNA….
Well I’m shocked BB. Utterly shocked! Who’da thunk it?
Also, genomes sequenced by the NHS are not subject to data protection legislation, they can do what they like with the data and they are not even required to anonymise it, see bottom of this page: https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/genetic-and-genomic-testing . If somebody wants their genome sequenced they should use a commercial service that respects privacy.
So they’ve got the money to do this, have they…really? Or is it just pie in the sky….?
While this is the reality of our ‘world beating’ NHS….
