New Health Minister Ashley Dalton Said Women’s Toilets Should be Abolished and People Can Identify as Llamas

by Will Jones
10 February 2025 5:31 PM

Keir Starmer’s new Health Minister Ashley Dalton previously called for an end to women’s toilets and backed people identifying as llamas. The Mail has more.

Keir Starmer has promoted Ashley Dalton after sacking Andrew Gwynne from the key role over his posts in a vile WhatsApp group.

However, the PM immediately faced questions over Ms Dalton’s views, as it emerged she had defended people identifying as animals and argued for all bathrooms to be gender neutral.

During a discussion on Twitter in 2016 Ms Dalton – who was elected as MP for West Lancashire in 2023 – insisted: “Trans women aren’t male. They’re women.”

She also remarked: “Personally I think we shouldn’t have gendered bathrooms at all.”

Pressed on whether that applied to changing rooms, Ms Dalton said: “Loads of places already do this with cubicles for privacy.”

During another Twitter exchange in 2016 Ms Dalton was asked whether people should be taken seriously if they decided they were a llama.

She replied: “Yes. And treat you with dignity and respect.”

Worth reading in full.

Stop Press: In the Telegraph, William Atkinson says Dalton is Starmer’s “maddest appointment yet”. “A quick survey of Dalton’s record suggests she embodies the sort of Labour Party that Morgan McSweeney has desperately been trying to yank Starmer away from: woke, anti-Brexit, and more preoccupied with Leftist posturing than delivering for voters.”

Is there anybody within the Labour party that’s normal? I was going to say ”nice”, but even ”normal” seems to be pushing it. 😮

Well, they’re all members of a political party which is not ‘normal’ as most people are not. It’s not that unusual though.

It’s very like the statistics about mental health: One in five children and young people had a probable mental disorder in 2023 according to the NHS. If 20% have a mental disorder it’s clearly fairly normal – it probably indicates that they are reacting in a normal way to the circumstances they find themselves in. The disorder is not in their minds, it’s in the world in which they have to live. With climate fear porn and gender-woo forced on them even though they know it’s lies.

It’s about normalizing the abnormal, though. And this is something we need to take a stand against, as opposed to just accepting our fate like slowly boiling frogs. I’m fairly sure even 30/40 years ago Leftards were never this bad. But look at what is accepted nowadays, or at least what they’re trying to make mainstream, which wouldn’t have seen the light of day years gone by.

Yes. That’s what’s driving kids nuts. They can feel it isn’t true but nobody they trust will admit it.

I don’t know about you but I just can’t imagine back in the day Neil Kinnock proclaiming that women can have penises or John Smith stating men can have a cervix! Haha…I’m pretty sure we had real, actual problems and issues facing us in the UK back then for MPs to get get busy with, not any of this toxic, Clown World baloney that preoccupies so many. And I bet you any money there were no piggin’ ‘Diversity Officers’ in the NHS either…Honestly, if anyone finds a time machine please holler. 🙁

Maybe that’s the problem – too many in government clearly have too much time on their hands to get involved in unnecessary things. Likely by outsourcing thinking, decisions and leadership to other orgs, quangos etc. Cut the state back by 50%+ and we’d likely return to the ways you described…

I’m not sure I understand. If someone tells you that they identify as this or that then you just consign them to the same bin of nutters that have existed throughout your life. It won’t take long or much to dislodge their fantasy in rough times such fantasies are the object of short-lived ridicule. If you have no concept of predation then you are already dead given where we are in the timeline.

This horrible spectacle of public figures blurting things out on social media – this has no dignity. It is all so depraved and shameless. It is a reality that will have to sink in. Where you go from the depths of depravity is the more interesting question. I think there will be a very long period of having to endure this cesspool.

I think it’s good. Authority figures are held in too high esteem, usually because of some position they hold.

Seeing more of what they are really like might teach people to look past the position and asses the person and decide whether they should be held in any esteem whatsoever.

In smaller communities where everyone knows everyone, I’m sure those who have the respect of the community probably deserve it.

If hyperactivity on social media makes things more transparent like in a smaller community, then great.

It’s not so much that the mythical ”sisterhood” is dead, but it clearly never existed in the first place. Where is the loyalty? The unity? All I see, all over the place, is women back-stabbing and screwing over other women/girls and their sex-based rights. This woman is a mental case. A traitorous mental case.
Another example;

”This is a serving MP, @NadiaWhittomeMP
, giving a speech about me and women who want to speak in public, in front of a sign that calls me a “Nazi fucker”. Like so many in government and politics in general they have no standards.”

You have to be so careful these days. You can meet a beautiful woman especially with beer goggles on with ample cleavage and you think you’ve done well. But then you get her home and she has a huge swollen phallus and a pair of full balls that she has been nurturing all night. And you are too tired and messed up to say yes or no. God only knows what happens but you have to be aware that this isn’t an uncommon situation.

“I went up to this girl, she said, “Hi, my name is Sheena”
I thought she’d be good to go with a little Funky Cold Medina
She said, “I’d like a drink, ” I said, “Ehm, okay, I’ll go get it”
Then a couple sips she cold licked her lips
And I knew that she was with it
So I took her to my crib, and everything went well as planned
But when she got undressed, it was a big old mess, Sheena was a man
So I threw him out, I don’t mess around with no Oscar Meyer wiener
You must be sure that your girl is pure for the Funky Cold Medina
You know what I’m saying, y’all? Ain’t no plans with a man
Oh, yeah, Funky Cold Medina
Oh, it’s too late, break it down”

Back in ’89 “transphobia” didn’t get you cancelled – not that the artist would have been too bothered one suspects.

That’s true. But then piss taking generally was just accepted. Everyone knew that they were fair game to have the piss taken out of them. These days people take themselves very seriously. Brings them no benefit but they live a life of dessication where humour and beauty mean nothing to them.

Where I go swimming is majority white British and Irish working class clientele of both sexes. There is plenty of banter and people seem fine with it. I guess the Professionally Offended probably get the message that the club is not really for them and just go somewhere else – put off by the fat old blokes with tattoos. I think it varies a lot according to the setting and the demographic you’re with. Probably helps that it’s a member’s club rather than a public facility. My impression is that the working class in general are less hung up on this kind of crap.

My dad arranged for my 14 year old self to do my work experience with the local builders yard. You learn not to take yourself too seriously when the top dog creeps up behind you in his digger, the bucket raised up, and then blows the horn. I literally wet myself on the spot while he laughed himself silly!

My peers made tea in mindless insurance offices for two weeks.

Sounds like your dad is/was a wise man.

One of my first jobs was in the local council yard, back when councils did everything and none of it was outsourced. People generally got on OK but there were some personality clashes, and dialogues were sometimes laden with pejorative expletives. Some of it was possibly a bit OTT but I don’t think anyone lost much sleep over it. You’d get sacked these days for a lot of what was said, if someone grassed you up to the management.

You have to inspect the genitalia before going any further. I know it isn’t very pleasant or romantic saying that to a woman before you touch her that she needs to be inspected but it has to be done. If they are a worthwhile woman then they will understand why it has to be done

“Trans women aren’t male. They’re women.”

I want to know how she arrived at that conclusion. It presumably means that in her mind there are no objective factors which in humans determine maleness or femaleness. If this were true it would make humanity a unique specious, one which defies hundreds of millions of years of evolution. This means of course that ideology has squeezed reality from her mind. She’s deranged, in other words, and should be kept well away from any government position of any kind.

Sturgeon is another obvious example of a poisonous traitor to her own sex. This is about the tribunal of a nurse in Scotland who quite rightly didn’t want an autogynephilic doctor in the ladies’ changing room;

”While government ministers and influential lobby groups have argued in favour of tearing up basic equality law in favour of allowing male-bodied trans women into female single-sex spaces, those opposed have stood resolute, insisting that to do so is both wrong and dangerous and believing that, once others understand the implications, they will come to agree.
For daring to dissent, these women have been traduced as bigots. Former First Minister Nicola Sturgeon, whose obsession with introducing self-ID for trans people played a significant part in the backlash against her that forced her resignation two years ago, went so far as to say some who oppose changes to the law to open up women’s safe spaces to men who declare themselves female are racist.

Ideologues, still mourning the decision to stop prescribing powerful, life-altering puberty-blocking drugs to emotionally distressed children, may wish to dismiss opponents as bigots. They may wish to accuse those who reject gender ideology of being dangerous and cruel. But the point when those words might have stung has long since passed.

When well-funded lobby groups began pushing the mantra “trans women are women” a decade or so ago, much of the political class was instantly seduced. Here was a “civil rights” movement they could get behind.”

I don’t know how big llamas are – would they fit? Maybe they would have to go into the disabled toilet – and then they would need to identify as disabled. I suppose people can identify as disabled too so they can use the disabled cubicle. Are llamas toilet trained?

Anyone who thinks they are a Llama (and this nutcase) should be put in a filed with a high electric fence in winter, and given water and hay.

After a week, ask them if they still think they are a Llama, if so rinse and repeat, until they admit they are not! Or something else happens!

It is unfortunate for all decent people law abiding, hard working people who just want to live in a world where they are not coerced into accepting every dumb ideology that Liberal Progressives can conjure up.
— Because of a stupid Conservative party that morphed into Labour Lite we have now ended up with this clutter of Marxists called the Labour Party that is forcing us all to pretend we are saving the planet and where men in our daughter’s toilet is what we must all embrace. —-The good news is that we may at most have to put up with this garbage for another 4 years. But I suspect these imbeciles will be booted out long before that. Has there ever been a more disgusting bunch of twerps deciding how we should all live our lives?

It won’t be over in 4.5 years unless the centre-right sort themselves out – ideally by the Tory’s deciding to wind up their party, leaving only Reform to provide a centre right manifesto. Chances of that happening – virtually zero. Therefore right vote will be split, and Labour remain in power. Reform could I believe score enough of the vote to win a majority, even within our FPTP system which doesn’t help them, however they don’t appear to be pushing hard or clear enough on a compelling vision
