There has been a good deal of competition over the last four months but the case of the three girls protesting with images of Hamas paragliders stitched to their clothing – even before any response from Israel to the October 7th atrocities – was singularly appalling. Like many, I was relieved to hear that they were arrested and faced trial.
But over the last 24 hours, anybody following this case could be forgiven for thinking that they had woken up in a Michel Houellebecq novel, but I do not think any author of speculative fiction could have dreamed up this scenario. While the three girls have indeed been tried in court and found guilty by a jury, there are two aspects of this case that are very troubling.
Firstly, one of the defendants, Heba Alhayek, has come to Britain from Gaza and was granted asylum because her family had been critical of Hamas. This in itself is distressing. Given that she has now been convicted of “glorification of the actions” of Hamas, one would hope that she’d now be welcomed back with open arms. What are the prospects of her being deported back to Gaza?
Secondly, there is the case of the judge that allowed the girls to walk free from court with a conditional discharge, in spite of the jury’s guilty verdict. Judge Tanweer Ikram, who in December 2023 convicted six retired police officers for the private messages they had posted in a WhatsApp group, turns out to have liked a LinkedIn post by Sham Uddin which read:
Free Free Palestine. To the Israeli terrorist both in the United Kingdom, the United States, and of course Israel you can run, you can bomb but you cannot hide — justice will be coming for you.
Ikram has since claimed not to have realised that he liked the post but, as of this morning, has deleted his LinkedIn account altogether. Why?
How does a judge with views like Ikram’s get appointed in the first place? It turns out that candidates for judicial office in courts and tribunals in England and Wales are appointed by the Judicial Appointments Commission. On December 11th last year, it was announced that, on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, His Majesty the King had approved the appointment of a new Commissioner.
His name? Deputy Senior District Judge Tanweer Ikram CBE DL.

This is a truly shocking case. It’s one of those events where letters to MPs just might do something. MPs invariably only take up winnable causes that allow them to grandstand. If they think raising a hand against the Muslim mafia, they just may put some pressure on the judiciary to rid us of this bigot.
I would not want to purchase something from its SPAR store never mind have judgement passed on me by it.
It is a small price to pay for a multi-cultural society [except we don’t have one].
We have a lot of mono-cultural societies in their respective ghettos dispersed around the UK.

The real shock is that our Judicial system has sunk so low. That such a blatantly ignorant, vengeful, biased, spiteful man could not just succeed within the British Judicial system but thrive is genuinely upsetting.
So this wholly dishonourable man is effectively the poster boy for the British Judicial system. God help anyone white, law abiding and decent who might find themselves facing hom in court.

This article by Ian Price is vitally important in exposing the odd composition of the Judicial Appointments Commission, one-third of whose members are from the Third World, and one has no legal qualifications whatsoever. He is a “Non-Legally Qualified Judicial Commissioner”, Nigerian Uchechi Igbokwe.
This was first noticed a few years ago by the now-defunct English Democrats party, who pointed out that one-quarter of the commissioners, who decide all judicial appointments in the UK, were from the Third World, particularly from the Indian Subcontinent.
The question is: “Why?”
No one ever voted for this.
I have trawled a number of websites in attempting to determine where he was born and guess what – his place of birth is not listed on any of them. He claims to have ‘grown up’ in Slough. He hasn’t stated that he was born in Slough only that he grew up there.
The bloke is a Pakistani immigrant who conducts himself as a Third Worlder. I would put money on him having a Pakistani passport.

In the UN only one quarter of the countries are democracies. The other three quarters are made of countries with Kings, Colonels, Dictators and Tyrants. ——-Yet our political class take their lead regarding international treaties (eg The Paris Agreement) from this bunch of people. I am no fan of plod at all. The few personal dealings I have had have all left a bitter taste and I cannot recall a good news story about them ever but the contrast in how this Pakistani judge dealt with them, in a matter that had no place in a court of law – private whatsapp messages – and the vile Queva woman should serve as an object lesson in how grotesquely our legal system has been corrupted.
This Ikram wallah is a disgrace to the legal profession – hardly difficult I know – but also an egregious insult to the citizens of this country. And the people promoting this third world reject are to be honest even worse.
Import third world – get third world. As if we need to remind ourselves of this truism.

He then walked into the supermarket parking lot armed with a broken bottle where he attacked a driver, stole his car keys, and fled in the victim’s gray VW T-Cross. While fleeing in the car, the man drove erratically, leading to several accidents.
Police continue to actively search for the suspect, who is considered armed and dangerous.”

I see the general consensus here is choosing to demand equality of poor authoritarian decisions.
Neither “case” would see the light of day in a trully free society. You should never be held criminally accountable for your views nor your speech no matter how nasty you may think it is.
If it’s believed a persons views would breach impartiality in their professional activities then there should be a tribunal of sorts and a non interested party should replace them on that trial or professional activity.
It would appear that DEI has infected the Judicial Appointments process ….. and Ikram was the beneficiary.
British citizens were the losers.
