The contamination of mRNA vaccines with DNA is far greater than initially thought at up to 35%, and the DNA’s role in inducing human cells to produce the spike protein long term has been confirmed, according to the latest research.
Earlier this month, the Daily Sceptic reported on the work of Dr. Kevin McKernan and his team who had subjected the mRNA vaccines from Pfizer and Moderna to deep sequencing analysis and found alarming levels of DNA contaminants known as plasmids. These are small circular DNA molecules that in principle can self-replicate in bacterial and human cells and induce the cell to produce the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein long term. Each vaccine dose was found to contain billions of these plasmids.
The Moderna vaccine appeared to contain DNA contamination at around the ‘safe’ level set by the European Medicines Agency (EMA) at the equivalent of one part per 3,000 mRNA molecules, though it’s not clear how safe this level really is. The Pfizer vaccine, on the other hand, was found to contain DNA contamination at 10 times the ‘safe’ level, at one plasmid per 350 mRNA molecules.
The DNA is part of the vaccine manufacturing process, providing the blueprint for the mRNA, but it should have been removed to at least the ‘safe’ level, though was not for reasons that are unclear.
Now, Dr. McKernan and his team have undertaken further analysis and found that the level of DNA contamination is much greater than originally reported, with up to 35% of the vaccine product being this DNA contamination. They write:
This equates to 20-35% of the nucleic acid in each vaccine being expression vector. This is several orders of magnitude over the the EMAs limit of 330ng/mg. With these levels of contamination, RT activity from LINE-1 is not a prerequisite for genome integration.
Molecular biologist Dr. Jessica Rose explains that this means each dose may contain trillions of DNA molecules, 100 times greater than previously reported: “The left-over expression vectors used to manufacture the mRNAs are at contamination levels 100-fold higher than originally proposed and imply trillions of DNA molecules per dose. This has implications for integration into our genome.”
The precise level of contamination is unknown as these are estimates with a wide margin of error. It may also vary by batch. What is certain, however, is that the contamination of both Pfizer and Moderna vaccines is way above any official ‘safe’ level.
In the original analysis, Dr. McKernan had been looking primarily for RNA contamination and had used an additive that can suppress DNA amplification. By looking specifically for DNA contamination he and his team found that the amount of DNA present was far greater than the initial technique had indicated.
Further analysis by Dr. McKernan and his team has also confirmed that the plasmids are intact and capable of self-replicating, and that the relevant promoters are present that allow them to express mRNA for spike protein in human cells (and not just in bacteria).
This indicates that these DNA plasmids are likely to survive for long periods, be taken up by cells inside the body and induce the cells to produce spike protein for an indefinite period of time.
It is thought this could explain the observed persistence of spike protein in the blood of vaccinated persons for weeks or months after injection, which is believed by experts to be a contributor to adverse effects of the COVID-19 vaccines.
Dr. Jessica Rose notes: “It is more than likely that these adverse effects are the direct result of t he contamination illuminated by Kevin and his team.”
These findings are obviously highly disturbing. Regulators ought to be making a priority of looking into these issues for themselves and, if confirmed, taking the appropriate action including removing the products from the market.

I saw this when it broke but it all got a bit highly technical for me. At the end of the day we know the regulators are not actually regulating, we know it’s nothing to do with a virus or public health, we know the spike is pathogenic and has caused massive damage already so I find it highly unlikely that further evidence that the death jabs are toxic, this time with a different form of contamination ( remember all the traces of heavy metals that were found by independent researchers? ) is going to get them removed from the market. Fat chance.
Sasha Latypova cites two papers from research groups who’ve examined the vial contents of the gene therapies in this substack. I think when you go for a jab it’s like a (un)lucky dip. There seems to be huge inconsistency in the product, due to lack of regulation and adherence to good manufacturing practice, therefore we end up with a large spectrum of toxicity, with ‘harmless’ at one end and ‘deadly’ on the other. Obviously medical products should all be of an identical standard and not have this huge level of variability with a high level of contamination present.

Sometimes a process of movement and what can be described as “self-assembly” is visible and has been documented in a single take video.”

Indeed. They completely bypassed GMP and quality control when making these death jabs. It’s Russian Roulette, basically.
It’s pot luck due to the manufacturing method & how the vials are filled from the bottom of pot in which everything is mixed, thus ensuring that the mix is of stratified strength, dependent upon whether it came from the top, the middle or the bottom. Proximity to manufacturing plant also increases the pot luck nature, as the areas in Belgium closest to the plant have the highest levels of adverse reports.
It’s a mess & it was known to be a mess by EMA before it authorised the bioweapon.

Yes, it’s gradually dawned on me that the reason that the regulators are happy to let all this slide is because it is all completely normal. Vaccines kill and injure people every day but they just see it as collatoral damage in the necessary war against viruses. They are not going to change that perspective any time soon.
The people who are pushing this technology have a lot of plans for their new gene-therapy toy. They aren’t going to have it taken away from them by the minor inconvenience of contamination and millions of adverse effects.

I’m glad I said no, a couple of years ago. What is not clear is whether it’s a quality problem in manufacturing, or if the whole concept is flawed, based on the concept of encouraging our systems to manufacture spike proteins at all, across a wide range of cells.
My Mum was very ill after the third jab. I told her not to have any more. She’s since developed a heart condition and has severe scarring on her heart.
I refused the jab. A major concern is contamination of donated blood now. I guess it’s down to those of us who are unvaccinated to have backup supplies of our own blood stored at hospitals rather than other people’s!

It might depend on what can be done with processing blood donations in the long term. Years ago, I was a regular donor; you never know, there might be some encouragement for some of us to donate a bit more.
When it comes to a blood transfusion (or a great deal else, come to that) I wouldn’t trust someone from the NHS as far as I can see them. Doctors and nurses have continued stabbing people with these products when they can’t fail to know the harm they are causing to many.
A friend’s brother who works in an NHS hospital A & E has confirmed that they are seeing a lot of cases of myocarditis …. so they know!

Hence the ‘dodgy batch’ finder of last year, the comparisons between ‘Murderna’ and slightly better ‘Pfizer’. In reality of course, the whole thing is a hideous, Franken-jollop train crash.
Interestingly enough bad batches / contamination were used to defend the irreproachable polio vaccines when the polio rate exploded following their introduction. States performing the most vaccinations had the most cases (ring a bell?) The press asked ‘what’s up with Salk vaccine?’. And the medical authorities found a scapegoat – bad batches. That’s when they moved to the sugar cube! The real culprit, the cause of polio, was the chemical industry – DDT in particular (Monsanto) – designed to cause paralysis. But no, it’s a virus.
Why is it caused by a virus? Why? Because a virus, as has been said, cannot sue.
Imagine what the real story is behind the East Palestine chemical train crash and burn off – a story barely covered in the US, let alone here? A desperate but vaguely plausible scapegoat for ongoing worsening vaccine injuries?
Correction: Because a virus, as has been said, cannot be sued. Unlike the chemical industry, like those cuddly folk at Monsanto (Agent Orange, DDT, saccharine and PCBs).

I recall that DNA contamination was also a problem with some batches of Merck’s Gardasil many years back. It was never supposed to contain DNA, and yet somehow it did.
I may be wrong, but if Bigpharma/The RPTB had not been able to redefine the term “vaccine” in order to include their genetically engineered jabs as being a vaccine, their product would have had to pass the more stringent, regulations relating to genetically engineered cell and gene therapies.

I think you are correct. The redefinition achieved at least two things. First, it allowed the implementation of Emergency Use Authorisation (EUA), on the basis that there was no alternative (in effect – e.g. reapplication of established drugs off-patent) – in effect, avoiding the standard assessment protocol for a new drug. Second, it exploited the common understanding of what a vaccine is supposed to do. There was a lot of mealy mouthed text in the NHS leaflet about it which, in effect, it admitted that it doesn’t really work as a conventional vaccine product, rather as a trial mitigation drug for those who become infected with the virus under consideration.
Craig Paardekooper picked up on toxicity by batch ages ago. All from VAERS data. Pfizer inserted toxic batches very systematically and methodically, Moderna seemingly did it randomly.
What Mr Paardekooper didn’t know at the time was what made specific batches several orders of magnitude more toxic than most. I am not convinced contamination is the reason. Pfizer was very methodically inserting toxic batches, each time reducing the toxicity by a very consistent margin…
Of course, the question why is always the trickiest to answer…

They are all toxic by design. Once injected, the spike protein is manufactured by the host cells ad infinitum causing immense harm to all body systems & then transfects via shedding, thus prolonging the plandemic & giving the perfect nudge for the next round of bioweapon injections to stop the plandemic.

If anyone here listens to the James Delingpole podcast you’ll know that he and James have furious arguments as to whether we have been subjected to one or the other. I can’t see him holding out much longer on the cockup side of the argument if there is more evidence like this article to show these experimental so-called vaccines were designed to cause depopulation.
I see they are pulling any product containing pholcodin from the shelves because a teeny weeny number of people may have an allergic reaction.
