Today I wanted to explore the European Climate Foundation (ECF), a grant-making foundation that frequently comes up when I am researching globalist bodies. For instance, it funds C40 Cities, the supposedly 'green' blob outfit of which Sadiq Khan is co-chair, as well as the New Economy Organisers Network, an organisation that gives media training to activists to “create positive social change”, with messaging guides on the likes of Ulez.
Established in 2008, the ECF says its “mission is to empower people across society to create a Net Zero world”, working with “over 700-plus partner organisations to drive progress towards the goals of the Paris Agreement, promote practical policymaking in response to the climate crisis, and broaden political and public support for Net Zero”. Its CEO, Laurence Tubiana, was a key architect of the Paris Agreement and is the United Nations High Level Champion for Climate Action. As the UN website puts it: “She has been a member of numerous boards and scientific committees, including the Chinese Committee on the Environment and International Development,” among other achievements.
The ECF has its head office in The Hague, Netherlands, with “foundation offices” in Berlin, Brussels, Budapest, London, Madrid, Paris and Warsaw, “as well as a dedicated EU institutions and governance programme based in Brussels”. Its total expenditure for 2025 was €171 million (£147 million), thanks to the following funders: the McCall MacBain Foundation, Children's Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF), Arcadia, Robert Bosch Stiftung (stiftung is German for 'foundation'), Sequoia Climate Foundation,

The NGO opaque funding webs reminds me of the network of money launderers covering up fraud and criminal activity. This is even more nefarious as they are destroying our people and way of life. The only one to have made a dent in these networks was Musk who went after NSAID. He was packed off tout suite when he got a little too close to power though.

A woman named Laurence. Well I can see some fundamental confusion there, explains why she’s involved with this bunch of confused people.
I am not sure how many fellow sceptics have come across the DePave organisation. They are about to get going in my locality funded by the local wildlife trust. While some of their intentions are admirable (getting rid of excess tarmac and paving, to allow water to seep into the ground rather than flooding streets), the origins of the organisation in the USA are dubious. Their mission statement is:-
Depave empowers disenfranchised communities to overcome social and environmental injustices and adapt to climate change through urban re-greening
What social and environmental injustices are and why disenfranchised communities especially need to rip up pavements is anyone’s guess, but the fact that it started in Portland, Oregon and their current campaign is sponsoring community artists to paint walls, is indicative of what they truly are.
Well I’m now sceptical of any organisation that tells me they are doing me a service. Most charities are now on the suspicious list especially those that employ ex politicians, so called pillars of the community, burnt out actors and the like.

Anyway, I guess this is a group of gullible imbeciles funded by the rich and powerful who want even more of our money. I say they are imbeciles because anyone with a modicum of intelligence would be able to see that slightly warmer temperatures in winter would save thousands of lives, that if the planet is heating up slightly then infrastructure should be put in place to prevent loss of life in the few heatwaves we experience. This could be funded by the health improvements in the winter.
The imbeciles believe that they can influence the weather, planetary alignments and all the other documented events such as volcanoes, asteroids etc etc.that influence the weather.
I do not fear the weather, but these people are a danger to humanity and will bring us to calamity if they are not stopped pdq.
C40 seems to have a policy on heat pumps. If they move heat into a property they’re planet-savers, if they move heat out of a property they’re planet-destroyers.
I wonder if they have any scientific experience in their policy-making?

Climate is one of the most complex, non-linear, chaotic systems known to man. Therefore, by definition, it cannot be predicted. To ignore chaos is fraud. All these advocates for “action against climate change” (sic) are therefore making a living off the back of a fraud and consequently making life a misery for the vast majority who are unaware of their existence.
It’s more fundamental than that, I think? I’ve yet to see any of them pinpoint exactly, and precisely, what the optimal level for temperature and CO2 might be, and why…
