The shocking video of white stabbing victim Henry Nowak being handcuffed by police as his Sikh killer falsely told them he was a racist is proof we live in two-tier Britain, Nigel Farage has said. The Mail has more.
Nigel Farage led outrage at footage of police handcuffing a stabbing victim and ignoring his pleas for help – as his Sikh killer branded him a racist.
The Reform leader insisted “white lives matter too” and complained of “two-tier” justice amid fury at the last moments of 18 year-old Henry Nowak.
Kemi Badenoch has also intervened, saying “all lives matter” – but criticised Farage for “reinforcing difference” with his focus on race.
The innocent teenager repeatedly said “I can’t breathe” and begged for an ambulance after being knifed six times by stranger Vickrum Digwa, 23. But officers instead arrested and handcuffed him as he lay dying on the ground.
Digwa used an eight-inch ceremonial dagger to carry out the murder in Southampton city centre last December. The injured student was then arrested as he lay dying on the ground, drowning in his own blood.
The killer – who was sentenced to at least 21 years in prison yesterday – did not know Nowak but told a “wicked lie” to officers that he had been subjected to racist abuse, punched and had his turban knocked off.
Hampshire Police was last week forced to apologise to Nowak’s family for arresting the fatally injured teenager.
Deputy Chief Constable Robert France told the Daily Mail: “I’m sorry that he was handcuffed and arrested.”
The Independent Office for Police Conduct is looking into how the officers acted.
The case has caused international outrage, with tech billionaire Elon Musk offering to fund a private prosecution against the police. There have also been questions about whether anti-racism training may have influenced officers’ judgement.
Farage said the public should respond with “pure cold rage” because Nowak was “actually treated in a way that meant an accusation of a racial slur was treated more seriously than an act of murder”.
He warned that “we are living in a two-tier culture in this country where the rights and privileges of white people matter less than those of ethnic minorities”.
Public comment on the case was previously limited to avoid prejudicing the trial, and police released the footage after the sentencing.
The Attorney General’s office is considering the jail sentence after receiving “multiple requests” to review it under the unduly lenient sentence (ULS) scheme. …
In a video statement, Farage said: “Henry’s family have responded to this in just the most extraordinarily dignified way.
“But I suggest the rest of us respond to this with pure cold rage.
“This is wrong. All the values and standards of living in a free country where everybody is judged equally before the law have been trashed and thrown away.”
The Reform UK leader said: “What does he say? I can’t breathe.
“Familiar words. Remember career criminal George Floyd, who died in appalling circumstances in Midwest America a few years ago.
“Remember the reaction to that and the way the police behaved? Within a few days Keir Starmer was taking the knee. Black Lives Matter exploded all over the country. Churchill’s statue was defaced, the cenotaph was vandalised.”
Farage added: “The most important thing that needs to change, that has to change, if our society is not to be ripped apart, where communities start to distrust each other and deeply distrust the police and all the other institutions of this country, is we need a change in culture.
“Enough of anti-white prejudice, a promotion of the idea that white lives matter just as much as black lives.
“An end to DEI (diversity, equity and inclusion) and positive discrimination, but a country that treats everybody equally and fairly before the law.
“This is serious. This is urgent. I fear for where our society will be in a few short years if we don’t grip this and do it very, very quickly.”
Worth reading in full.
Stop Press: Digwa has today been charged with further weapons offences along with his father and brother, allegedly carried out in the hours after Henry’s murder, and the three will appear in court this afternoon.
Stop Press 2: Sir Keir Starmer has denied that there is two-tier policing in the UK. The Prime Minister’s spokesman said: “There is no such thing as two-tier policing. The police enforce the law without fear or favour, that is what the police do. And we are categorical that they must treat everyone equally regardless of their ethnicity. That is their remit. But as I’ve also said in this particular case it’s absolutely right that the IOPC [Independent Office for Police Conduct] investigates the police response swiftly and delivers the answers that are required.”

Profanity and abuse will be removed and may lead to a permanent ban.
There have been many, unrecognised and unremarked white victims of the racist immigration policies instigated by various governments since the 1950s. Bringing in people from disorderly countries is criminal.
Every murder, assault or rape ratchets the civil war closer. Click. Click. Click. Can you hear it establishment?
The police arrived soon after the stabbing took place and about 60 minutes before Henry Nowak died. This is not clear from the video and other reports.
However the police interviewed the Digwa family first and did nothing to attend to Henry Nowak, despite a 999 call reporting somebody has claimed they were stabbed.
Had the police spoken to the victim immediately, they could have become aware of the severity of his wound and started first aid and called an ambulance.
The pathologist stated the wound was so grave there was low to no possibility of survival – but I suppose we shall never know. The callousness of “Well he would have died anyway.” from the police is inhuman.
However perhaps an immediate response to his condition and paramedics summoned might have given him a chance – and at the very least given him comfort instead of distress and despair from the way he was handled.
That is staggering new information, and it means the entire family of SIKH COWARDS is GUILTY OF MURDER, for knowingly delaying the police by discussions, without mentioning that Henry lay dying beyond the fence he had jumped over to escape from his killer. The police didn’t even know Henry was there. The family knew it, and said nothing, hoping he would die alone and remove all witnesses to their son’s crime.
THE WHOLE FAMILY LEFT HENRY TO DIE, and are therefore GUILTY OF MURDER.
Yet the Judge said there were no aggravating features er like an arsenal of weaponry at home and mother, father and brother all involved.
Note the family apologising to the Nowak family and the Sikh community. I expect the Sikh community will have their own way of dealing with these scum.
No, the Sikh community are just desperate to present themselves as “victims” of a “backlash” that might remove their Special Rights to Violate UK Laws, and not let them strut around in public armed to the teeth while the public is not allowed to brandish so much as a carrot in self-defence without getting arrested!
Their representatives have uttered only the mildest terms of disapproval, like saying the murder was “wrong”. Wrong? Is that all they have to say?
Farage is using the murder for political advantage, “they” shriek – it is a political matter. When it stops being about politics, that’s when the shooting starts.
Kemi Badenoch has also intervened, saying “all lives matter” – but criticised Farage for “reinforcing difference” with his focus on race.
Hey sweet-cheeks! The differences and division and focus on race were already there, put there by you and the pond-life in your Party in Government and the rest of the political cesspit in Labour. And what happened to Henry Nowak is the result of that – it’s on you, along with the rape of little girls. Own it.
So is that murdering piece of scum going to be permitted to continue carrying his ceremonial dagger whilst in prison?
Presumably other prisoners may have a ceremonial shiv to hand.
I think he’ll suffer severe separation anxiety without his favourite toys and I forecast some terrible fate will befall him. He may even have to learn how to throw a decent punch in the name of self-defence instead of relying on his pet blades. 😮
Thanks to Will Jones & the DS for that update that the Sikh coward’s father and brother have now been charged.
This footage is so harrowing— and the response of the Sikh coward’s family, community, and politicians like Mahmood & Olukemi, paying lip service to Henry and then immediately jumping to warn White People about “dangerous undercurrents” and “racism”— it’s nauseating. All the Sikhs care about is keeping their special privileges and exemptions and weapons. One Sikh said the murder was “wrong”, but Sikhs shouldn’t be blamed. Yes they should, because the weapons and their whole culture comes from The Ritual Stranglers of India called Thuggees.
Well done to Nigel for asking why Starmer wasn’t kneeling this time, and all the other things Nigel said, especially about “cold rage”.
Please, every parent, teach your children that it’s not only women, but also MEN, who should never walk home alone after a night out, but share a taxi to drop them off safely, or fathers come to get them, and DO NOT BE ASHAMED of that, because we no longer live in a “High Trust Society”. Men and boys need protecting, too! Not just women & girls.
Poor Henry! That… Read more »
Odd isn’t it? Sikhs, Pakistanis, Muslims, Afghans, Somalis, etc – all the people causing the violence, agression, mayhem, murder can’t live in peace with one another in their own Countries, and behave here just as they behave there.
Culture, behaviour migrates.
It is all of them – they are what they are and don’t magically change once they get past UK passport control or escorted here by the RNLI.
Well said, JXB, well said!
I recommend listening to today’s “World at One” BBC R4 footage on this. They did play back some selected audio clips of the PC’s body cam in their report. Having heard the item, it seemed that the poor victim would not have survived, even if the PC did a proper job. No surprise that he had a bad press, though.
I agree that he could not have survived, because Sikh curved blades are designed to cause maximum internal bleeding. They are disembowelling daggers from the days of the Thuggees. Not survivable.
Except it wasn’t a curved blade, was it. Don’t get me wrong, if no one is allowed to carry a blade, that should mean no one. It was said today that the ceremonial blade is not a murder weapon if unsheathed, well prior to Hungerford and Dunblane, target guns were not murder weapons either, but they are still banned. Thanks for your derisive comment above as well. As an atheist myself, I love how some people are unable to accept each other because of their faith, rather than accepting them as people. Obviously you have been personally wronged by a Sikh, which I haven’t, which no doubt clouds your opinion – at least I hope that’s the case, rather than the fact that they all look alike, these Sikhs, Hindi, Muslims etc, so you dislike all of them.
The gun bans after dunblane and hungerford were opportunistic, stupid and wrong, and banning these knives would be no different.
Thw government love banning stuff.
It NEVER makes life better.
If I am not allowed to carry a 21cm blade then neither should Sikhs be
No, unlike you, I’ve actually taken time to study the history and true religious beliefs of the main world religions for years, not just foolishly swallowed anything they said to conceal their true beliefs from Gullible Westerners.
Wow, you really do rate yourself, obviously you are the only person to have taken the trouble to study religion, I am so in awe of your amazing level of knowledge which is unbelievably so superior to my feeble awareness of the world. In case you miss the irony with your enhanced levels of understanding, unbelievably is doing all the lifting in that line and many of us atheists have taken the trouble to study religions, well before coming to our position of not choosing to believe in any. But, unlike you, I have known good Christians and respect them, known good Sikhs, Muslims, Jews, and many other faiths. I respect their faith and am happy that they have that rudder to stear them on their journey through life. I also know that every religion has some pretty dreadful aspects to their creeds, but as long as they don’t try to preach or convert me, as long as they don’t try and use their faith to harm others or use their faith to conceal wrong doing, then they can continue to have my respect, especially if their good spins out of their beliefs.
I agree with you, and I too am not religious. To judge, denigrate and put collective blame on entire groups within society just because of the behaviour of some of them is as ridiculous as it is unethical and just demonstrates prejudice. But it should be the law of the land for all, which pertains mostly to Muslims, and the carrying of blades should be banned without exception. And I believe they’ve banned the carrying of kirpans in some countries so I don’t see why the UK can’t do the same;
”The Italian Supreme Court has ruled against a Sikh migrant who wanted to carry a ceremonial knife in public.
It said that migrants who choose to live in Italy must respect Italian laws prohibiting the carrying of weapons even though many Sikhs regard ceremonial knives as sacred.
The court acknowledged that diversity in a multi-ethnic society is important.
But it ruled that public safety from weapons was of paramount importance and superseded an individual’s rights.
The man had argued that his knife (or kirpan), as well as his turban, were symbols of his religion and wearing them was part of his religious duty.
But the court in Rome ruled… Read more »
“Good”??? “Not harming others”? You see only the smiling face they choose to present, and the lies they choose to tell you.
You sound like the Weedy Wet Liberal Women who are The Bane of the West.
This may well be true but at the time it wasn’t known what type of weapon had been used or how “expertly” the attacker had used it.
The first job of any police officer is to protect the public, including trying to protect them from bleeding to death, then worry about potential arrests. If it meant a female police officer ripping off her shirt and kneeling there in her bra while she held the shirt in a wound to try and stem the bleeding this is what should of happened.
Steady on…
See earlier comments, there was an hour’s delay after he was stabbed, during which the family filmed Novak, before the police (not an ambulance) were finally called.
If treatment were given earlier there was a better chance of survival as he was a young fit man
No, JXB said the police arrived quickly, but were sent FIRST to the house of the Evil Sikh Family to interview them and listen to all their complaints and detailed discussions of the “Drunken Racist White Man who viciously attacked their Innocent Sikh son”, and they managed to keep the police there as long as possible, hoping that Henry would DIE before the police could interview him as the only witness.
After delaying the police for about an hour, they finally answered the police question “Did they know where the Evil Drunken Racist Attacker White Man” had gone?
Only then did the Sikh Coward lead the police slowly down the street to the house where he lay dying, propped up by another Third World man, about an hour after Henry had jumped over the fence to escape from the Sikh. This is where the video begins. The police thought this was just another drunken racist attacker and treated him accordingly, and didn’t believe his words about being stabbed, because he didn’t/couldn’t reply when they asked him “Where?”, while his Sikh Murderer hovered around pretending to be injured.
See my comment above. Plus a refusal to acknowledge racism against whites with constant interruptions to prevent such points being made.
A meaningless apology from the police followed by the usual “lessons will be learnt”, “this must never happen again” etc isn’t good enough.
The officers need to be sacked then publicly named and shamed. If one of them then ends up lying in a pool of blood in a dark alley so be it.
The arresting officer has been. I shared it under the Round-up. Tristan Parsons. Haven’t seen the others named anywhere yet.
https://x.com/TruthFairy131/status/2061640486449033512
That’s one of them, who was the other one?
It’s good that one of them has been named but it should of been the police that named them.
Is there any evidence that they’re facing disciplinary action or the sack?
Is this correct? I’ve seen reports that the 3 police officers were all women but I am not sure of that.
Unless he’s a bepenised ‘woman’ who isn’t even trying to convince us, going by the footage you can clearly hear his voice.
I have not watched it, and probably won’t as it will make no difference to my view of the murder now. It’s clear that the report I saw about 3 female officers is incorrect. That’s useful information.
I also saw the ”three female officers” story circulating. But in reality it seems to be two female and one male. The bodycam was worn by the policeman so you can only hear him, not see him.
Shabana Mahmood has said that the police officer has been misidentified and has received death threats. She may or may not be telling the truth but if an innocent officer is getting death threats it shows why those responsible should be named by the police rather than members of the public possibly naming the wrong officers.
Or perhaps this is a deflection on Mahmood’s part.
I was just about to post that myself. Unhelpfully she doesn’t name the officer who’s been misidentified but the post I shared above may well be the one she’s referring to as there was no source by way of checking. My bad for getting carried away as I’m normally a stickler for sources. I did think it strange there was only one officer named and not all three, but if there’s an investigation ongoing it’d make sense for none to be named at this time.
Therefore, if a mod is reading this would you please delete my post above naming Tristan Parsons, as he may well be completely unrelated to this case? TIA.
”A police officer has received death threats and has been ‘forced to relocate’ after being wrongly identified online as being involved in the Henry Nowak murder case, Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood has said.
The officer has had to relocate for the safety and security of his family, the Home Secretary told the House of Commons this afternoon.”

I know family is family, but if I phoned my Mum and my brother and said “I’ve just stabbed someone five times, please can you pop over and help me cover it up?” I can’t quite see it panning out like this…
A song for Starmer
The way he picked his diplomat
The way he took the knee
The memory of all that
No, no, they can’t take that away from me
All together now
No, they can’t take that away from me
What is wrong with the Tory party. The country have a right to be outraged by this appalling crime and the behaviour of the murderer’s family. The footage clearly shows them all feeding the lie that the murderer told in the 999 call. They then compounded this by the reported verbal attacks on both the judge and the victim’s family in court. They made this a racial incident by their behaviour and false accusations. The country wants leadership and the Tories attacking Reform in every statement and media interview does nothing to persuade anyone except the last few adherents to their useless party to support them.
What definitely needs stressing, though, is that while this horrific murderer and his family have made this about race, it must in no way come down on the Sikh community. They have for decades been amazing contributors to this country, financially and with their community spirit. No one in Somerset will forget the convoy that came to the assistance of the flood victims, for instance. There are Sikhs far and wide in the UK who do so much and even first generation members of the faith seem to be more integrated than born and… Read more »
I’m in agreement with both the points that you’re making. The Tories really are adrift, intent more on trying to discredit Reform than promote Conservatism. As regards the Sikhs, while there have been problems few immigrant faith groups have assimilated as well as they have.
Solha haven’t assimilated. Theh have joined us snd remained dressed and religiously as a separate tribe feom us. I want that to end. This land is our land. No-one else’s
First, they wanted exemptions for carrying ceremonial knives and then they wanted exemptions when crash helmets were made compulsory.
To allow ANY ethnic group ANY exemption to a law on the grounds of religion or culture is morally wrong and it brings that law into disrepute.
Your glowing eulogy about Sikhs is emetic.
No. Anyone who lives here as a tribe of India is not integrated. If you love Britain and its way of life so much, you will integrate wholly and entirely. If you do not, then you are clearly here to remain separate. Time to go back to where you seem to be most fond of.
Which part of the Police believed a man of colour who was a murderer and bore false witness but not his innocent white victim is BBC’s World at One not able to understand? Thank you Nigel and Reform for giving voice to my utter disgust at this evil.
I don’t know if such details have been reported or are even known but I wonder how much time elapsed after the stabbing before the brother placed the call to emergency services saying they’d been ”racially attacked”? Then do we know how long it took for the police to attend? Because in all that time Henry was bleeding to death internally. No way would that Sikh family have rang the police immediately ( and they knew he’d been stabbed yet didn’t ring an ambulance ) because they’d have been too intent on scrabbling around attempting to cover their son’s arse by misleading the police.
Henry may well have lived had an ambulance been called immediately but it was reported he was too far gone by the time the police arrived and ascertained he had actually been stabbed and subsequently called for one, and the fact they didn’t administer first aid straight away but arrested him instead sealed Henry’s fate. That whole family are complicit in Henry’s murder and the police were absolutely shit;
”What bothers me the most about the Nowak case is how he had no chance. He was stabbed, and in other cases maybe he would have received… Read more »
Has anyone asked what the murderer’s motive was?
