Two brothers whose violent arrest at Manchester Airport went viral after bystanders filmed it on their phones will not face a third trial for assaulting an armed policeman. The Mailhas the story:

It took 150 days for prosecutors to announce that PC Marsden would not be charged with any offence.
Instead the brothers – the recipient of the kick, university drop-out Mohammed Fahir Amaaz, now 21, and former KFC Assistant Manager Muhammad Amaad, 26, both from Rochdale – were charged with assaulting the three officers.
A trial last year saw horrifying footage of the brutal violence meted out by Amaaz to PC Lydia Ward – who suffered a broken nose – and armed colleague PC Ellie Cook.

The outcome sparked consternation, with Chief Constable of Greater Manchester Police Sir Stephen Watson praising his officers for putting themselves in “harm’s way” to tackle “outrageous criminal behaviour”.
After a second jury at Liverpool Crown Court last week failed to reach verdicts, prosecutors today told a judge that they would not be seeking a third trial, and both brothers were formally found not guilty of assaulting PC Marsden. …
Older brother Amaad grinned and was hugged by supporters as he left the courtroom.
Afterwards the brothers’ lawyer accused PC Marsden of “taking a ‘rugby style’ kick” at Amaaz’s head and called for him to be placed on trial. …
Earlier prosecutor Paul Greaney KC told the brief hearing that after consideration “at the highest level” the CPS had decided it could not “lawfully” seek a third trial of either brother.
Mr Greaney said that while it was a “serious” case which had attracted “a great deal of public attention”, it could not pass the legal test of being one of “extreme gravity” justifying an exception being made.
He therefore formally offered no evidence on the charges of assaulting PC Marsden against either brother and both were therefore found not guilty. …
The court heard lawyers for Amaad would be seeking an order for defence costs.
He remains under investigation by the Independent Office for Police Conduct which could still refer him back to the Crown Prosecution Service.
A second male Greater Manchester Police officer who along with PC Marsden confronted bystanders filming the brawl also remains under investigation.
The same officer is also understood to have been placed under criminal investigation by the IOPC over the leaking of CCTV of the altercation to the Manchester Evening News.
With her double-barreled surname isn't she trying to rise above her station…

When reading this article it seems one of the accused was found guilty of assaulting the female police officer (Ward), but the trial concerning assaut on the other officer (Marsden) collapsed?
So has one of them at least been sentenced?

Liverpool juries.
When I worked at BAe, some ‘peace’ activists cut through the fence and did £5 million damage to a Hawk aircraft.
The Liverpool jury found them not guilty and they walked away.

As we’re no nearer to having the truth revealed in open court, the video evidence tends to a racially-aggravated crime committed by these men against an airline passenger and then against the police.
Two trials have collapsed because it appears that jurors were either intimated or, being of the same religion as the accused, would neither recuse themselves nor find their “brothers” guilty, despite the evidence. Effectively the English legal system yields to Sharia law. There should be a contempt of court case is that is the case.
Doubtless these low-lifes will be awarded a degree of compensation to set them up for life.

I’m heartily sick of this now. If something doesn’t happen to correct the justice system soon, people will just give up and enact their own law.
How long are people supposed to accept that whites are always wrong and are not allowed access to the same consideration under the human rights act as the scum who roll up on our shores and after attacking us, then expect us to fund their new life.
The Labour Party can pass all the laws it likes. If the white population feel their is nothing left to lose and they are going to get beaten up and raped or killed anyway, deploying the police and the forces will make not one jot of difference.
When it comes to the justice system I don’t think it’s always the case that non-whites are favoured and treated more leniently. There seems to be a lot of injustice when it comes to the youth courts, and we can’t assume the teenagers are always from an ethnic minority just because it fits a narrative, though it doesn’t help they get to hide behind anonymity due to being minors. I don’t know what’s going on with teenage boys but they’re literally getting away with rape. They may as well have just shoplifted for all the punishment they seem to get for ruining someone’s life;

I believe both jury’s were given the dead eye by the suspects, each and every one of them “we know what you look like!” sort of eye.

Probably not retrying because of double jeopardy (is it a thing in UK courts?), you’ll notice that the two trials were not for the same thing. Would it be the case that to try them again would require a different charge?
What I don’t get, though, is ‘armed police,’ why are they not being shot? Problem solved, or are our armed officers too cowed now that to shoot is to invite prosecution so they are rendered ineffective by the courts and may just as well not be there.

Is this a Globalist trick to stir up public support for abolishing Trial by Jury?
It’s important to remember that all this violence and massive waste of British Taxpayer money on legal aid was CAUSED BY THE PAKISTANI MOTHER of these thugs. She got into a quarrel with a fellow passenger on her flight from PAKISTAN, and when her sons arrived to pick her up at the airport, she whined to them and accused the fellow passenger of heaven-knows-what-lies, urging them to assault the passenger without hesitation.
The whole thing was HER FAULT, but she’s allowed to sneak around hiding in the background. In the video footage, she can be seen getting in everyone’s way like a lump of lard.
This whole incident demonstrates the general low IQ-ness. You can also see it in their eyes. Thick. Low Impulse Control – lash out at any ‘slight’
There are decades worth of politicians who should pay dearly for allowing these retards i to our beautiful land.
