The London Museum has urged staff to address the problem of “whiteness” as part of a diversity drive – all funded by the taxpayer. The Telegraph has the story.
Employees have been requested to tackle concepts such as “hierarchical working” under a long-term push for greater inclusion.
The publicly-funded museum dedicated to the history of London has created a pamphlet to help staff to “challenge embedded whiteness” in the workplace.
It has told staff that “whiteness” is defined by “ideas, ways of working and normative values that can support, directly or indirectly, the continuation of racial inequalities and a lack or racial diversity in institutions”.
To tackle these ideas the museum has produced a “tool for culture change”, part of its equity, diversity and inclusion strategy that aims to make the attraction become “genuinely anti-racist”.
This tool, a pamphlet for staff, states that the museum’s “culture and ways of working” support “institutional forms of racism” and needs to change.
It consists of a series of questions which staff should ask themselves in order to “work differently” and in a way that will “challenge inequity”.
The prompts to challenge “whiteness” include asking whether they can “promote less hierarchical working”, and whether they “encourage everyone to bring their whole selves to work”.
Others include “how am I contributing to advancing race equity in my daily work?” and “how will I know I am nurturing a safe space for everyone?”
A key question includes: “Am I making space and time for important conversations about race equity? How are we continuing to challenge embedded whiteness?”
The term “whiteness” is used by critical race theorists to refer to the values of white society.
It is argued that the actions of white people are taken for granted as the norm, and that this excludes or belittles the cultures of other races.
Concepts such as “punctuality” and “hard work” have been suggested by some US institutions to be white values which exclude others.

There is no phenomenon of self-hate here. These people hate us and not themselves. Or rather, the seek to dominate us based on destructive re-education: We are supposed to be taught to cease to be what we are in order to become something which is more suitable to them.
These people are accidentally white in exactly the same way most of the antifascist re-educators of Germans used to be and still are accidentally German. To them, this is nothing but a layer of unfortunately unremovable lipstick as they’re consciously opposed to anything else which is even remotely associated with it.
I don’t know about self hate – probably a bit strong for most cases. Some combination of guilt, squeamishness about facing up to reality, and disliking the white working class and wanting to get one over on them. Whatever the reasons, it baffles me and I want these people to be on another planet to me. I will die with this wish unfulfilled.
I believe self-hate is certainly part of it, if only subconsciously. Why else would white men discriminate against fellow men that look just like them? And no, it cannot always conveniently be put down to a ‘class thing’. White male judges routinely let off white male paedophiles but bang up white men who post anti-establishment memes or comments. Both examples could be working class but which is the most morally reprehensible, worthy of a custodial sentence? All of the armed forces are headed by white men but discriminate against their own sex/race. And on and on the examples go. By doing this they’re indirectly demonstrating contempt for themselves, such is their self-loathing and masochistic nature. If they didn’t have a masochistic nature then why do they display such disregard ( and are proactive in the destruction ) for the deconstruction and erasure of their very own culture, heritage and customs? Why demonstrate what blatant traitors to their fellow white countrymen they are? This is just my musings anyway…

I think women that undermine and betray other women don’t have a very high opinion of themselves and they lack self-worth, so much so that they’d stab fellow females in the back whilst they side with the enemy to trample on women’s hard won rights. We see it within the gender ideology context, within Islam ( e.g ‘morality police’, ‘honour killings’ etc ) and even on this site. Women siding with misogynists across the board because they’re cowards with poor self-confidence who need to stay onside with who they deem to be most powerful and therefore elevate their status. They get to tell themselves they’re being virtuous, and so afford themselves bonus points, but all the while they’re only demonstrating how weak and morally bankrupt they are, so on they go in their objective to ingratiate themselves to those that despise/disrespect them. This is a form of self-loathing as much as it is delusional. Much like being in an abusive relationship, but as long as you can learn how to avoid triggering the abuse you can convince yourself all is well, it’s not at all dysfunctional and he loves you really. I think a shrink would have a field day with the people in the above examples because one thing they all have in common is a total lack of self-awareness. If I see somebody putting another person down, without justification and who has similar characteristics to them, I don’t see a well-adjusted person at all. I see somebody behaving in a highly abnormal manner. If there cannot be any kind of solidarity even at the most basic level then what have you got, really? Just further fragmentation and division.
To them it’s moral superiority.

The marxo-fascist concept of “whiteness” is one of the central components of anti-whitism. The ultimate intention of the marxo-fascists is the abolition of white people. “Whiteness”, therefore, is an enabling concept for white genocide.
It’s fiendishly clever because it brings into the fold a whole bunch of energetically do-gooding people, mainly middle class and educated, who pursue this evil with a religious zeal. These traitors notice that certain non-white groups are kind of rubbish at doing at lot of this stuff like being competent etc and feel it must be because racism, so they buy into abandoning everything that has made our civilisation so great.
The American concept of “whiteness” is the logical outcome of the USA as traditional melting pot of all European peoples, bleaching them all into white people (unless of Spanish descent) and the until fairly recently legally ingrained racism of its society. It’s basically American lefties telling is

I am White. Europeans are White. I am capable of observing this without any help from the USA. I am English but other White Europeans are my cousins, racially and culturally. We are more closely related than we are with other ethnocultural groups.
The idea of a white race whose members are supposed to be somewhat solidaric with each other is from before the first world war and it was twinned with another idea from this time, namely, that the colonies would or rather, ought to remain neutral with regards to each other in case of a war in Europe. Both were really popular among Germans who were pretty much the only people gullible enough to believe in something like this.
The ultimate outcome was that the Germans had put themselves at an even graver disadvantage when this war in Europe finally came because they were the only ones among the western combatants who had made exactly no effort to mobilize the manpower reserves in their colonies for the war effort in Europe. According to Ludendorff (Kriegführung und Politik), the French army of 1918 was essentially black as the white, that is, natively French, army had basically collapsed after Nivelle’s disastrous offensive in 1917.
So much for white race and solidarity among its members.

If something hasn’t died it doesn’t need reviving, but I am happy to support the idea of a White Race to preserve European civilisation, which I find agreeable. I also want to preserve the English race and culture with England as its homeland.
Some time in the 1970s, there was a political discussion about the traditional headgear of Sikhs with regards to the then newly introduced requirement to wear a helmet when riding a motorbike. Maggie Thatcher opined in favour of an exemption for them with (paraphrase from memory) “These are the people who fought for us in the war.” Said people and their British compatriots of different skin colours thus had something in common the father of my mother – blanket-sentenced to forced labour for being an ex-soldier¹, that is, “a war criminal” – didn’t share with them.
If you desire to get metaphyscially hanged for the erstwhile US segregration laws by letting yourself being labelled as (another) “white” (American), that’s your prerogative. I don’t and I know which people let incendiaries rain from the sky over our cities until even Bomber Harris accepted the futility of it because “the rubble simply doesn’t burn anymore” (last large air raid on Mainz in early 1945 or late 1944). Especially considering that It’s all the fault of those bloody Germans! is as alive and kicking in 2025 as it was in 1918 or 1945.
¹ After having jumped from a transport from the notorious Rheinwiesenlager (Rhine meadow camps) to another Disarmed enemy combatants – a term specifically invented to have justification to mistreat these people in ways which wouldn’t be allowed for prisoners of war – open air prison close to Bretzenheim were thousands, if not tenthousands, died of starvation and 24×7 exposure the elements. I’m not an American. I’m born of an English father and a German mother, lived my whole life in England. English and German are subgroups of Europeans who are a White race.
It is British and European governments and people who have allowed mass immigration to happen. It’s our problem to solve (but we won’t).

The traditional distinction into races in Europe has germanic, celtic, romanic and slavic peoples. That these have broadly the same skin colour is not a distinctive criterion, regardless of how many left-wing Americans think that this is literally just an issue of black and white and that relations between ‘black’ and ‘white’ people must everywhere be broadly similar to how they were and are in the USA. Both of these statements make some sense when applied to the USA and the USA only. The people behind race politics can’t be arsed to care about such details. But they certainly ought to when peddling their theories in Europe. Or at least, our very own politicians ought to do this and insofar they don’t, we should demand this from them whenever someone calls for “[non-existent] black history month”.
I don’t need lessons in “race politics” from Americans. I am capable of recognising differences in outcomes based on race all by myself. The European peoples you mention are closely related. We are more distantly related to other peoples.
This whole “whiteness” discussion is nothing but US race politics forcibly applied to other parts of the world despite the American foundations of these simply don’t exist there.
I am quite capable of understanding “whiteness” without any reference to America.
We are being force-fed an American political theory (critical race theory) which does not fit European circumstances. What’s so difficult to understand about that? Whiteness is an American concept (and a ludicrously primitive one) because different white peoples do not exist in the USA. They do in Europe. For instance, both white and non-white English people equally disapprove of “Poles.” I haven’t yet heard that from black English people but I assume they share some of the cultural prejudice of their fair-coloured compatriots. I know that at least some people with an Indian background do, who – amusingly – justify this with “Poles” being “racist.”
It’s not about “difficulty in understanding”. You see this one way, I see it differently.
I don’t dislike Poles. Actually I don’t dislike any people or race as a whole. I want England to be mainly for English people, but given the choice between having lots of Poles and lots of Africans or Pakistanis I would choose the Poles because they are culturally closer to us.

What this is saying is that traditional British culture is unacceptable in our own country. On the contrary, we need to ensure it continues to be the norm in our country. We need to fight against the instigation of any other culture, all of which are inferior to ours. If people want to live in a different culture, they should move to countries where their preferred culture is the norm and stop trying to impose it on us.
