  • “Scientists discover ‘real’ cause of Long Covid” – Researchers from the University of Pennsylvania found patients with the lingering condition have two things in common: they have remnants of the virus in their gut and lower levels of serotonin, according to the Mail.
  • “Greta Thunberg is arrested at London protest after slamming oil giants” – The 20-year-old Swedish activist could be seen smiling as she was detained by officers and led to a waiting police van after joining a protest outside a fossil fuel conference in London, the Mail reports.

  • “Transgender world champion fencer branded ‘entitled cheat’” – A transgender fencer competing in the over-70s women’s category has been branded an “entitled cheat” after beating a 14-time champion for a world title.
  • “Trans woman, 37, who brutally attacked two girlfriends walks free” – April Welsh from Caerphilly, Wales, has walked free despite launching brutal attacks against two girlfriends, after a court was told he would be “vulnerable” inside prison, reports the Mail.
