As I’ve read this in German: The theory behind this law being unconstituional is that a past parliament cannot bind a future parliament on anything and that a law which proscribes that the new parliament must first constitute itself according to the existing procedural laws before it can change them therefore cannot be constitutional. That’s principally a valid-sounding point. However, in this case, the proper procedure would have been to go to the constitutional court immediately in order to get a decision on that and not try to ram through this theory by “force of loud voices” during the first session.

It’s also obviously hypocritical to declare a law which binds a new parliament to something decided by an old parliament unconstitutional after an attempt to bind the new parliament to something more palatable to certain members of the old parliament faltered due to lack of majority support.

It is quite dreadful we give these ignorant feeble minded ordinary voters the right to a vote and they go an vote for the wrong party, are they mad, stupid, insane or evil or possibly all of these? Thank goodness these saviours of sanity and democratic righteousness are there to pull out every cunning trick in the book to stop this insult on a woke sane future.

I principally agree with this, however, this particular incident doesn’t much lend itself to that. It’s obviously telling that the rules absolutely must be changed should the wrong party – however slightly – otherwise profit from them but the specific point in question is really an obscure technicality.

The upcoming violation of the principle (so far) that the strongest party should form a government led by itself is IMO much more serious.

What the hell has gone wrong with Germany over the years?? Further to the theme of the normalization of paedophilia here, but what are we meant to do with people like this if they can’t/won’t be locked up or they can’t/won’t be rehabilitated, because to these slimy creeps their obscene proclivities are entirely normal and they want acceptance?! Well, men with penises still attached have been accepted as ‘women’ across many countries so it’s anyone’s guess, really;

”Germany’s parliament will be reviewing proposed amendments submitted by a pro-pedophile group tomorrow, sparking concerns from child safeguarding advocates. Krumme-13, a lobby group which advocates for lowering the age of consent and legalizing child pornography, is seeking to add language to the constitution which would establish “pedosexuality” as a protected sexual identity.

Dieter Gieseking, the founder of Krumme-13, announced the upcoming vote to his supporters in a post made to the group’s website last week.
“K13online calls for a ban on discrimination against gays and lesbians AND pedophiles in the constitution,” reads the statement. “The vote… will be broadcast live on Parliamentary TV.”

The post highlights the fact that Krumme-13 intends to continue to pressure the government to normalize pedophilia via the Bundestag’s petition process, a strategy that the pedophile activists have undertaken for several years.

“We are already announcing further petitions on topic-relevant areas. The topic of pedophilia / pedosexuality must constantly be in the political debate. The human rights of this sexual minority are becoming ever more restricted. The political fight for acceptance and recognition will never end. The new generation of pedophile-loving people is just growing up,” he wrote.

“Pedophilia must also be included in sexual identity. Pedophiles in particular must be fundamentally protected from discrimination in the Basic Law. And this is completely independent of sexual criminal law. The vast majority of the estimated 250,000 pedophiles do not commit any of these types of crimes. Pedophilia is a separate sexual identity.”

Again, in April, the pedophile advocate stated that the “pedophile identity in the GG (Basic Law) is not about the legalization of consensual sexuality between children and adults,” thereby reiterating his belief that children can consent to sexual activity. “It’s about protecting the pedophile identity from discrimination and thus the recognition and acceptance of pedophiles as a sexual minority.”

It’s the way he blithely states that there’s 250,000 paedophiles ( where does this figure even come from? It will surely be the tip of the iceberg, anyway ), so would that be 250,000 people that the police both know about and who have checked their devices to see if they’re sitting on loads of child sex abuse images, or is this basically decriminalized in Germany like it appears to be in the UK? A slap on the wrist, told to keep your nose clean for a stated period of time ( code by the paedo-apologist judges for ”make sure to not get caught in future” ), but business as usual, essentially? I don’t like to dwell on it but just knowing these people are out there, probably in greater numbers than we even realise, makes my skin crawl. Remember, it’s only the ones being caught and that end up in the news we know about, so very possibly a tiny fraction of the reality. I just don’t know what we’re meant to do about them if this is the way they truly are and will never change, as it seems a bit more complex an issue than just sending them for a round of talking therapies and expect them to be ‘cured’.
And you don’t have to look far for the more high profile ones. This is also Germany;

”A trans-identified male is standing trial along with a millionaire from Munich for the horrific sexual abuse of prepubescent girls. The case has sent shockwaves throughout Germany due to the depravity and well-organized nature of the pedophilic acts.
Due to strict privacy laws in Germany, the press has anonymized the identities of both of the men involved, but Reduxx can exclusively reveal that the 81-year-old millionaire at the center of the case is Helmut Reiner Dorsch, who lived in an expansive villa in Pullach, Munich. His transgender compatriot, known only as Arbend, would procure young girls for Dorsch to abuse, delivering them to the man’s Pullach villa.
Dorsch reportedly demanded girls who were as “small and slim as possible,” and had a preference for those under 8 years of age.

According to the public prosecutor’s office, Dorsch is said to have first sought out vulnerable mothers on the internet between 2005 and 2017 in order to coerce them into prostitution and making their daughters available for sexual abuse in exchange for thousands of euros.”

So they want to be protected from discrimination. What kind of “discrimination” do they face I wonder? Any convicted of anything related to their “sexual identity” certainly ought to be “discriminated against” in any context related to children or vulnerable people generally. If you’ve not been convicted of anything, how would anyone know – unless you make a point of telling people. Again, surely anyone professing such an “identity” ought not to be in any setting where they are responsible for or have access to the vulnerable. Beyond that, should people with an “I’m a paedo” badge be refused entry to shops? I don’t know, but it’s hard to get excited about it either way – being a “paedo” isn’t like being black or something, which you can’t reasonably hide. Perhaps you shouldn’t be sacked from your job for saying you like kiddies?

I was going to suggest that it’ll be the next campaign here in the UK but then remembered it’s already here, if underground. Wasn’t one of our very prominent female MPs an enthusiastic supporter?

Catch-22 applies in all cases. Being able to prove that you are insane means that you must in fact be sane.

The SolutionAfter the uprising of the 17th June
The Secretary of the Writers Union
Had leaflets distributed in the Stalinallee
Stating that the people
Had forfeited the confidence of the government
And could win it back only
By redoubled efforts. Would it not be easier
In that case for the government
To dissolve the people
And elect another?

Heads – the Establishment parties win; tails – and the AfD lose.

German “demockracy” in action.

And I expect the UK will be the same if Reform looks like it just might win a majority.

If anyone claims we live in a democracy – ask them what evidence they have for that claim.

Anyway, we are a constitutional monarchy (at least in theory), not a democracy.

In reality we are an autocracy, a Kleptocracy or just actually a dictatorship.

While this tale of democratic parties loving democracy until the democracy no longer loves them may seem like just troubles in a far off foreign country (well Germany but you understand the historical references), it has a good chance of playing out here. How will Starmer and co confront the real possibility of Reform being the party with the largest support at the next general election. What horrors will they contrive to delay or cancel altogether the vote if the opinion polls show them in the same position as the Tories in the run up to the last election and Reform on 35% or more.

Outcome: The court has ruled that arbitrary proposals by members of parliament are to be accepted even before it’s formally constituted.

The journey from there seems pretty clear: The outcome will either be a CDU minority government tolerated by the left and far left parties, including the murderers from former SED, or a formal pact with them. After all, only Germans were killed trying to escape from the GDR and no German establishment party can permanently object to that when unfortunate parliamentary realities necessitate coming to terms with it. It’s only Germans, after all. Why all the botheration?
