Where’s the Wally?

by Toby Young
30 January 2022 11:35 AM

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has fled the capital Ottawa for a secret location as up to 50,000 truckers have gathered to protest against the country’s vaccine mandate and Covid lockdowns. MailOnline has more.

Hundreds of truckers drove their giant rigs into the Canadian capital Ottawa on Saturday as part of a self-titled ‘Freedom Convoy’ which started as a protest against vaccine mandates required to cross the US border.

Days earlier, he had called the truckers headed for the city a “small fringe minority” before the convoy of hundreds of vehicles grew up to 45 miles long as it made its way to the capital.

The movement received an endorsement Thursday from Tesla and SpaceX founder Elon Musk, who tweeted, “Canadian truckers rule” and the movement has become a cause celebre for many on the right of politics in the United States.

Flying the Canadian flag, waving banners demanding ‘Freedom’ and chanting slogans against Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, the truckers were joined by thousands of other protesters angered not only by COVID-19 restrictions but by broader discontent with the Government.

There was an enormous clamor as hundreds of big trucks, their engines rumbling, sounded their air horns non-stop. Estimates of the number of truckers range from 10-20,000.

Closer to Parliament, families calmly marched on a bitterly cold day, while young people chanted and older people in the crowd banged pots and pans in protest under Trudeau’s office windows.

Canadian media said the prime minister and his family had been escorted out of their home and taken to a secret location in the capital, with much of the protesters’ wrath directed at Trudeau.

“I want it all to stop – these measures are unjustified,” said one demonstrator, 31-year-old businessman Philippe Castonguay, outside the Parliament building.

He had driven seven hours from northern Quebec province to make his feelings known: “The vaccination requirements are taking us toward a new society we never voted for,” he said.

Trudeau said Friday that the truckers’ views – which he described as anti-science, anti-government and anti-society – posed a risk not only to themselves but to other Canadians as well.

Worth reading in full.

This is all the more beautiful when you realise Trudeau changed the law so any one of those people could be fined 10k for joining in this protest.

And when you know how cold it is! https://t.co/ksmAqb3z6Q

BBC’s website has an article on it, but you have to drill down to News > World > US & Canada and then it’s under the fold.

News given more importance is North Korea firing rockets, east coast weather and BoJo mulling over more troop deployment in Ukraine. Talk about propaganda.

Military intelligence didn’t leave their BBC offices after WW2. If ever they need a distraction they can get on the phone to North Korea or Russia for a distraction. Benefits all parties, every evil regime needs an enemy real or not to control their populations.

Surprisingly The Guardian has a piece on the Canada protests which is linked from the front page. It’s not too biased either. What is going on??!

Regarding Russia, about 2 months ago the story came out that they were ‘massing 100,000 troops’ near the border. Russian troops in Russia. Then it went quiet for a bit, then the 100,000 troops story popped up again. Thing is, what exactly is it that Russia has done? Protect its borders? Guess that is not fashionable in the USA and the UK anymore. Why is the UK regime [ (c) BBC for any government it doesn’t like] sending missiles to be used against a country that could destroy any other country in minutes?

There were movements of Russian troops and military matériel towards the border in late 2018 too. A figure of 80000 was quoted then.

The difference this time is that there has been a cyberattack in Ukraine. I wouldn’t assume it was necessarily carried out by Russia, but it may have been.

Israel armed Georgia against Russia in 2008. Two “Georgian” ministers were Israelis. Russia won that war within two weeks.

Israel armed Azerbaijan against Armenia in 2020. Russia to a limited extent backed Armenia, which lost the war.

Now there is the deterioration of relations with the Ukraine, and recently somebody also paid to cause a bit of a stink on the Belarusian-Polish border too.

President Zelensky in Ukraine (a former comedian famous for playing a guy who unexpectedly becomes president – see the premise of the 1991 film “The Pope Must Die”, featuring Robbie Coltrane) is strongly pro-Israel. His “horse” is oligarch Ihor Kolomoyskyi, who says he isn’t in breach of Ukraine’s law against dual citizenship because he hold treble citizenship – of the Ukraine, Cyprus, and Israel. (Whether he holds any citizenships apart from these three is not known.)
The idea that the Crimea is some kind of Ukrainian area that Russia has taken over, putting all the “Ukrainians” who live there under Russian colonial rule or occupation is utterly ludicrous for anyone who knows even a little bit about that part of the world – and the same is true about the Donetsk and Lugansk regions.

The time to start thinking that a big nuke-fest might be imminent would be if the US “strengthens NATO’s eastern border” by cutting off Russian access to Kaliningrad through the Suwalki gap. Any kind of f***ing up of access between these two parts of Russia is likely to be taken extremely seriously in Moscow.

It is a matter of routine security to remove the chief minister and family from any perceived threat. Basic stuff.

However, one perceives that Trudeau is definitely rattled – attempts to dismiss the truckers as ‘fringe groups’ and ‘white supremacists’ haven’t worked because it’s unequivocally untrue.

Canada hates vaccine mandates, and all related regulation.

One suspects that he is not as mentally resilient as the likes of Macron and Ardern who are platinum-plated narcissi demagogues, whilst Trudeau is an amateur.

He has no substance, it is imperative to keep him under pressure.

The globalists have launched into the truckers.

The Jeff Bezos-owned Washington Post has published a highly egregious smear effort.

https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/2022/01/28/canada-must-confront-toxic-protest-freedom-convoy/

p.s.

The Washington Post describes the protestors as Trump-voters and white supremacists. If you click on the clip embedded in the peace, you can clearly hear the white supremacists chanting.

By far the biggest risk to Canadians is Trudeau. For once, the Sunday Times covered this, although, typical for a newspaper now in monetary thrall and lockstep with the UK Government, it just couldn’t resist using the term “antivax”, whilst simultaneously saying that it’s about “vaccine” mandates. It’s a tatty little rag, nowadays, with “reporting” that would disgrace a school magazine.

Faced with increasing civil unrest do the Davos regional managers

A. Back down.
B. Double down, dig in and wait for the storm to pass.
C. Plan more measures to control the population and limit their ability to challenge the establishment.

All 3.
They have the benefit of releasing pressure in one state and ratcheting up in another. None of the “accomplishments “ will be relinquished. Other agenda will progress. The legal basis for forced vaccinations will be put in place to override human rights from bodily autonomy to free speech and protest.
After two years of the program opposition has probably only grown from 5% to 25% of the population. They will feel comfortable as long as the controlling population, the middle classes, civil services, medical infrastructure, police and military etc are all on board. And these managerial classes are being purged in rolling purges.
Trudeau might get ousted but someone pushing the financial reset will take his place (Mark Carney?), just like Rishi is going to once they finally get rid of Boris.

Quietly pushing through changes to the Human Rights Act 1998 here in the UK …

Human Rights Act Reform: A Modern Bill of Rights – GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)

“The government is committed to updating the Human Rights Act 1998. This consultation seeks views on the government’s proposals to revise the Human Rights Act and replace it with a Bill of Rights, in order to restore a proper balance between the rights of individuals, personal responsibility and the wider public interest.”

Who defines and how do you define “the wider public interest”.

I would bother to read it and draft a response, the way I did with the vaccine passports consultation, but it was obvious before we even submitted responses that they had decided what they were going to do.

So as my time is limited and precious to me I’m not going to waste it. I am sure people will downtick me for this but I am fatigued with trying and this consultation is no different to any other they have published – mere window dressing.

Bye bye Trudeau. It was not just in Ottawa either. Freedom convoys took place in Toronto, Vancouver, Edmonton, Victoria, Calgary and Winnipeg. That’s a rather large ‘fringe’. Trudeau, I hope, is the first of many to fall. The whole corrupt edifice needs to be cleaned up.

Coincidentally, I notice Chris Whitty has done a ‘Trudeau’ as well.

I refer to the quote

‘The movement received an endorsement Thursday from Tesla and SpaceX founder Elon Musk, who tweeted, “Canadian truckers rule” and the movement has become a cause celebre for many on the right of politics in the United States.’

The ‘right’? No, just people who believe in civil liberties, free speech, other aspects of individual freedom, including medical freedom.

This used to be most of us. ‘Decent people’ looked on with horror at, say, the National Front or the Communist Party … or the Monday Club.

Since the far left is so fond of calling everything a dog whistle, it is only to be expected that they have plenty of dog whistles themselves. “The right” is one of theirs. For quite a while now they have been working very hard to engrain certain terms deep into people’s psyches. Words like “racist”, “right wing”, “supremacist”, “hate speech”. And they have been successful. Become associated with any of these terms and everyone stops listening to you. It does not matter what you have to say, what you did, what you want to do.

And this also ties into social media censorship. It is imperative that no one gets to hear what the target of this attack has to say. People must only hear what other people have to say about it.

And this is what the media and politicians do. Someone starts to rebel? Well, they must be right-wing extremists, spewing hate speech. And the common folk start to distance themselves from the rebel. Of course, this only works if you’re aiming it at a handful of relatively unknown people. But when you aim it at a large chunk of the population, there is no one left to fool.

Loving it, let’s hope it is the first overthrow of a Government with many more to come. What these bastards all across the world have jointly, and knowingly, done over the last two years needs to be dealt with. None of us voted for a New Normal, none of us voted for draconian measures. None of us should accept any of these measures and if the ERM, Gates, Fauci or any Government want them then we have to overthrow them.

Don’t be a fool, they are eagerly waiting for some overthrows (or rather attempts of such) to happen, in order to crack down with double strength “for democracy”. Just look at the Trump-Biden blueprint.

The truckers did very well for not overthrowing anything, but the cunning coward cunTrudeau still tried to implicate them as a security threat by fleeing (this is supposed to imply to the dumb mass that there was some sort of serious threat that had to be averted).

Spot on. Anything remotely “violent” – e.g. a firecracker at the end of a demonstration – ensures the entire event gets turned into a “far-right, extremist” happening. Just let the public see the truth. As more & more unpleasant, unavoidable facts & absurdities rear their heads, many people are beginning to understand that the official narrative about covid is a charade. A 75km long convoy of people threatened with massive fines, derided by the mass media, and facing the possibility of losing their jobs speaks for itself: courage is being displayed because this is a really important issue!
Another good strategy is to present people publicly with simple facts about the crumbling covid narrative that they are already thinking themselves: scrawled on a wall, a signpost or a bridge where people see it every day. Graffiti for the people in other words! For example: “It’s official: the vaccines don’t work“, “No vaccine no rights. Your choice“, “Bring back free speech“, “Beware government misinformation“, “Don’t be evil. Cancel Google!“, “How long are we going to put up with this?“, “Two jabs good. More jabs bad” and so on.

The deadwood MSM such as the BBC – their job was to deliver the Covidian mass formation psychosis, a task they achieved spectacularly well, not just this nation, all of the G7.

Slaves don’t “fit in”… they obey without question; they kneel to restrictions and humiliating deprivations willfully; they toil away on ever shrinking incomes, becoming evermore dependent on state benevolence whilst the ruling elites gorge and enrich themselves greatly; meanwhile the 99% get to embrace all the facets of this utopian “You’ll own nothing and be happy” greater-good society.

What irony? There’s nothing these sell-out globalist worshiping leftist ministers hate and fear more than an actual working-class uprising, let’s go Canadian Truckers…

Justin Trudeau and family move to secret location as Canada trucker protests spark security fears, report says

https://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/justin-trudeau-trucker-convoy-protest-canada-b2003458.html#Echobox=1643474928

Is this the point where they try to portray the protesters as ‘dangerous’ as Trudy ‘fears for his life’? Perhaps they fear a ‘terrorist attack’ from among these fanatical Canadians?

Good on you Canadian truckers! This momentum must be kept up, and not just in Canada. Because we need a reckoning. The social fabric of societies across the world has been torn apart: constitutions have been trampled on; and gross infringements on liberty coupled with brazen censorship have become the norm. And now we are all to be coerced into a mandatory “vaccination” which will be linked to social privileges and require regular “boosting”. If implemented it means we shall all soon have to report in for a status update several times a year in order to retain our privileges, like prisoners on parole. It all points to outright tyranny.
The people who set all this in motion and supported & maintained it for 2 years under cover of an “emergency” must be held accountable. It’s up to all of us to make the effort to support demonstrations, politicians, media figures and individuals who stand up for our freedom; and to bring the guilty to book.

We need our UK lorry drivers to do the same. Perhaps it could include all the delivery drivers, bus drivers, and ambulance drivers.

Trudeau deserves the world’s scorn. He is by far the worst PM Canada has ever had, and is a coward of enormous proportions. Despite being a coward, he believes he has the right to control the thoughts of Canadians through unethical emergency laws.

Mr Trudeau, show some honour by resigning immediately.

I’d rather he show some honour from the bunker, in another way that cannot be said without being perma-banned.

Unsurprisingly, the freedom convoy was predicted by the Simpson’s years ago, right down to Trudeau fleeing the scene.

If they’re suggesting his location should be revealed that could put him at risk from the violent far-right truckers, so it’s pretty much incitement.

Greetings from Canada. The Freedom Convoy has caught the country’s imagination; I’ve seen nothing like this since Terry Fox. Parts of the mainstream media continue to warn of violence and predict another January 6, but the first day went by without incidents.

I’ve spent the whole week blogging on the Convoy’s progress. Everyone is welcome to visit my blog and check out the articles and videos:

Where the British wally Boris Johnson should be is in Derry, laying a wreath for the victims of Bloody Sunday. Then at least people could say he had done one dignified thing in his life.

Meanwhile in the UK:

-. The govt is consulting on sweeping changes to the HRA, notably to give judges the right to reinterpret rights. Marketed as getting out of the clutches of the ECHR but ultimately to limit the scope of existing rights whilst at the same time qualifying them by reference to “common good” obligations.

– The policing and crime bill sought to criminalise almost all protests not even close to those on the scale of Canada

– True freedom of speech underpinning all other rights, freedoms and values in our society under severe threat via official legal routes and general woke cancel culture most obviously the cancellation of what used to constitute science under the fake guise of preventing ‘misinformation’ (open definition).

A cynic might say all of these have been purposefully stoked up as being necessary by the govt and police’s inaction on illegal immigration, the non policing of BLM protests, and permitting the continuance of non crime hate incidents being pursued despite the Miller case in order to provide the incontrovertible solution which marries up nicely with the inhuman puritanical system of global governance our western govts seem intent on pushing on us.

I recently saw an interview on YouTube with ex Canadian PM, Stephen Harper, and the gulf in maturity and intellect between he and his successor was mind blowing.

The repellant little mincer, whose gaff proneness, extremist wokery, and low IQ, has somehow managed to cling on through three elections, although the latter two he has received less votes than the Conservative challenger. But still, a lot of Canadians vote for him and that is the puzzling part in this…

He does have the full backing of Canada’s very limited and poor mainstream media, especially their equivalent of BBC, known as CBC.

I was at a big rock concert a few days ago. One of the guitarists spoke on the mic between songs to tell us how he had come all the way from Canada. I think he was expecting a big cheer but instead there was this awkward silence that I interpreted as everyone cringing and thinking “Ouch, sorry to hear that”. If I had more powerful lungs I would have loved to yell “fuck Trudeau” during that silence.

Justin Trudeau: “There’s a level of admiration I actually have for China. Their basic dictatorship is actually allowing them to turn their economy around on a dime and say, ‘We need to go green, we want to start investing in solar’.”

“Up to 50000 truckers” – how many were there really? Apparently nobody knows in these modern times.

In the aerial videos in front of parliament you could see maybe a couple hundred trucks plus perhaps a few thousand people.

And keep in mind that a bit over 100000 truckers in total work in Canada, 15% of them unvaccinated. Somehow it seems rather unlikely that 35000 unvaccinated ones would join the protest out of solidarity, as much as we’d like it to be true…

Do you mean 35K vaccinated ones?

Unthinkable that the vaccinated would stand up for other people’s right to choose. Could lead to informed consent, freedom of speech and other horrors. Thank God we have macho Trudeau to stand up to these people!

Sometimes you sound quite intelligent – at other times really quite a dullard. Are you playing to the audience, perhaps?

Perhaps it’s because you’re socially inept, so you find it hard to believe other people may just have selfless and honourable intentions.

You sound like quite a sad person, actually.

News just in, the truckers have won:

Proof that protest is crucial in the fight against tyranny.

According to Saskatchewan’s premier, the province will end the current proof of negative test and proof of vaccination policy “in the not-too-distant future.”

Hardly ‘winning’. Why not end it today? Here we go with the ‘tide is turning – house of cards collapsing’ nonsense.

If they can tell us how many vehicles and armaments of all sizes President Putin has on the Ukrainian border, then I daresay the size of a convoy of trucks on straight roads across the prairies can be estimated. Don’t you think?

The bottom line is this. Even the jabbed now know at least twenty people with covid, all triple jabbed. What exactly was the purpose of these jabs? People are beginning to wake up. Many adverse events and deaths post vaxx. Cdc VAERS, Joel Smalley data. More information coming from practicing cardiologists, paediatricians, neurologists, ob/gyn, intensivists, psychiatrists.

when people like Justin refuse to accept the reality, because? Well, I will leave that question right there. I think I know why, but wouldn’t want to say anything unkind.

It is Trudeau that has proven himself to be “anti-science, anti-government and anti-society“. It is Trudeau that is now the “fringe“. He has to resign, and his entire government with it.

There’s a report that Hidin’ Justin will deliver remarks and hold a media availability later this morning (Jan 31, 2022). This should be entertaining, if nothing else. Assuming of course it happens. I’m sure his large squadron of speechwriters have worked tirelessly these past several days to cobble something that won’t make him sound like a complete nutter. 😉

For ”escorted out of their home and taken to a secret location in the capital, read ”bundled out in the dead of night, and carried, quaking with fear, to a secret location in a different part of the world”.

I note that the infandous Trudeau allegedly has the coof.

If true, it merely emphasises that these jabs are totally useless at preventing infection and transmission. Any very limited efficacy they might contain disappears in about two months.

As an aside, the BBC’s journalists appear to have collective myopia as none of them managed to notice the 60,000 50-mile long convoy!!
