The Institute of Economic Affairs has calculated that the Government's expected 'Plan B' restrictions could cost the British economy £4 billion per month.
Sajid Javid has mentioned that the Government will introduce 'Plan B' in the future if it thinks that the restrictions, which include vaccine passports and mask mandates, are necessary.
