A furious council has discovered that hundreds of asylum seekers have been dumped in its city, despite telling the Home Office it was full. The Mail has the story.
Portsmouth City Council found that 55 private rental properties were being used to house a minimum of three asylum seekers each last week.
The migrants have been staying in homes of multiple occupation (HMO) – not council housing.
It comes just two years after James Hill, Portsmouth’s Director of Housing, told the Home Office that the “system’s capacity was such that we couldn’t support additional asylum seekers”.
But when a public meeting was hosted in July by Amanda Martin, the Labour MP for Portsmouth North, figures showed the number of private rentals being used to house migrants had increased from 10 at the end of 2019 to 58 in April 2024, the Times first reported.
The council confirmed with the Home Office last week that the number is now at 55, according to the newspaper. …

The news comes amid nationwide protests against the housing of illegal immigrants.
More than 40 anti-immigration demonstrators confronted almost 30 activists holding Stand Up to Racism placards outside the Royal Beach Hotel. Some on the anti-immigration side hung a banner which said “protect our children” outside the hotel.

What this really shows is that councils do know but keep lying until they are rumbled then plead ignorance. You can bet some of the higher placed council staff are the owners of these HMO’s they will have been first in.
There’ll be a real or confected ‘nuclear ’ crisis in India/Iran/Pakistan over which Starmer makes yet another blunder, whilst 10000 of our troops are ‘peace keeping’ in Ukraine. That’ll be the excuse for the uprising of the UK invaders, over which the Government will be caught wrong footed, powerless, and politically unable to turn against Muslims. Who will provide leadership (clearly not the Labour Cabinet)? Trump will exact serious terms for intervening, which might be just what is needed. Will the terms be serious enough to remove KC3…fingers crossed

Somewhat OT, but what does that midget policewoman in the top image think she is going to achieve by hanging off the arm of the fellow with the black and yellow T-shirt? Her hands barely encircle his biceps. One swing of his elbow and she’ll be another female plod with a broken nose.

I must say I’m heartened to be seeing more of these vids, of men with ladders going out and about putting up England flags. Tower Hamlets here, wonder if they’re still up…lol;

Dave Atherton gets lots of people writing to him with their experiences of living near migrants. As I keep saying, how are they even having the time to loiter and make nuisances of themselves totally unsupervised? Nobody taking responsibility for knowing their whereabouts and how they’re filling all of the hours in the day. It’s a recipe for disaster;

Gotta agree with Adam Brooks. If the nation’s flag upsets you, but other countries ( such as ‘Palestine’ ) don’t, then you’re not right in the head and don’t belong. I don’t care if you’re born in England, 1st, 2nd generation migrant or what. Clear off! Go live in the country you do support. The country’s got that many subservient dhimmis now, that’s what it is. Happy to play second fiddle to the invaders, to lie back and willingly be conquered by hostiles that don’t even respect us, let alone like us or our culture. Flicking though alternative tele yesterday when a BBC Documentary- “1976 Scarborough”came on ! It made me cry , still miserable now & it’s my birthday 🎂
Thank you so much for mentioning that documentary, which is actually available to watch for free on Youtube, along with several other interesting (and heartrending) documentaries of how “This Green and Pleasant Land” used to be. I don’t know how others may feel, but to me, this land of my ancestors is a little glimpse of Eden.
Our treasonous politicians inserting The Muslim Army into every nook and cranny of the British Isles, awaiting the signal to attack the helplessly unarmed White Population, and to plant the Black Flag of Islam over the Houses of Parliament…
…while sending our decimated Armed Forces off to yet another Pointless Foreign War, leaving their own ancestral homeland unprotected…

I read in the torygraph that the tower hamlets flags had been torn down by the council.
They are doing all they can to provoke us, and sooner or later it’s gonna blow.
