In this week’s episode of London Calling, James and I disagree about how Rishi Sunak came to be crowned Prime Minister. I think it’s because he’s the only leadership candidate acceptable to the financial markets and James thinks it’s a globalist coup orchestrated by the WEF. But we do at least agree that the the phrase ‘globalist coup’ is not anti-Semitic. In addition, we discuss the Just Stop Oil protestors vandalising the waxwork of King Charles in Madame Tussaud’s – why attack a person who agrees with you about absolutely everything? – and argue about whether they’re in cahoots with the deep state or just very, very stupid. Finally, in Culture Corner, we talk about Adam Curtis’s new documentary about post-Soviet Russia, season two of Barbarians and The Bear, which we both rather like.

im sure it’s partly because most on here are just sighing about the never ending belief in the system being cocked up but ok.
Anyway an email I sent to my friends about Rishi:
I just read about the company Sunak was a founding member of Theleme Partners. Being an occult hobbyist person I recognised that Thelema was a name associated with Aleister Crowley, who called himself the Beast 666 and preached “Do what though wilt shall be the whole of the Law. A Satanist basically.
How odd that this disciple of WEF and son in law WEF digital ID master Infosys, should choose Theleme as the name of the investment vehicle that ended up bank rolling Moderna….It’s almost like he chose the 33rd degree Masons new hedonistic Religion for a reason.
Weird.

Sunak was a founding partner of Theleme Partners, a major investor in Moderna, and one of the executives managing its US office. He left the firm in 2013, returning to the UK to pursue his political career.
It is not known whether the chancellor retained any investment in the Theleme fund after leaving. Theleme is registered in the Cayman Islands, a tax haven which does not make company records public. Ordinarily, a partner in a hedge fund would own a stake in the management company and have money invested in its fund.
A year ago, Sunak declared in the list of ministers’ interests that he was the beneficiary of a blind trust. The contents of the trust have not been disclosed to the public.
Stock market filings show that Theleme has a $500m (£377m) investment in the US-based Moderna, which accounts for around 20% of all the money it manages, about $2.5bn.

Thelemahttp://oto-usa.org/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/Ace-of-Swords-189×300.jpgThe religion known as Thelema was founded in 1904 by the English poet and mystic Aleister Crowley (1875 – 1947), who is regarded as its prophet. Those who follow the path of Thelema are called Thelemites.
Thelema emphasizes individualism, and the uniqueness of each person’s Will. As a result, it is very difficult to make blanket statements about its nature or (still more so) the natures of its adherents. Even the label “religion” fits Thelema awkwardly in some contexts — it is in other senses a philosophy and a way of life, while also overlapping with the set of practices and symbols commonly called “Magick”.
In this section of the U.S. Grand Lodge O.T.O. site we offer what can only be a bare introduction to Thelema, covering Thelema’s founder Aleister Crowley, Thelemic theology, our calendar and customs, and a brief description of the O.T.O.’s sister Order, the A∴A∴. We strongly encourage you to use these resources as a gateway to your own explorations. “There is joy in the setting out; there is joy in the journey; there is joy in the goal.”
Kind of lame that the founder of the FSU needs to screen their own members to comment on this site
So lame I’m not sure ho long I can stick with it.
