The Australian state of Queensland has suspended more than 4,000 healthcare workers for refusing the vaccine. Health Minister Yvette D’Ath remarked that the healthcare system would be able to cope without these employees, with the figure only encompassing around 3% of the total healthcare workforce. Those who have not received the vaccine are still receiving full pay but will soon be asked for their reasons as to not getting jabbed and then suspended with immediate effect. Sky News Australia has the story.
“There will be some disruptions, but we are managing those disruptions… we have been planning for this”, she said.
“We have a number of staff who will now go through a show-cause process and we will put in place measures to manage any workforce shortages that might occur”.
Under Queensland’s current guidelines anyone working in the healthcare system must have received their first dose by September 30th and a second dose by late October.
The 4,000 who do not fill this criteria will be asked to explain why they have not received the vaccine and then be suspended with immediate effect.
“There are 7,000 health workers who have not come forward saying they are vaccinated, but 3,000 of those are on [long service or maternity] leave”, D’Ath said.
“There are 4,000 who have not been vaccinated and will be given their show cause and will be suspended with full pay.
“I have every confidence that these numbers [of vaccinated health care workers] will continue to grow each day, just as we saw when we mandated vaccinations with our aged care workers”.
D’Ath said more than 92% of Queensland health workers have had one dose and all aged care workers had received one dose and 96.3% were fully vaccinated.

So do I. Governments can work incredible tricks with numbers.
Time for the vaccinated to stand up and be counted – work to rule. If they choose not to there will come a time in the future that they will regret not doing so.
How does this stack up against unfair dismissal laws? Can you be fired for not taking experimental medication?
Is why they have ‘only’ been suspended.

Would it not be more accurate to say: are being suspended, pending dismissal, for refusing to prove their innocence?
That will be my take, when the demand comes from my employer to reveal my medical status: whether I’ve had zero clot-shots or ten is none of their business. I may choose to tell them after the winnings from the unfair dismissal suit have ensured a comfortable retirement.

In a perverse way, those who have merely lost their job because they refused to jab up under the vaxx mandates may be the lucky ones – those who are forced to take the jab can not rest easy – as put by Dani, a truck driver based in Geelong, Victoria, who was forced to get a shot of Pfizer under Dan Andrews’ ‘vaccine’ mandate and now can not work at all because of constant tremors which have continued 19 days after the jab (the neurological side-effects are pushing cardio effects for top booby prize):
“I got the jab to keep my job. But now I have no job, because the jab did its job!”
This is a lose-lose situation – refuse the shot and lose your job, or take the dodgy shot and still potentially lose your job because it makes you unable to work because of health damage.
Meanwhile, up north, in Cairns, Queensland, ‘public health’ officials are scratching their heads over how to get the homeless (mostly Indigenous peoples) jabbed up. They can’t threaten them with disincentives, like loss of employment, and even inducements like giving volunteers $25 a shot or free ice-creams in pop-up jab facilities in parks frequented by the homeless are attracting precisely zero clients.
A year ago I thought this could never happen because a few well-funded individuals would win in the courts and the government would get back in its box. They are conspicuous by their absence.

Aren’t all (civilised) nations signed up to the Nurnberg Code, which specifically states that coercion to take a medical procedure is forbidden, and that any such procedure must be by fully informed consent??
