Thought it was important to share what has appeared at my brothers work (he is a line chef for a small restaurant chain):

The language is just awful and has got us all pretty livid. Makes it worse that he is one of the few sceptics and has decided to decline his vaccine much to the char-grin of his workmates.
Be useful if someone with a legal background so summary how legal the overall content is.

FYI this could be a duplicate post as one sent from my partners account (confusing with the way posts are added).
Forward to PJH Law. They are collating this sort of thing and preparing precedent letters for employees in certain fields, specifically care home workers but I imagine more widely in due course.
