Hi All
My brother, who works for a small chain restaurant as a line chef sent me this picture today of a newsletter/poster put in the staff area of the kitchen:

Well, we (myself and my partner) are furious to say the least - my brother is shocked as well.
Looks to us as well that most of this is fear mongering at the nex' level given most of it is contradictory and also factually incorrect.
A sorry state to say the least.
Wonder if anyone with a legal background can critique this and give a summary of how bad it appears.
