Yes I agree again Richard T, the posts from Nobody are absolutely first class and they have removed any doubt at all from my mind that this is whole saga is nothing short of the biggest CON in human history.

The CON dear Fon is NPI's, lockdown, contracts for friends and relations of government ministers, relentless psychological warfare, ubiquitous adverts on radio telling lies about asymptomatic transmission, Covid can live in surfaces for days, the need for a vaccination programme.
I could go on Fon but l have to get to work trying to salvage a business decimated by your wonderful desire for lockdowns.
If you really want to save lives Fon, as l do, start by realising and agreeing the government and SAGE are being very very very economical with the truth.

But what is the con? If there is a con, it was merely a desperate , monomanical reliance on the medical establishment to do their job, namely to stop CononaVirus. Keeping things short, the medical establishment merely waited and reached for the most effective tool ever devised for stopping an a viral epidemic, a vaccination program. And the most effective tool seems to have DADA stopped the viral epidemic again!
So what are the complaints about? My advice, it's over, it's rapidly getting smaller in the rear view mirror. Go to weatherpoons, have a burger and a beer now and start to enjoy the rest of your life. We've just been through the greatest convulsion of our lives and survived. It's a good thing. The dead are buried and the bird still sing in the bushes. We're the lucky ones.
I suspect many sceptics will be unhappy when we go back to normal, and they will finally have to concede their conspiracy theories (The con) were wrong. The success of vaccines will be difficult for many to concede, even though they will be the beneficiaries.
The poorer parts of the world (and that's the majority of the population) will be in the midst of covid for the next 2-3 years. Will they keep on denying the seriousness?
