Thanks everyone for your input. I've thought long and hard about it and I've decided to do everything I can to withdraw the show from production. It's a tiny act of resistance but I can't stand by and do nothing.
Well done you will be on the right side of history. Presumably you made the reasons for your withdrawal clear. In no time there will be lots of opportunities elsewhere for you. If this nonsense carries on the community that is now forming very rapidly (re: no to discrimination and restrictions and measures etc) will simply keep on growing.
I’m pleased to say that the theatre relented today and removed the restriction. A tiny victory but it feels good!
"opening early next year" Q1 of 2022 is a while away and if the predictions are correct the world will be a very different place. No-one has a crystal ball but there are some real analysts out there that know how to predict trends.
