It’s nice to see they are also getting the inclusion message across as well. Although representing only 3% of the population of Scotland, I’m not sure depicting a black person on the cover is, what shall I say, inclusive. Or perhaps they are trying to put out the massage that it is the BAME community in Scotland than need teaching some manners. Who knows what these people are thinking when they issue such drivel.
