As we are all aware the figures for covid are rising and will probably continue to do so going into the winter. All those members of staff who have been vaccinated twice will shortly be able to have their third booster. As previously can you please advise myself of the date you receive your booster as soon as you receive it or book a date. This will keep our records complete.
Please can we remind everyone to continue to be vigilant when mixing in crowded places, shops etc and to continue to sanitise your hands regularly.
We feel justified also in asking all members of staff to please wear a mask again when moving from one department to another.
All visitors should also wear a mask and have their temperature taken before entering the building.
Department heads please print this email and give to anyone not on the email list.

Which seems entirely contrary to the reports hereabouts that the number of cases has been falling (as if case numbers has any relevance in any case).
Interesting times when I get back to work next week (I am currently on holiday).

The only way to defeat such requirements is to resist. A friend is in the same position and likely to lose her job. She is looking at building a case for unfair dismissal. Surely forced vaccination is against our human rights and can be challenged? Maybe a lawyer could comment and advise on the necessary course of action.
Perhaps you can take the opportunity to attempt educating your employer. The belief in quite a few of their recommendations is for the birds.
