Try strengthening your immune system using methods that actually do strengthen it. (Aka the "Grow a Braincell" principle.)

To be fair to the issuers of promotional leaflets to us, they (the NHS) never promised that they would inhibit transmission. They actually said, in the March issue: “We do not yet know whether it will stop you from catching and passing on the virus”. They might have been told what to believe in since then, I suppose, by the usual suspects.
