UK based employer with UK flagged vessels has denied me, a British seafarer, a job and in emails the employer stated this is because of my immunisation status.
I have shown the email evidence to my union, Nautilus International who have told me essentially to get immunised and the employer in question had told them they were not discriminating despite telling me otherwise.
What should I do or who could I go to?

well the shipping lines don't want him because he might get barred from lots of ports, a seafarer who cannot sail anywhere may as well stay on dry land!
