GCSE Exams are Becoming Tools of ‘Anti-Racist’ Indoctrination

by Steven Tucker
13 April 2025 7:00 AM

The recent petition from educators pleading with the Government not to show the Netflix drama Adolescence in UK schools under the bizarre pretence that it is a ‘documentary’ was one I would have happily signed during my own previous life as a teacher. My time in the classroom was 15-20 years ago now, but I felt even at the time that the English Literature curriculum I taught was chiefly valued by its creators as a convenient means for ensuring the political re-wiring of captive pupils.

Compulsory set texts for examination tended to focus excessively on issues like race relations and socialist-type concerns, such as To Kill a Mockingbird and Of Mice and Men. Most such books were American, encouraging kids to view these subjects through a distorted US-centric prism, and had obviously been chosen due to their ideological message not their innate quality as literature.

“In a blog, Tacon provides several key reasons why The Princess and the Hustler should be read in UK schools, not one of which is ‘because it’s a good play’. Instead, it’s all just pious cant like: “[Because] young people need stories about people like them fighting for what they believe in.” ”

I wonder how this Tacon person felt about pupils and fellow teachers who refused to wear a mask, social distance and get “vaccinated” during “covid”. Was she supportive?

The Globalists/Establishment seem determined to eradicate the white British. I’m beginning to think that they will succeed. It won’t quite happen in my lifetime (I’ll be shuffling off around 2050) but I expect by the time my (childless) adult sons follow me they will be among the last of the few.

For other reasons, I recently thought back to General Studies A-level over 50-years ago – a long-defunct option intended to broaden students’ horizons (and provide an achievable third A-level for weaker students). No course work and minimal revision, just an exam that was basically a general knowledge test.

An hour’s diversion from A-level graft on a Friday afternoon, with a choice of extracurricular reading, that for me included Animal Farm, Nineteen Eighty Four and Brave New World – books recommended to us by a head teacher who later became the local vicar.

We also had to write a short essay on a mutually agreed topic – I ended up precising a book of the moment, The Hidden Persuaders, for the topic of Advertising and Propaganda.

What then used to be quaintly called a liberal education, not teaching what to think but how to think. Those were the days…

‘Anti-racism’ = racism against white people. There’s obviously a major problem with anti-racism in South Africa. Speaking of Africa, a Nigerian Mayor in Cambridgeshire seemed to have a problem with somebody on a Reform stall asking him to ”speak clearly”;

In Wisbech, Cambs the Conservative Mayor Sidney Imafidon tried to shut down a stall run by Reform UK party.

It was legal, so the Nigerian heritage Imafidon complained about “hate speech”. He is accused of trying to incite people to say naughty words. Here is @CambsCops
with a partially deaf man, who had asked Imafidon to “speak clearly”.

The copper explains it could be a hate crime.”

This is him, apparently;

”Why is he mayor of a small rural market town?

His Instagram says he’s proudly African.
Who voted him in? ”

Teaching children what to think rather than how to think is only likely to turn them out to be fanatics. Anyone with any first-hand acquaintance of some of these teenagers could testify to that. They will shout you down rather than engage in debate.

Nor does anyone having worked in the public sector, especially in the sainted NHS, need to be reminded that the sectarian system of governance called diversity has resulted in many people of colour developing a paranoia based merely on what someone else looks like if they do not look like themselves. Damage that is probably irreversible.

At the same time, this sectarian system of diversity has given those not of colour such an identity crisis that it verges on personality disintegration. The Edwardians would have described poor Ms Tacon as having ‘gone native’. But in her case without ever leaving the shores of Britain.

During the Tottenham Outrage of 1909 some Edwardians accused others of treating foreigners ‘like pets’. All those who promote the system of diversity are perpetuating an arrangement based on race that was operated during the British Empire. So much for decolonisation.

a definition of a police state

In a free society, that is in a stateless society, a free market would exist, for every kind of service, which businesses could address in whatsoever way they considered a competitive manner. Some organisations may offer policing services on a subscription basis, some may work through insurance providers and perhaps, more likely, a presently unimaginable solution would yet be found to whatever need for policing services existed. That model would then constantly evolve and improve; driven by demand and consumer choice.
A policing organisation that started to behave as we see cops funded via stolen money (taxation) behave, would most likley find their customers rapidly departed to a better provider – I mean, for starters: who wants to pay for a gang of bullies conducting themselves in such a inefficient and costly manner. Such poor public relations would backfire unless, that is, they come to your door and Taser you if you do not pay for their protection racket.
If they did Taser you for not paying it would be clear you needed the services of a better operation who would start their contract with you by getting the ugly Taser and theft cops, BadCop Inc, off your back. A business that intended to force you to place your business with them would need to have a far more subtle method of capturing and retaining your business.
One good way of making you stay with ‘BadCop Inc’ would be to provide their nasty violence based monopolistic service free of charge. That would have the effect of making it very difficult for widespread competition to get started as they would need to fund their service in some way. Conversely BadCop Inc. could fund their service through a charge made on everything everyone sells including everyone’s time they sell at ‘work’. BadCop could simultaneously take a slice on the earnings of everything everybody buys too.
But nonetheless people would not be happy. They would quickly realise that BadCop Inc. was just running the mother of all protection rackets. BadCop would have to take more money and provide, monopolistically, more supposed ‘benefits’ or their ‘customers’ would realise they were just being enslaved. So BadCop could open schools, to indoctrinate their public from the get-go, allow their ‘customers’ to vote for who, from a list, the next BadCop boss will be, BadCop could build roads so they can get about and collect their tithe. BadCop could see their friend’s business’ made money from the enterprise too and could tell these corporate cooperators what to do, such as making sure the papers, radio and TV never tell the enslaved public any sort of truth.
With all this enterprise at their hands BadCop would still have one big problem: it would slowly but surely rot from the inside out and the public would eventually see for themselves its ugliness and its threat. To counter this BadCop Inc. would have to continuously stupefy their enslaved public, make them believe BadCop is essential for humanity, and, whilst keeping their threat of violence always visible, cast themselves and their regime of violence as being utterly legitimate. Make people believe in them. Surround themselves with ceremony, ritual, costumes and badges. Make it a cult. This may be an inefficient and expensive business plan but it is the only viable option if BadCop wants to remain in business.

Reply to  EUbrainwashing

In a somewhat stateless society, namely, during the middle ages, property was defined What you can hold on to despite others are trying to take it from you with violent means, people on horseback with swords and lances and armed retainers on foot coming for you with the intent to kill you, your family and your retainers.

I stopped reading the comment after this nonsense assertion.

I suspect that “Climate denial” i.e. being sceptical will be another reason for exams to be marked down – not toeing the “approved” line

The nation goes further down the drain and is surely now the international laughing stock. Why put up with this nonsense? A tip to those students of white ethnicity in Britain, especially if they are able. Clear out of the country and e.g. work in another nation of mainly none white ethnicity and the problem vanishes. My guess is we are going to see many other nations solve their demographic deficits (eg East Asian countries) by syphoning off able graduates from Britain who are tired listening to garbage about their white ethnicity. It is an obvious move for other countries to make. The biggest barrier is language but technology is much reducing this issue, so we can expect a growing exodus from Britain. Like all Marxist systems (which is what Britain now is) they always reach the stage where they have to stop people leaving.
