During the run-up to the General Election, one of the strangest points made by some politicians was that the country needs to invest more in Net Zero.
“Net Zero is economic growth, the opportunities are huge but we have to grasp them,” said SNP leader Stephen Flynn in a BBC televised debate.

Green eco fascism/net zero is mostly a money laundering scheme. As a local councillor once, I revealed the miserable fraud, paybacks and bribes to install on perfectly wonderful farmland, a massive solar panel farm. None of the usual processes were followed. Faux consultations. The project was fast-tracked, but so were the bribes and payments. Everyone made money including gov’t workers, politicians and the media, not to mention the corporations involved. It has 0 to do with Gaia. It has evthg to do with sin and greed.
Same entirely for wind farms in Wales.
Subsidy farms.
The Greatest Pseudo Scientific Fraud ever perpetrated on an unsuspecting public who are punch drunk on Climate Propaganda that has convinced them that they need to hand over total control of the world’s wealth and resources to technocrats they never heard of and never voted for and who are going to control every aspect of their life. —–They think your lifestyle is too affluent. They think you consume too much. They want to ration your energy, your car use, your flights, your food, and they want to KEEP YOU DOWN. They will do that by removing affordable reliable energy and fobbing you off with unaffordable unreliable energy based on a pack of lies about the climate and send you the bill for the Trillions it will cost.
…and keep filling their superyachts with diesel at our expense.
Limpet mine, anyone?
It’s basically theft from the British people.
When we were told “you will own nothing” that’s exactly what they mean. Because they intend to own everything.
“Net Zero is economic growth, the opportunities are huge but we have to grasp them,”
(Emphasis mine)
“But”? Freudian slip there. For if he knew they were truly opportunities, he would have said “and”.
Interesting.
I suspect most 1st generation immigrants came here to escape crappy low carbon lifestyles.
Maybe that might help persuade someone of them to go home?
That’d be a result.
There must be some good investment opportunities here! If you can’t beat them, join them.
Nutcases, ideologues, grifters, and sinister charlatans. Thank you for exposing this.
Governments investing in anything is the same as gentlemen standing at pub urinals investing in breweries.
Former Conservative MP Chris Skidmore is earning at least £420 an hour from his green consultancy for advising on decarbonisation. I would, free of charge, advise his clients that they are wasting their money. The problem is that it is your money they are wasting.
