The Hallett Inquiry Is Pointless if It Refuses to Consider the Fact That Covid Was Clearly the Result of Genetic Engineering in China

by Richard Eldred
1 December 2023 7:00 PM

In the Mail, Prof. Angus Dalgleish, a co-author of a scientific paper on the origins of SARS-CoV-2, claims that the virus is incompatible with natural evolution and urges the Covid Inquiry to focus on uncovering the truth behind the virus’s origin. Here’s an excerpt:

The phrase is straight out of Yes Minister. Michael Gove’s evidence to the Covid Inquiry on Tuesday was cut off for straying into what a smooth-talking Government lawyer deemed “a somewhat divisive issue”.

Gove, a Cabinet minister for most of the past 13 years, ventured to state that “there is a significant body of judgment that believes that the virus itself was man-made”. …

As Yes Minister’s Sir Humphrey might put it, the Secretary of State apparently forgot what it was he wasn’t supposed to know. In fact, what Gove called the “significant body of judgment” is overwhelming.

Chinese molecular biologists took a coronavirus that occurs naturally in bats and altered its genes – to an extent that cannot occur naturally – so as to make it exceptionally contagious in humans.

Any notion that this novel coronavirus arose from contaminated bat meat sold in the wet market at Wuhan is a fairytale for the credulous, a juvenile explanation that insults the intelligence of every serious virologist.

The Chinese are to blame for the Covid pandemic and the deaths (estimated at seven million globally) and long-term illnesses it caused, as well as the incalculable damage to the world’s economy – to the extent that it would not be inappropriate for nations to demand substantial reparations from Beijing.

The mere fact that this disease arose in the same city as the Wuhan Institute of Biology, China’s premier top-level ‘biosafety’ laboratory, should be enough to make any investigator suspicious.

Yet shamefully, the Covid Inquiry lawyer Hugo Keith KC slapped down Mr. Gove for even beginning to approach the subject.

Gove’s point ought to be central to the Inquiry. He was admitting that the Government was “not as well prepared as we should have been” because “the virus was novel”. In other words, the medical establishment was blindsided. This virus was unprecedented because it was in part created by man.

All this I can say with certainty because I was the co-author of a scientific paper that first made Government officials aware of the facts, in March 2020. …

In SARS-CoV-2, we have a wildly contagious virus that mirrors man-made genetic mutations previously produced by scientists. And all of this happens in a city where China’s foremost virus research labs are based, with some specialising in coronaviruses isolated from bats found in caves many hundreds of miles away from the city.

Michael Gove was warned not to speak of this because it was a “somewhat divisive issue”. The only division, as far as I can see, is between the blatantly obvious and the wilfully blind.

If the Covid Inquiry was genuinely interested in discovering the truth behind the pandemic, the origin of this novel virus – and its intriguing genetic specificity – would be its main focus.

Worth reading in full.

Not quite. It is a a lesson to us how awful ‘the Science’s is compared to science. The former is a theological weapon and the latter is a tool to understand the world.

The origins of covid (if covid exists) are interesting for 3 reasons
1) If it’s lab-made then we need to know about it so that we can consider whether such projects should continue
2) We also need to know how much we have been lied to about this particular aspect
3) It may reveal more about the exact reasons and mechanisms by which countries were in lockstep with measures that had nothing to do with public health or reality

But there are other IMO more fundamental issues as I have set out before, around the proper limits of state power, forced medical treatment.

There cannot be any point to the inquiry because no-one in a position of power has anything to gain from admitting the truth, because they were all in on the scam. The only way it could work would be for there to be a considerable political force whose position was that the whole thing was folly and evil, who could appoint their own investigators and advocates, subpoena witnesses and question them in a hostile fashion. In the UK, no such political force exists.

Things are much much worse than most DS articles seem to want to admit. The covid scam was orders of magnitude more evil and stupid than anything else in human history given the global scope and scale.

I think focusing on the origin is probably a distraction we can do without.

Or put more simply, if we discover it was man-made, does that make what was done more justifiable, or less, than if we discover it was natural, or vice-versa? I would say it makes no difference.

After the millions of words written about “covid”, all that needs to be said, all that needed to be said from the start and repeated ad nauseam, was “It’s just a cold/flu, move on”. To anyone claiming it wasn’t just the flu, ask them to prove it.

Re 1), it is entirely possible that several political organisations around the world still have projects similar to that one. Reminds me of the assassination in Salisbury a few years ago.

What really matters is how various politicians and bureaucrats behaved, including the medical trade etc, and how much power they grabbed hold of, and whether it was of any value to normal people. Quite a bit of it is probably not on the agenda for that Inquiry.

Regarding (1) I am sure you are right.

Regarding “what really matters” I also agree with your point and I am depressed and concerned that even supposed sceptics and intelligent men like Prof Dalgleish seem to be missing the basic point so monumentally – a basic point that goes way beyond “viruses” and “public health”.

What we need is an inquiry into the inquiry. I’ve often wondered how much money could be raised to hold just one of these complicit… things, accountable? Is that even legally possible? Surely there’s a strong case to be made for treason. Anyone with a law background?

Given the lack of interest in much simpler aspects of the whole debacle, the China/manmade side of the thing seems positively esoteric.
I have been fuming all day about a) Hancock, a man (I use the word advisedly) who essentially singlehandedly proves there are higher malign powers at work (no one could actually be that stupid without full time care) and b) the idiocy at play at this climate jamboree in, of all places, the UAE. OT I know, but really on both counts I thought the MSM was starting to hedge its bets now. I fear there is a fresh offensive just beginning.

Idiocy? Not sure about that. Those involved are doing very nicely out of the “climate jamboree” and the wider scam.

I totally agree. Idiocy wasn’t really the right word. I suppose I meant that it required idiocy to be taken seriously

Oh yes indeed – I know lots of people who take it seriously and they (in this regard) are idiots. Same people who took “covid” seriously.

Give it a bloody rest. Seven million? Is that figure based on “covid testing”. God give me strength.

There’s some evidence the lab was running projects for the Yanks, but in any case no-one forced non-Chinese countries to have lockdowns, mockdowns, dangerous “vaccines” etc – that was enthusiastically embraced by almost everybody.

And there was no f***ing pandemic.

Where does Omicron fit in ?
I have heard it argued that the Omicron mild virus variant was partly responsible for bringing this whole Covid business into manageable territory by usurping the original type. In which case do we also need to look at whether the Omicron variant was itself deliberately engineered and released to knock the original variant off its perch? If so, then this is further evidence that there was nothing natural about this whole business.

I’m sure I heard on a podcast that there was no natural progression to Omicron and the person (can’t remember who now sorry) actively believed that it was man made and had been designed to be a live vaccine by being more contagious and less severe than the previous variants

Viruses are recombinant defective – “by being more contagious and less severe than the previous variants” describes that natural process perfectly.

Yes, however you can follow their evolutionary path as they develop.

The point being made was there wasn’t a “natural” progression and it appeared to be “man made” (like the original) which made them believe it was intended to be a vaccine

Gove did a great job.

We now know that the panic was induced by the fact that the virus was man made.

We also know, from the pantomime dame wink wink ‘we hear you loud and clear’ from the barrister, no idea his name, in response to the well named Hancock ‘lockdown three weeks earlier’ rehearsed statement, what the whitewash agenda is.

But we’ve known that from the outset of this expensive nonsense.

It’s all a bit like a really sh*t movie.

And, at £200 million, on top of £400 billion, it is yet another nail in the coffin of this government, but, hopefully, the next one as well.

Hence why I have posted elsewhere both the US and China are effectively bankrupt; they are both guilty and responsible for inflicting the worst ever health related event on this planet’s human population. The compensation for the deaths and adverse effects would , if ever subject to judicial scrutiny, would suck all the dollars and renminbis they could print for a very long time; asset sequestration should happen too – they never will…but it should.

Ockhams Razor —The most likely explanation is usually the true one. ———Let’s imagine there is a Yellow Balloon factory in Stourbridge. Then one day the whole of the sky in the West Midlands is full of yellow ballons. ——-Isn’t it likely they came from that factory? Infact isn’t it almost certain?

It’s not pointless to the Establishment. It’s intended to conclude that everything they did was correct and justified …. just a few weeks too late.

The conclusion has already been agreed.

The CIA/DARPA initiated research into using coronaviruses to deliver ‘vaccines” to combat a future bioweapon attack but a foreign power….Dr David E Martin knows every inch of that two decades long process – I recommend his videos as a very deep dive explanation of this.

Fauci funded Baric and used Daszak as “the middleman” – using US taxpayer $s. Baric colluded with Chinese virologists ( Ms Zheng Li and others ) to conduct Gof research – they detailed how they created viable chimeric viruses using bat/rat tissue. They described how they successfully created 2 in a report circa 2015/16. US banned GoF research – Fauci bypassed the ban with Daszak help. Fauci circulated emails detailing certain events – US Judge forces release – among “cc’s” are scientists in Europe, Vallance ( HoR@GSK ) and Farrar (CEO, Wellcome Trust).
Infamous quote in one Fauci email – “it looks engineered” refers to presence of Furin cleavage site in constructed chimeric coronavirus – unknown in any animalian coronavirus – specifically designed to bind to human ACE2 receptor cells to aid replication and induce previously impossible pathenogenicity to humans.

This started the “27 letter denial of man made virus/lab leak/crooked delegation to Wuhan – a true wall of denial. Pangolin/wet market/animal to human leap – all complete gaslighting blx.

Spike protein based so called vaccine screws immune system by fooling it to attack the S1/S2 protein ( NOT the whole viral pathogen if a person is infected “naturally”) – aka ADE a known and documented result of vaccine injections over time and this red flag was waved by concerned scientists who were ignored and worse by HMG/Cabinet/SAGE/PHE/MHRA/UKHSA – the whole rotten caboodle – my cod non science understanding is that “it” would not have to “work” so hard to replicate and thereby retain more of its pathogenic properties; viral recombinant defective process – entirely normal for all viruses which need a host to replicate – would normally result in a significantly more transmissible but less and less infectious mutation each time until it is endemic and non threatening ( unless people are co-morbiditous and or elderly ). Replication in humans who are immune system compromised from repeated mRNA jabs and boosters ( Ig3/ig4 imbalances etc ) MAY lead to more transmissible and more infectious viral mutation ( …..so why would “you” ever seek to vaccinate a recombinant defective virus that mutates so fast it is impossible to keep up with it? – answer from virologists/scientists at the time: “you dont” – these people were targeted, reputations trashed, monitored by Dowden Committee, 77th Brigade, GCHQ….big tech…). Hence The Great Barrington Declaration which surprise surprise seems to be gaining traction….

IMHO Hallett should be starting from how did SARS COV2 come into existence – that dictates the direction of travel thereafter and a vastly different set of questions for all these witnesses to her favourite waste of time enquiry.

As RTSC has just posted – they will not address what is already in the public domain – this information I mention above is readily available in vastly greater detail than I have the capacity to precis, has been for a long time. Hallett would be relevant if started in, say, April/May 2020 but never so in 2023. She and her staff are embarrassingly not any where close to the 8 ball table – they know it too imho based on their fawning treatment of Ferguson etc and the complete opposite treatment of Heneghan & co..What a World of S*** we are growing in.

I may have a very simplistic view of the whole Covid Lockdown scam..My initial reaction was that it was a ‘flu’ similar to SARS & MERS, and I was immediately sceptical about it originating in a ‘wet market’.
My view is that it was all to do with the political control of China over Hong Kong! There were riots in Hong Kong for months before this deadly flu was released. The Chinese government had tried everything to stop the protests, the riots, actually banning the wearing of masks etc until suddenly the spectre of a ‘deadly disease’ from China stopped the world in its tracks. No more protests, no gatherings of students in HK, no freedom to travel.
Anyway as I said I know I’m not an intellectual, and nowhere near as clever as most contributors and commentators to DS, but that’s my thoughts on the whole blasted beginnings of the mess the whole world is in, all softened up for the own nothing, go nowhere, scandal of the Davos reset!
