Welcome to the Weekly Sceptic, episode 56!
This week:
- Dame Caroline Dinenage writes a bizarre series of letters attempting to get Russell Brand demonetised, and various firms pull their ads from Rumble
- The ‘real Rishi’ comes out with the PM’s policies on inheritance tax, HS2 and Net Zero
- Whitehall is exposed as somehow even more woke than we all thought
- Football Focus loses a huge number of viewers, but is it due to our changing viewing habits, or simply women?
- Deranged feminists attack Geoff Norcott for daring to suggest that male suicide is a problem
- Pop group Eternal abandon their reunion over their opposing views on the trans issue
- And, of course, Justin Trudeau gives a standing ovation to a literal Nazi
- Plus Dr. Will Jones with the Daily Sceptic’s top stories of the week
All that and the usual shenanigans in Peak Woke.

I have not listened to the discussion but I feel entitled to observe that any discussion of Sunak becoming a Conservative or a conservative is pointless; he isn’t and he won’t. Yje whole leadership and most of the association officers are so far rermoved from what anyone would recognise as Conservative (with or without a capital letter) that such a discussion would be a very exotic activity, probably best done, if at all, under the influence of substances popular in the 1970s.
Nice caricature of Justin Castreau, lol.
“Rishi” (that’s Rishi Sunak or Mr Sunak or the Prime Minister or Sunak to you, not “Rishi” as that make him sound like a mate) a “proper Conservative”. I presume you mean a “proper conservative”. Well, by 2030 four out of every five cars sold must be an EV, the goon squad can force their way into your home to install a “smart” meter, and Rumble will be banned for giving a voice to opposition to the globalist project, and there will be hundreds of thousands more poor brown people in this country, illegally, living at our expense. Jog on.
Thanks for that. How on earth anyone can’t see through these latest policy shifts as attempts to reel back-in the conservative base while passing the Online Safety Bill and The Energy Bill is beyond me.
Anyway, Sunak is the figurehead for spending 450 billion to lock down the country and prep people for UBI, destroy the economy and it’s finances, the robotic puppet is not conservative. He’s a radical destroyer preparing the way for the globalists.
Oy vey.
Some people just seem to want to cling desperately to the notion that the Tories will suddenly turn conservative and save us all, because the alternative is too horrible to contemplate.
It was a nice little earner for Mrs Sunak tho’ but…
Toby still didn’t do any research on Russia, but then, he is incredibly busy. Sooner or later, though….

Start with Professor Jeffrey Sachs? This is probably the best simple background so far.
I used to think, naively, that “due process” was shorthand for “due process of law”. Silly me.
“Mrs May signed Agenda 2023 into international Law” Yes but any new administration can revoke laws made by previous administration,
Toby — “Guilty until proven innocent”….Kevin Spacy comes to mind, didn’t they digitally erase him from House Of Cards. I would stick to innocent until PROVEN guilty, it is the bedrock of our democracy’
Toby mentioned Rumble and “is not worried”…..Russia today anyone?
Floyd Drug overdose — Epstein didn’t kill himself!
Whitehall not government — Is that why they can’t stop the boats? are they really trying. 13 years of keeping immigration to the tens of thousands, not epic fail, epic mendacity!
