Excess Non-Covid Deaths Top 21,000 Since the Spring and Continue to Rise

by Will Jones
25 October 2022 4:15 PM

There have been 21,238 excess non-Covid deaths registered in England and Wales in the 25 weeks since April 23rd, according to the latest official data from the Office for National Statistics, released on Tuesday. This is 9% more than expected, based on an average of the previous five years.

In the week ending October 14th, the most recent week for which data are available, 11,699 deaths were registered in England and Wales, which is 1,608 (15.9%) above the five-year average for the week. Of these, 565 mentioned COVID-19 on the death certificate as a contributory cause and 374 mentioned COVID-19 as underlying cause, leaving 1,234 deaths from a different underlying cause.

The autumn booster campaign in over-50s in England does correlate somewhat with a new rise in excess non-Covid deaths, as shown below. It will be interesting to see how this develops. I discuss potential explanations for the excess deaths and possible connections with the vaccines and virus in my previous post.

Excess non-Covid deaths have remained high since the spring, as shown in the cumulative curve (by registration date) below.

The recent Covid wave peaked in early October and has been declining since, as depicted below.

The rise and fall of waves without restrictions indicates that this is a natural pattern, not one created by interventions.

The shaded areas are the national lockdowns and the red arrows are Christmas. Infections precede prevalence by a several days, so clearly lockdowns were not necessary to cause these waves to peak. Christmas festivities and holidays seem to cause waves to end sharply, perhaps due to an acceleration followed by a holiday period. Deaths follow prevalence by two to three weeks

Pillar 1 screening of hospital patients has given a largely consistent picture since after the first wave (during which it was less reliable as it was still being set up). Pillar 1 data reflect infections in older groups, which is where Covid has any significant health risk (similar to flu). Comparing death rate to Pillar 1 positivity shows how the infection fatality rate fell dramatically with Delta versus Alpha and earlier variants (the blue and green lines are closer together, vaccines and natural immunity may have played a role here), with a further decrease with Omicron.

Does anyone else feel a mounting sense of injustice? That truth is becoming so layered and obfuscated that the likelihood of anything being resolved through a combination of good governance and the ‘rule of law’ (man’s law) appears regretfully improbable.

It feels as though we are moving towards a global fascist future, which can only really be countered by a supernatural event. To me the immovable object is clearly in view, but the unstoppable train we are riding only seems to be speeding up.

Is this a natural feeling experienced by many, or should I seek help?

I try to do what I can reasonably do to help things in the right direction and try not to worry about the rest, live my life, enjoy it, look after myself and my family. I am partly motivated by not giving the enemy a victory by making me miserable.

I tend to share your views DKPP but I am determined to hold on. At some point there will be a kick-off and I want to be there if possible. Events are speeding up as the tory election farce proved. The WEFfers wanted their man in and PDQ so something is brewing. Whatever it is it will arrive before Christmas for sure and it is likely to be multinational.

I think many of us see it a bit like that. Zooming out, as I like to do, it’s as though we’re seeing the culmination of all of mankind’s worst traits play out at the same time, with the technology to make these horrible fantasies possible. We have always had the very worst human beings rise to the top, whether it was kings and queens, dictators, warlords, gangsters etc. There is unfortunately a strand of humanity capable of evil; we don’t really understand it because we’re ‘normal.’ Generally they end up getting their heads chopped off. Let’s just hope this generation of scumbags meets a similar reckoning (legally and lawfully of course)!

I share your pain and wholeheartedly agree with the other respondents.
The assault from the Covid, climate, Ukraine and Woke Theocracy is designed to destroy all resistance, but I refuse to allow that to happen.
I chose to live off grid (no power lines to our block of land, so no choice in the matter really) many years ago, before electricity supply was an issue.
We are self-sufficient in vegies, water as well as power, and look after ourselves and our immediate family.
I think that is the best way to remain happy, strong and positive, as well as the inner glow that comes from seeing through the bullshit!

I make this week’s all-cause total 19% above the average 2010-2019 and 15.1% above the maximum. Averaged over the last three weeks, this works out at 228 excess deaths per day.
Let’s put this in perspective. This is equivalent to a full Airbus A321-neo or Boeing 737-max crashing every day!

Shut down the airports, quickly before anyone else dies.

Globally the excess deaths in terms of number of crashed jumbo jets varies from 300 – 600 per week.

This guy’s an absolute star. Here’s Sir Christopher Chope in Parliament yesterday, socking those truth bombs to them good and proper. I particularly liked it when he said he’d never go near a booster with a barge pole! Go Sir Chris!! 🙂

Thanks Mogs.

I tend to dismiss all MP’s as lazy arsed grifters but that is a bit harsh where Christopher Chope is concerned. In a sea of staggering indifference he at least is having a go. What a sad indictment of the rest.

Well done Christopher Chope.

This is pertinent to the above video. Joel Smalley, sharing the fact the government are refusing to open an inquiry into the safety of the jabs. Choosing to look the other way, but what does that say about them as politicians who are meant to be there to serve? Do we really need further proof of the obvious contempt that they feel towards the citizens? Well the feeling’s mutual!

One of the most outspoken football pundits is Matt Le Tisier who has very sensible things to say about Covid vaccines and other things but is not heard enough because he doesn’t follow the government’s line, so mainstream media don’t give him a platform.
