A new draft of the WHO Pandemic Agreement was released at the end of April. Dr Thi Thuy Van Dinh and Dr David Bell have read it (so you don't have to) and say it's still full of problems.

The bargain offered to countries by the WHO Pandemic Treaty is clear: give up some independence in return for safety. But not only is that a poor trade, ceding power to this incompetent body wouldn't make us any safer.
